I called to DC office during covid-19 as I want to go to my home town (odisha). But they didnt give proper response and not short out my issue as I cant speak the local language (kannada).When I speak in hindi, the gentleman speak in kannada. When I asked him can you speak English, the first question he asked me that from how many years you are staying in bangalore and till this time you cannot speak local language. If this is the solution then I would like to ask that gentleman that after staying so many years in India, why he is not able to understand hindi (as its a national language)Hope in this this type of situation some senior officer will u take care of all this type of issue.

Horrible Department. For Birth Certificate attestation, they dont even reply properly. One person is responsible for Birth Certificate Attestation. He acts as if he is doing us a favor. Does not respond to general queries and makes us run behind him like servants. So much for a government office. Do not recommend going here at all.

Very rude behavior of officers. If called for any enquiries they will not attend the phone. And then we have to go to directly for any information. Even they will not co operate with us. Very bad experience.
