BESCOM Officers in Yelahanka don’t have humanity! Mr Prakash line man of Yelahanka New Town Zone Behaves like Rowdy with customers! Today afternoon without any intimation BESCOM people came and Disconnected the Electricity in our Hospital. Same people had asked us to change the meter. post that we waited for the updated bill due to that there was a delay in payment (we have paid arrears) , we had around 5 patient and one patient on Oxygen support, Old age person who needs lift support for shifting for Operation. Without even talking to authorized person they have disconnected power and left. When we called AE Mr Anand he is disconnecting the calls. We visited the BESCOM office too but no one responded to our request. In fact they don’t have the number of AE is what one of the staff said. If something goes wrong to any patient today will BESCOM take responsibility? Disgusting!
Worst service no one attends the call. No proper power cut timings.. one of the worst service provider. Also the tarrif are high compared to other states but service wise very poor. The real mafias

This is not the first time I am facing a problem with Bescom. The meter reading authority just walks in and cuts off power without having the courtesy of checking if we have paid our dues or not. This is a regular problem whenever I pay my bills at Bangaloreone. Furthermore, people say they are government officials and are untouchable. Where should hould we, regular tax paying citizens, take our grievance??? Are the people employed by the government really untouchable???? is it this attitude from our part which gives them the power???? So, are we really at fault??!!

Just an average place with average services. Overall, not a good place to access all electricity-related services. Facilities are minimal and very badly maintained surroundings. No proper security either
Once again the BESCOM team have cut off my electricity supply for late payment. How does some one pay in his bill on time while they are out of station. I missed it by a couple of days and now chasing them from a couple of weeks to get the supply back. If you guys are prompt to disconnect the supply when thedelay is for a couple of days then when its paid why are you not prompt enough and we have to chase you.
