Wanted to purchase a 1/4 ratchet set from Stanley - looked up the Stanley website and found Goodwill listed and approached them since it was a 5 min drive from my place.Great professionalism shown by the folks who run the place - they spent about 30 mins explaining the details of the product and introduced me to another slightly under priced but value for money product that fit my needs.They showed me around their place and introduced me to their wide range of SKUs displayed and helped me with the purchase of 2 drill bits for my Skil Drill gun for my DIY projects.Highly recommend this place for hardware needs :)

Goodwill.. I think the name is only for the board sake, not for there staff. Not a single person has a goodwill or patience (customer support). You guys really need to train ur staff on how to handle the customers. Both in JP nagar and SP road.Today morning(this is not the first time) when I visited your store for purchasing the materials, your staff literally told me we are busy right now cant do the sales, you please come back later..Is this GoodWill way you handle the customers???

Great Experience. The onus is on not just finding the alternatives but also to provide a proper solution to support a proper marketing standard and structure. There is a proper communication channel between the owner and the staff that reflects in the remedy revisited for the clients concern. The glass ceiling is high at Goodwill unlike the prices which are quite reasonable and affordable for genuinely certified products
