I met Dr. Shyam Sundar and was diagnosed with Typhoid. He seemed genuine, knowledge and a good listener.He is one of those rare doctors in Bangalore who is not interested to sell u medicines or charge exorbitant fee.Prior to visiting Dr. Shyam, I went to Narayana Hrudalaya, Whitefield believing that its a good hospital. But my experience proved me wrong. Narayana Hrudalaya no doubt charged me Rs.3000 for the lab test and Dr consultation but failed to give the right diagnosis (typhoid). The Dr consultation was just around 2minutes and they seem more focused on getting done with a long line of waiting patients than identifying the disease.On the contrary, Dr. Shyam is a keen listener and far better at arriving at the right diagnosis. He took time to stress how important it is for me to eat the right diet for typhoid, more than once, which gave me a feel that he cares for his patients.I will recommend Dr. Shyam.
