Slow and less interested staff. Even though more than 3-4 people would be there as staff. All 3 rely on 1 person attending customers. Rest 3 won’t be bothered to serve customers.

I generally get most of the medicines in this shop. This shop has good stock of medicines.I am giving one less star from 5 stars, because, only 1 or 2 strips of tablets (around 50 tablets) will be available even for everyday usage tablets diabetic tablets.

The worst customer service yet. No stocks and If you don’t have changes, they tell you to go out, even if I was willing to do digital payments.No wonder Medplus is going down in this country. Will never go to this shop and I know this review may not make a big impact on others but still writing this for those who do.

First of all they dont have basic tablets also... They dont care about the customer... I asked for tablets 5 to 6 times .. there are 2 customers of course but the shop keeper dont even look at me.. he just ignores customers...

Good medical store. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and helpful.If you are a member, you get good discounts.Cards are accepted.

This shop is not so big but I got the desired medicine which I did not get in most of the shop.

Every time they say that medicine is not available but we have different brand available. Worst fellows. Services is worst. Most of them had lot of attitude

Usual MedPlus experience, but pharmacists are not very helpful and kind, can get pretty rude and unprofessional.

Not a good response from the staff soon after opening the shop and closes before time

Worst store. It doesn’t even have the basic tablets. Not only tablets, they don’t even keep change if we pay by 100Rs note. Even for paying via Paytm we have to buy more than 150Rs.

Every customer get a computerised printed bill and discounts offered on each bill. :)

Good to see discounts.

Place is in between Rama temple and arena mall.
