PES University one of the prestigious/ Reputed autonomous Universities visited on 5thSep2021 for my sons Counseling had secured 6600 rank awarded by the PES Entrance test had allotted time at 4.15 for counselling but all the seats irrespective of the branch were filled before the Lunch period ,thousands of aspiring students and parents were still standing in queue which was not less than 250mts long ,the management could have managed in better way no seating arrangements at the registration counter.

Very worst university....very careless and irresponsible no ******g words to describe it they asked to pay DDs in their name and when went for counseling there were no seats available i dont know how this university is racking lots of lakhs and enjoy the students money which they dont deserve and if seats are not available cant the management send a message very careless undeservable university doesnt even u recommend 1 star ....🙄😤

Its a very good college. Its an autonomous college. They take separate exams for admission. Parking Is available. Many events are conducted. Placements are very good.Almost all the students get placement. There is an indoor basketball court😅. Infrastructure is very good.

Timing they follow 8:15 am to 5pm for Employees and 8:15am to 4 pm for Students. Its close by Nayana halli Metro Station(Mysuru Road Metro Station). BMTC Buses are available throughout the day. Fee Comparatively huge for Management Quota Students, But for those who attend their entrance exam they will have to pay almost the double the Fee of Karnataka CET Fee.For Students:Must join if you want to study and excel in your field of Interest.For Job Seeker:Good Organization to get the knowledge and experience. Comparatively Salary is low you have to compromise on that.They will take you for outing every year.

Institution is good but Mr Mukund professor of pharma is very partiality for few students , he is unfit to be a professor , he refuse to give marks in the final internal marks after giving good perfobrmance in final year a RGUHS distinction student

Great college. Amazing placements for CS and IS students. Small campus with lots of students, generally crowded. Self sufficient and magnificent infrastructure. Not so much playing space. One basketball court, two cricket grounds, 1 new building of 14 floors. Turf place to play football and street cricket. Two floors of parking space but not adequate for the entire campus. Good hostel with comfortable rooms but no internet unfortunately. The campus is WiFi enabled on a secure network (requires username and password). Tons of research labs and hackathons.

Money minded management just robbing people blind simply for blocking and forfeiting admission seats. Recently my brother applied for Mtech program in Computer science and was asked to pay 80000 INR for blocking the admission seat. Later when he decided to join a different university and went to PESU for the refund, the management blatantly and flat out deducted 10000 INR as seat cancellation charges. Thats money they get for just walking to the mail box on a sunny morning with no service provided! An institution monetizing education like this has no business being on the list top of colleges in Karnataka especially during these trying times where everyone is struggling to make ends meet! Utterly disappointed.

Another educational scam, this is an investment to launder and clean what the investors have earned. Infrastructure attracts parents and students but faculties are not qualified. But for sure the student can get a degree and participate in rat race.

Great institute for learning and research

PES is where I studied and is a very nice college. Especially CSE, Mechanical and EC are involved in joint research projects with large corporations. Generally if you have eligibility you get placed in campus. Campus placements are good

Educationally very popular and one of the best institutions in Bengaluru. Campus lacks play grounds. Food in the hostels isnt so good.

I had to take my son to write the entrance test for admission. The d first thing I noticed was how much they have invested in their infrastructure. Big buildings, multi floor parking lot, a big revolving replica of the globe with PES written on it, waiting lounge with TVs for parents and they are still under construction. The test was very well conducted with least contact, which is must during the pandemic. I cannot comment on their academics yet since I havent experienced it. Every star Ive given is for their infrastructure.

PES Campus is very well planned and it is located in ORR near to nice road and infrastructure is superb and transport facility is very good and bus facilities also available no need to worry about transportation.If my review helped you please press the like button!

PESU admits 40% of its students to undergraduate courses based on their Karnataka CET and 60% seats based on PESSAT (the universitys own entrance test) ranks. PESU also admits students under Management quota, which does not place any merit requirements. There is a lateral entry scheme in place, by which students holding diploma degrees can directly enter the second year of study in engineering. On graduating students receive a Bachelor of Technology degree.Students are admitted to postgraduate courses based on their GATE test scores as well as on their Post Graduate Karnataka CET scores. Upon graduating, they receive a Master of Technology degree.[6]Course content and gradingEditAll the courses which have been conferred autonomous status have their departments set their own course content and grading system. The college follows the credit-based system of performance evaluation, with proportional weighting of courses based on their importance. The total marks (usually out of 100) form the basis of grades, with a grade value (out of 10) assigned to a range of marks. For each semester, the students are graded by taking a weighted average of all the subject grades with their respective credit points. Each semesters evaluation is done independently with a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) reflecting the overall performance across semesters. Spent 4 years of my life in this collage, it wasnt fun time! it was very restrict, aggressive, unpleasant, not appealing, etc times for me back in 2007.Everyone was Extremely Bossy, collage was new on that time, there was expansion construction going on. well, to be honest it was the worst moment you could have during your college life!! i wish i could go back in time.as foreigner i had to make myself a Indian!! to satisfy all the staff teachers. well i have seen such aggressive unpleasant treatment only during my army service!!I had problem with food in cantine, all was vegetarian and no international food.Graduated in 2011 - As the only foreigner in my classroom and few handful of other foreigner (5 in all collage) suggest you AVOID this collage at all cost -the system is like a prison - its not fun at all - i wasted my money and my time - there wasnt any single day that i would say i had fun and i didnt have issue with staff or some of the teachers - for me it was Auschwitz - i wish i wish i was spending those beautiful period of my life somewhere else, where i could have a good memory at least - i was there to get bachelor done my marks was good at the end of the day - but they were insisting to change my culture and they had zero tolerance about how i look what my culture is etc. i was paying them to teach me but all they did bossing around . well system can **** . i PAID that university to be where they are now...

Been to this college for PESSAT. The college is really sanitized and has good name all over bangalore. The institute is really big and the infrastructure is good. The site is still under construction seems to be going at a fast rate. Getting admission is a dream to many.

The PES University was not a very popular name back then. Now, the tables have turned and the whole name itself is quite the talk of most of the college going youngsters. Recently, I had been to this place with our school students to participate in some of the events conducted by the University for the whole of Bangalore and neighbouring states. The Amateur Scientist. It was conducted on a large scale. Over 10,000 children from different schools had attended this event. Initially, we found it difficult to gain entry. But then, the college volunteers did overwhelmingly help us and the children did gain entry into the events. It was a wholesome experience overall. Thanks to the CEO of the University who really initiated all the arrangements and organised the events and all the teachers had a comfortable day in the University. Its a huge area covered with five or six buildings. The architecture department building was the one that the teachers were served food and beverages, and it is a state-of-the-art building. The amphitheatre, the lounge and everything. Just a lovely college. I am sure it would be a dream for most of the youth to graduate under this banner.👌👍😊

A very good University in the recent years. The coaching offered here is very good with eminent and well experienced teachers. The campus is huge and also clean and well maintained. The results obtained here is almost cent per cent. The students who have all studied here are placed in good and leading companies. Hats off to this University.

I visited the college to enquire regarding admissions for BE through CET.... You will be treated like a beggar if you tell KCET admission, so better to say either management or PESSAT student, coz ultimately its money.... However college infrastructure is super cool and has all modern amenities... Placements are good but not sure about placement officer, as he behaved like some government staff during enquiryenquiry, at last its ones ability to use the opportunity
