I have submitted my TDS returns on August 1st 2020, but till now I have not received my TDS amount. When I tried to reach on customer care, they say the same story as it is in process....I am fed up listening to the same answer again and again. They dont even bother how people are suffering financially during this COVID period. Very very worst experience...

Numbers never reachable. Extremely laid back service & attitude of the customer care reps when reached & supervisor is never available to come on the call to address the grievances. Callbacks never happens. No SLAs or response time. Tax payers money going to big tech players pockets unchecked.

First toll free number which only rings or comes out to be unreachable many of the times.. no one ever picked any call... Worst service. Learn something from your E-filing service..they are so quick to respond. You are representing one of the top Govt sector of the nation.. dont let it down by this poor service of yours.

I am following since February month still my refund not received, I am also suffering medical issues. and CPC people not getting correct answer. why my refund not credit in my bank account. also done prevalidate bank account. but still lingering. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Worthless people working there at CPC. CPC is not submitting my IT refund even after ITR processing completed. Moreover, they are neither picking calls and not addressing the grievance registered to CPC through income tax website for more than one month.

This tool free no does not work after dial he said this number is out of network area. Many time attempts connect and ring this number but nobody pick call.

The numbers won’t work most of the time. If lucky, the call gets connected only to hear that they are facing technical issue and cannot help, that too in a rude way and disconnect the call without listening to the entire issue.

They are efficient enough to serve you in a proper manner and get ITR as soon as humanly possible. Their representatives are very keen in getting back to your queries. Called up the Office multiple times after raising multiple grievances for the refund status of my ITR filing. Even after 7 months, it still hasnt been processed yet, while the grievances are closed without any solution to it. The helpline number asks you for the pan number with dob and each time it stays in same loop, no further help. Luckily when i could dial in to an executive 2 months back, I was been assured that it will be done by March2020, however the status remains same.

Never attend calls. Third class care center .

I had a very pleasing experience with this office regarding my grievance of e filing of ITR 2 which was resolved very promptly within 24 hours. The solution was sent in writing as well as by telephone call

The customer service is very poor. They only lie about refund but we never get refund on time the process of work they do in providing refund is very slow. Seniors are very arrogant, they dont know how to talk properly, if ever we raise our voice they will cut the call immediately without helping. they say that they will help to provide refund soon but never do so. Cheap people Cheap CPC.

Not process my ITR I after three time grievance request and many time customer care phone request, they only reply process your ITR shortly.Even already e verified my return last 5 months. They are not follow FIFO method for processing ITRVery bad manage ITR process.

Total Bunch of Useless People Getting Paid for Free in our tax money. They have no information and am not sure why is our money used to pay this department when they cant provide any information, I am running around and calling them from July - 2018 till now (April - 2019) and i havent received a single information from them which was helpful. They have no knowledge why they are sitting there. for any question they will say please wait, please wait, i seriously dont know whom to reach out for help. They are really not useful for anything.

No Co-ordination in between CPC and Local Assessing Officers. CPC will ask the Tax Payer to contact Assessing Officer and AO will say that the case file is with CPC.

I went for enquiry.. there is no front office team to guide the people. They will link call with one executive, who can address very basic queries. In that we will get the same information,where will get in customer care toll free number. I dont feel any advantage to reach out the CPC Bangalore.

Very Bad service last 3 months Not getting Return

Total useless staff being paid on the organisation...had made too many calls still not connected at all and if connected call executive not aware about any solution asked for and wasting time for asking irrelevant details

Toll free assistance is pathetic...major glitch in the services..They take you thru various options,tried connecting by pressing various options but in vain.My income tax refund is not yet credited to my account for the Fy 2018-19.Request the income tax officer (if by chance reading this reviews diligently) to take action and settle the tax refund asap.Thanks

Please dnt get your income tax filed from this firm. Its ok if there are no complications and which can be done by any CA. But incase u want an arrear or any backlog to be claimed these people simply backoff saying that we cant do anything ... I have filed my return on 16.7.2018 and sent ITR V two times by speed post. So far refund of AY 18-19 has not been credited to my account, inspite of a pretty long time. Is the officers at IT refund dept. are so busy, keeping my refund order for >two months now.
