Ample parking space at the clubhouse. Other amenities like swimming pool, indoor courts, gym and spa are too good. Food is average.
Crowded area. Well maintained, small ground. Good to see live matches

It is owned by the Government of Karnataka and has been leased out to the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) for a period of 100 years.
Has Open Space. Very Lively. Enjoy Foods
It was a wonderful place to watch cricket and play 🏏 CRICKET..☮️🇮🇳
A good place for relaxing and a very well maintained structure is there. There are many gates to the stadium and the practising ground. The only problem is the rude behaviour of the staff. Everyday you will find young boys practising here.
Well maintained Cricket Ground in the world with modern technology and its a home ground of Royal challengers Bangalore 😍.
Chinnaswamy Stadium is the one place which I love to visit any number of times, as the sprawling green topped stadium has played host to many memorable cricket matches in the past four decades. The stadium is situated in the heart of the city surrounded by the Mahatma Gandhi Park and the Cubbon Park. The Namma Metro Station is also very close to the stadium.
It was super.Fantastic efficient service.Warm atmosphere?! Wow!

Indiaaaa !!! Indiaaaaa! RCB!! RCB!! .. Club house is good.. but place always gets full pretty quick.. multiple restaurants present.. food is ok .. ambience is awesome
Specially For t20As its small ground so you can enjoy specially t20 games as you can enjoy raining fours and sixes. Also, its located in center of the city.
Great ambience and awesome cricketing ground. Its always about the seating capacity wherein you wish we had more seats in the stadium. The biggest problem is the scoreboard which is still manual. High time the KSCA got a digital board in place for ball to ball and player records. Its difficult to know the individual scores and the bowling statistics and have to rely upon your phone for updates.
Pros:- There is a huge potential for this to become a world class stadium.- it is right in the heart of the city, the crowds that it hosts be it for IPL (its the home ground for Royal Challengers Bangalore / by far the best crowd support in the IPL) or One Day Internationals, T20 or Tests is phenomenal.- The recent upgrade of the turf and it being one of the only Solar powered stadiums in the World is truly an achievement.- The views and seating for most parts of the stadium is very good.Cons:- It lacks clean washrooms, and basic information desks are missing.- The shades are very limited and day games get ridiculously unbearable to watch for long periods of time.Verdict:- Overall, one of the best stadiums in in India to watch a cricket match.
Crazy Experience Than Watching Live TVYou can enjoy the match like anything😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍INFONo Bags, Cameras, Water Bottle, etc are allowed inside the ground .And they will give you some place to keep your bags and they will tell that they are not responsible for your belongings.Keep your tickets Safely.Dont buy tickets from unknown people outside the ground those tickets might be fake or of low price so be carefulOutside the ground some persons will be standing for the face paint they will charge for rupees 50The snacks inside the ground are costlyIf you want to drink water just come outside the ground and there you will get drinking water point
Excellent stadium with good canteen. Enjoyed the super quality vegetarian 👌 food with friends.
Heavenly feeling when you enter the ground everytime. Best place to be for cricket in Karnataka
This stadium is just amazing and it ensures best discipline in premises and they encourage young cricketers just amazing stadium, also they following covid protocols they doing great job.
Super place for family get together party and very good and safe environment for especially senior citizens for week and freshup.
Beautifully built stadium...The stands are compact but it builds a great cheer and the experience is breathtaking. The ground is comparatively smaller than other grounds in India, but you will be glad it is so. The parking is the biggest issue when youre here to experience a match...the parking is near a empty ground thats outside the stadium and barely there is any safety for your vehicles.
Spinner stadium of India 🇮🇳.The M. Chinnaswamy Stadium ( formerly known as the Karnataka State Cricket Association Stadium) is a cricket stadium located in Bangalore, Karnataka. Chinnaswamy Stadium against his wishes. He died on 8 November 1991 after a long illness.
Situated right in centre of the Bangalore city this is a beautiful and the loudest stadiums that you could visit on a rivalry match. Compared to be smaller in the number of intake and the size of the stadium. Seats are maintained and the food counters are compared to be okay. It would be difficult to reach the stadium on a match day as it would be too much of traffic. The parking space should be improved. As a whole this place would be a buzz !!
Very pleasant surrounding and disciplined staff. Food quality need further improvement.
Its an awesome experience being there, my First time in Chinnaswamy. Staffs are very well behaved and arrangements are good. Food prices are not very much high. Had experienced an awestruck IPL match.
We celebrate cricket here for Karnataka. Stadium wise its good in its own way, there is lot of work needed to improve the standard. And I see it will keep getting better over time. Facility wise all well and served👍🏽
Stadium is very well maintained... security is pretty good at managing crowd .... everything is well planned... I think only issue Will be parking...the best cricket stadium in Karnataka... perfect place for Cricket lovers...the food is also good compared to the quantity required...
Situated in the heart of the city a really good place to enjoy watching cricket with the most enthusiastic crowed.Pros:1-Good Water and Washroom Faculties2-Co orporative Staff.3-Excellent Drainage.4- Hosting International Matches makes it a fun place.Cons1-expensive and low quality food.2-High Prices of Match Tickets3-Difficult to get tickets from Stadium.Overall a lifetime experience takeaway place.
Went to watch India v Australia, had a great experience but the security took my earphones and I did not get it back so make sure you do not make the same mistake.
Due to our friend Anand Katti previous Ranaji player today I have visited this place it is so soooooo nice experience
One of the best cricket stadium in Indian ..having good cleanliness..amazing crowd....DJ is a best attraction which boost the crowd when games goes little bit slower runrate..which is the best part of this event management here...!!
One of the Best Cricket stadium everGood cricketing atmosphere
I reached here by Metro, hence no idea about parking facility.. I got G Lower stand Ticket where we entered through Gate 7.. Guys nothing is allowed inside, only wallet, mobile. Drinking water is provided inside only so no need to carry them. While coming to Food, i was really sad about this. As everything is costly & taste is also bad, cant describe about quality 😁..About G1 stand - quite good view, you can expect very less balls towards you but pitch view is awesome..About C1 Upper - one of the best view.. Went for T20 hence enjoyed a lot.. You see the pitch diagonally - clear view. You cannot expect much comfort seats..Finally, I really enjoyed a lot, where you wont get bored even for 5 Days Match.. Only sad thing is food, I give negative rating for food. Thanks!!
It is very good ground but short ground. Fan terrace view is excellent one(costlier).if you prefer less cost B upper is good(if you like to see match cleanly) and B lower as well(if u like to see players).
If youre a cricket fan, then its imperative that you visit the Chinnaswamy for an international game... Wonderful atmosphere and the conditions make for ultimate viewing experience...If youre not a cricket fan as such, but want to have a good time with friends/family... IPL games here are perfect for a ball time...
Lovely 😊 stadium! Great place! Great atmosphere! I personally Loved it.There are many box seats best to watch a match like gold box , Diamond box etc.
Amazing place and great feeling because of the ambiance.... dont be surprised if you happen to bump into cricket stars.
M chinnaswamy stadium this the one and only one in karnataka . The best matches here are T20. In Ipl RRRRRRCCCCCBBBBB has the power in the stadium with best crowd in the world and best team in ipl RRRCCCCBBB home ground in bangalore is has rainwater dry technology which is unique and only stadium to have it and it also has solar-powered system and it is the first stadium to have installed solar technology. If u are a RRRCCCCCBB fan then u most n should visit m chinnaswamy stadium in bangalore and cheers up for RRRCCCCBBB . This stadium has 40000 sitting capacity. For the match tickets u must book in online or buy it from any outlets and in stadium box office. For stadium tickets issuing dates will be published in news channels n papers u can go n buy on the same day n enjoy cricket 🏏
Best stadium to experience a cricket match. Amazing crowd vibes and well managed stadium. Before going make sure you aren’t carrying any keys or coins as they are taken away before going into the stadium. The only thing I didn’t like was the food. The food served here is very poor in taste and quality. I would suggest you to avoid the food. Although it is overpriced, I really expected the food to be good atleast. Overall a decent experience
The seats can be cleaned and there is a lot that can be done to make the stadium better but its an alive place and in the heart of bengaluru
1.Entrance gates are not clean.2. Structure looks inside weaker. Specially roof.3. Washrooms arent clean nor in good condition. Everywhere leakage.4. Ground outfield looks awesome. Lighting is also good.5. Infra doesnt look good.
Had small get together with college mates after long gap. Had lunch near swimming pool side, enjoying and recollecting old memories. Food was good. We had close up view of cricket ground as well.
Believe this stadium 🏟 has 39k capacity & it serves the purpose, just in the middle of the city, seem less connectivity via road & metro 🚇 cubbon park is metro station where you have to get down & one of its gates opens at Chinnaswamy stadium. IPL or international cricket 🏏 it’s awesome 😎 under floodlights
I just loved this stadium. It has such a great atmosphere when it is full. Completely surrounded from all sides and with short boundaries it is a paradise for batsmen and a nightmare for the bowlers. The facilities inside the stadium are top notch with Everything available for players as well the audience. Seating capacity is good enough with proper arrangements.
Parking not avay, Food is worst, even more worst is they dont allow medicines and water bottles inside. Suffered a lot without water. Not recommended for weaker personalities esp ODIs, this review is w.r.t B upper stand
One of the best test match ground with moderate infrastructure.Weather stays always awesome.
Good. But the club is maintained just like any poor club. Can be better maintained.
Not a regular place like any other that you visit on a regular basis. Amazing environment in the stadium to experience the match. But as per the amount taken by the stadium (which also included convenience fee for collecting the ticket ok my own at the ticket counter in the stadium) the place could be better maintained. Otherwise - Enjoy the game in an amazing electrifying environment 😉
Very nice stadium and big stadiumThis stadium was situated in near cubon parkVery nice place, full natural placeAround 40000 peoples sitting this stadium capacityIn the four roads center in this stadium queens road,mg road, link road, cubbon road.Yesterday one t20 mach will be conducted in this stadium . India vs Australia match.Any match is there every each person have entry ticket. This entry ticket is valid for one person only and no re entry will be allowed.
Ind Vs Australia match watched, excellent experience from B UPPER STAND, FRONT ROW
One of the best ground. Good amenities and Supreme quality food serve. Atmosphere of this ground is just insane.
Lot of things to be improved... about hygiene at restaurants and also in public places....
Fabulous experience , the ground staff & people are really good & the atmosphere is just amazing
I went with a member.Food has been good on all our visits. The Fish fry was the best
Overall experience was good. As I took the ticket of 4000 in which food and beverages was allowed. In beverages they were serving only 3 type of alcohol and beer. Food was ok not so great. Overall arrangements was good. Security was tight and police protection was also good.
Great Cricket Stadium.. Good Ambience.. Nice Location with adjoining Cubbon park and MG road..
The stadium is well maintained but the facilities not so much.
I visited the Chinnaswamy stadium to witness one of the most electrifying matches ever - RCB taking on CSK. This was one of the best experiences that Ive had watching live cricket. Well, speaking only about the stadium, I should confess that this is one of the most well planned and well maintained stadiums in India. The players always claim that the pitch and the ground is perfect for taking out good scores and Ive always seen it to be in perfect condition in all these years. One small thing that could be improved is the entry and exit to the parking area. Sometimes, it does become a bottle neck, thus hindering flow of traffic.
My favourite team home ground is this I love this.Their facilities are awesome. There setting arrangement are mindblowing.
1st live match experience. Could have been better... Unfortunately India lost...
Ambiance of the stadium (IPL) was awesome.Best place to get thrilling entertainment. If rain hits, u will be messed up.
Nice and good stadium
Well maintained stadium right in the heart of Bangalore. Washrooms need to be bigger to accommodate the huge crowd which turns up for matches. Food can be imporved.
Beautiful place to watch cricket, good atmosphere and very well maintained infrastructure. Home ground of fan favourite team Royal Challengers Bangalore. Bleed red forever.
The place is emar to MG road so can eat drink n go watch the game. The interiors, cafe, washroom and stairs, seats definitely needs more maintenance
I think this stadium is one of the best in India. The crowd, atmosphere, facilities, all were outstanding. As expected, food and beverage prices were over the roof.
I watched IPL match RCB Vs DC here. Stadium is small but look nice. I enjoyed watching match. I had lot of fun. But please note , Vendors will make food available at your seat but they charge double. I bought some eating stuff from vendor which costed me double, you better go to the cantine seller and buy from there...
Very good ground. Electrifying atmosphere
Toilet is pathetic. Water availability is very bad. Food stuffs charge very high. During cricket season, the tickets are blindly sold in black, which is not even worth of Rs.200 seat. Stadium will not allow any stuffs except water bottle. But Stadium is good to view. One of the major cricket stadiums in India. Built in early 60s. The concept of Solar Panels on roof tops of Stadium is worth energy saving and eco-friendly. Late hours Cabs, Autos, Metro available.
One of the best experience watching cricket here... clean and superb weather...
Good stadium. Much better than Uppal stadium in Hyderabad - the entry is done in an orderly fashion, which ensures that there is no rush while entering the stadium. There are security checks everywhere. The entry gates are clearly numbered. For ipl matches, the experience was amazing. The crowd was kept entertained throughout the match with music, dance cam, and some other fun stuff. The food options were good - lots of fruits, snacks and beverages- and not too expensive, though the food could have been much warmer. The washrooms were quite filthy, there was no soap and there are water problems with the taps there. And, the exit process could have been a bit more controlled, as it takes almost 15 minutes to exit the stadium. This leaves you completely sweaty and exhausted.Apart from this, the stadium and experience were great.
Simply superb. The best stadium to watch cricket. I enjoyed sitting in stands watching stars. All stands have good views. Food is not good.
Watched India vs Newzealand 2011 . which was different experience watching cricket in a stadium..
Good Stadium in Bangalore. The stadium is powered by solar panels only, even the water drainage on the cricket field is one of the fastest way it will drain out.
Stadium at the heart of the city. Well maintained and nice lit. Good view all around the ground and I am sure if the match is good, you will enjoy it a lot.I would prefer day-night or night matches only👍
Lovely ground with only mobiles were allowed to watch ipl matches. Others like water bottle or food or helmet or mobile charger or ear phones or needles etc were strictly not allowed. Please dont carry flag, those will be available inside itself.Because outside flag they will sell with pipe, inside flags were attached with paper quality roll.Only junk food like bhel puri, samosa, pepsi/sprite, juice, pizza were available to have.Water kept in Cans you need to go their n drink water over their itself....Anyway enjoy the match and if you are lucky balls will reach you 🤣.
What more would you need than a cricket stadium accessible by metro, local buses, and is in the centre of the city! Any cricket match at the chinnaswamy stadium is full of hustle and bustle! The city centre pretty much lights up in celebration! Add to it, this is a comparatively small ground and hence usually a run feast!
Overall experience was good, stadium had security and cops are roaming to ensure that it is maintained and we can enjoy match... As always fans of Bangalore is best so it was awesome... Enjoyed a lot
Chilling atmosphere. Electrifying through and through. Come early before matches. Dont miss practice sessions. Obviously prices are at not at mrp. Water is free. Seats could be more comfortable. Buy at the end its cricket and cricket is the winner. So if its in your budget, attend a match. Its a great feel.
Can maintain more cleanliness in the stadium. Great place!!
Home for the Royal Challengers Bangalore and very beautiful cricket stadium...love the ambience and its power is generated completely by solar panels installed on the stadium roof top..
Well equipped stadium, especially the lower stand on Cubbon Road Gate 2. Have witnessed 3 matches where Dhoni excelled as a leader and finisher
