Good small company. It is situated in multiple floors there. I went for an interview and have positive review. Only thing its take time for the interview to happen. You need to wait for quite a while for getting your turn. Be straight forward for your answer and come in professional dress.Also, location is quite a bit far and the road traffic is worse. Overall a good experience.

Product based company dont expect that u will work in spring hibernate they have their own framework

Very good company. I have attended interview for a senior role very recently with Sapiens. I must say they have professionalism. I dont know how correct is to take the name here but the HR i was dealing with V____A was very professional and polite with us. Interviewers were very helpful as they made me feel comfortable. Only 1 minus point is that they have test for Senior role. But I would love to serve Sapiens.

I thought that people had posted situational reviews until I experienced the same thing with their interviews. Everyone EXCEPT the core HR team members is well mannered and soft spoken. Hr members work from home and are rude to you even on the phone. They need to learn a bit of courtesy.They probably rejected my profile for cost reasons but wanted to put up a facade as if it was my fault and thought that throwing judgemental statements at me on phone will be a good intimidation strategy. Id not like to opt for working for them in future given such HR folks making up and implementing t people policies.

Went for an Interview, after 2 written Rounds I had F2F, it went for almost an hour and i am sure it was pretty good.but he rejected as I was having automation experience as well and they were looking only for manual. My suggestion before going better chexk with the HR,Else u might end up spending 4 hrs for no reason.

One of the worst place I have seen.I went with my friends for their recruitment process.There was a security guard he was collecting the resume of people and giving it to employees.They were calling each member one after another.The first round happened. There they gave some questions where proper answer were not there. Like 2 options had same value, some times answers were not properly spelled. This was like somehow randomly some guy prepared the questions.Then result came .. there two of my friend got selected and one was not .Then next round was face to faceThey gave one friend was out from one face to face and another one cleared.The friend who cleared all the rounds including hr they told you may leave for the day we will let you know by mailTill now I mean really at least one month is over and they were not at all responsible to send a mail.After calling on a number they were like HR will let you know.I personally felt why wasting anyone time.Dont employees understand their responsibility that they have to reply back to candidate.??What further can be expected from them.

They look for perfection, they conduct around 5-6 rounds of interviews, you have to perform exceptionally to get through.I performed well in the 2nd round but could not find a single reason for my rejection. :(

Ratika should be out from the organization. she is incompetent and dont have any VP HR experience. she is not from product company. she dont know how to talk. she dont have skill to judge me technically. she should learn how talk being a HR. Top management should take care of this.

Good waste of time to attend their interviews. I completed 5 levels of interviews and after 3 weeks I got to know that I am not shortlisted.I had communicated about my career gap beforehand. And in the end they cited this reason to reject an offer. Pretty disappointing and frustrating.I dont understand what they were thinking when they conducted so many rounds for me.This was a total unprofessional experience I had from Sapiens.

Company is located at the good location. Interview process is very lengthy. Wasted 2 full days for 7 rounds. Required skills was not mentioned correctly in JD. Overall experience was ok ok. But please dont drag the interview process like this.

They kept a womens drive on 8th March, took photos and gave goodies. Asked me for which role you came. I was wondering what was in job description. Then they told for your experience you will have interview for QA lead. After that they made me to wait for 3hrs for 1st round. 1st round was supposed to be technical but that guy didnt ask anything other than my roles and responsibilities. I was told I am selected and should wait for 2nd round. After 1hr they told panel is not available so next round will happen over call and they never made a call.

Please ignore interview to this company lot of time waste. They are scheduled the interview for SQL . They will reject even we expose good in interview also.

Work space is good. Common cafeteria is to bad. Very tough to reach this place from silk board due to peak hour traffic.

TIME PASS WITH CANDIDATES ON THE NAME OF INTERVIEW. This company is highly unprofessional, they have made me to attend 3 rounds of face to face interview on 3 weekdays, even their director took one round. After that there was 1 round of telephonic and 1 Skype round with customer from onsite. Later they confirmed me that, I got selected. Then asked me all my documents but never issued a offer letter. Even they tried to hold me with different lies.They are just playing with candidates, never go to this unprofessional company. They dont have policy and procedures also. HR is highly arrogant person. They will make you wait for hours, as if you are begging for job. I believe if they apply they even wont qualify for CMMi Level 1. Just ruined the name of Sapiens.

Old office space and open workspace. Pantry was poorly maintained.HR was very professional and my interview took place within 30 minutes of reaching the place.
