My Name is Shyam myself and my wife had applied for tourists visa for UK on August 28 applied in normal basis, since our tickets were booked for 26 September,thinking we have ample days, and they had mentioned 15 working days, We had to cancel the ticket and flight bookings.Dont know whats happening in VFS???Very poor service if you cant honor your service, why you charge us so much.If you have received many students visa, Priorities things as per dates!Please arrange a written email to the customer on the status of the application.

Myself and my 1 year old baby had a visa appointment at Bangalore on Aug 19. We applied for a standard one and no information even after 24 working days. Very poor service is provided. This was my first time applying for student visa so I didnt know the procedures there. There was total confusion inside and no one to guide us. I had opted for documents arrangement service but they didnt require any hard copies ( no idea why). Theyll ask for 1400rs for courier and sms charges. Spent about 1hr understanding whats happening there so before going there its good to contact someone whod been there recently.

It just deserves zero stars.No professionalism at all , my parents applied for Irish visa from VFS centre and they had the worst service they ever could get for premium lounge service. They were given forms to fill where the printing was so pale and hard to see. And the person made them to wait so long and not being helpful at all. May be all the people should come forward and raise the complaint against thier service or need to write the Irish consulate regarding the service being offered at Bangalore centre.

Looks like they are delaying other applications for priority applications if they cant give visa on the exact time of 15 working days then they should stop the priority and start to do all the application on time first then they can think of adding options of priority for applicants and even after taking priority its been more than 15 days still no sign of anything.No use in taking priority its looks like just a waste of money.Better to give in VFS with no priorities they atleast are giving applications on the mentioned time.

The services were good right from security allowing people 15 minutes before appointed time.I wanted clarification on scanning and uploading the documents. If document is two side printed, the scanning is done automatically both side and uploaded or not. Please let me know this thing clearly.

VFS staff were so patience till there were some changes in the submitted documents.Additional documents(may be due to covid) were requested though the checklist documents are provided.They should be aware of latest updates happening in other countries.

If they are delaying my priority visa which normally has a 5 day processing period( its been 15 days now and Im still waiting) I wonder how long the applicants who didnt opt for priority visa have to wait. Ive had many friends apply for student visa from vfs global (Chennai and muscat, Oman branch) and receive their visas with no hassle. I have my university opening in 5 days, the air fare increased its price over a 100% now due to this delay, I have several more procedures that I planned for my accommodation and other requirements all delayed due to this, theres no way of contacting them or any way to track your application. the representatives on twitter just redirect you to the uk imm site which has another paywall to send any message or receive any updates from them, which I did but they still havent replied to that request either. Honestly how these guys are in business is beyond me. if anyone else plans on applying for their visa just do it from another state if you can. choose it while making the application and save yourself the tension.

Very bad experience. My brother lost 6 his time and money due to VFS. He applied for UK student visa on August 17th at Bangalore and we are not getting any response from VFS till now (September 25th) There is no option to reach VFS UK visa customer care. We went directly to VFS office 3 times to find any updates. They behaved very badly and no giving any updates. My brother suppose to start with classes by October 1st and visa is not processed due to Bangalore VFS. Others who applied thru Cochin VFS on September is already got Visa and reached UK. ALL PLEASE AVOID BANGALORE VFS FOR UK VISA PROCESS. We are moving legally against VFS bangalore

I have gone to this vfs on sept 22 and I have provided every supporting documents including tb and today I got mail from ukvi telling that they couldnt get tb certificate . They werent paying enough attention while uploading and created a huge mistake

Supposed to be the most professional place to submit the visa applications, but the agents at the counter are so unprofessional, so rude, I cant explain.My wife and new born baby had appointment at this center. Obviously my wife is homemaker and not aware of the processes, they have behaved so rude to a lady and with the kid, Im stunned.And the next thing which VFS wants is to us to buy the premium service, if we dont the rudeness will increase.I hope embassy will do something which will help us normal people to get away from these rude and unprofessional VFS counter guys

My husband had complained about the delay in visa and passport back. But its really pathetic no reply from vfs yet.Since our passport stuck with VFS and poor communication from vfs bangalore . We are unable to travel to other countries as well.Its been a month we applied for UK visa. Yet no information our visa and passport.

If you get an appoinment in Chennai VFS go ahead with that and never trust or choose bangalore VFS for your priority visa. I applied for a UK student priority visa at bangalore vfs on 21 aug. I paid for notification service also but till today there is no update. because of this delay I postponed my flight i booked for sep 8. My course start date is september 13

Never go with banglore vfs they are playing with our time when all other vfs get our visa within 15 daysThey delaying things.... And dont even have any way to contact them... Such a worst experience.. Its more than 19 days and dont have any updates regarding my application at the same time people applied after me in another vfs got the visa

Worst vfs centre I have ever seen. I have had my biometric on 13th August 2021 and today is 21 September 2021 its more than 1 month and still didnt get my visa.

I paid for priority visa & courier services through them. I received neither. They have been delaying the courier & not communicating promptly. Really bad services. Be careful when you pay for extra services, they dont deliver.

VFS staff are rude for no reason and sometime themself do not understand what are the visa application requirements.The try to push individuals to buy expensive packages that they do need and also get them to sign up for services which out their full consent.

This is one of the nicest vfs offices I have seen, at the same time the slowest. Its amazing how slowly staffs can process even with the amazing facilities there.

At first let me talk about the gossiping and rude ladies at the reception, they are not even professionals they act as we have achieved or got in to any countries only because of them? No gentle way of talking with anyone. Everyone at the office just want their customers to ahead with premium services? There are very less local staff working at Bengaluru VFS. They don’t even want to listen, they don’t even want to guide us thoroughly. Even after purchasing premium service my visa was refused, what was the point? During the second appeal they’re asking me the irrelevant document(original acceptance letter), how can a final year student technically can ask the university to courier me the offer letter again? Does it make sense? Totally very bad experience towards Bengaluru vfs staff.

Pathetic centre. Lost the passport and application, after taking extra money for fast track service no means of contacting them. How they are in business is beyond me.Cannot even contact anyone there to retrieve a passport!

I had a terrible experience with the VFS office in Bangalore. There is a one month delay in my visa delivery because of which we are missing the university deadlines. The worst part is their mode of communication they dont help you if you have a query nor do they bother to understand the issue. I am totally disappointed with their service its one of the worst!

For the hefty money VFS charge for processing any visa, the least they could do is train their front desk staff on professionalism, and to be polite and civil. The two ladies sit there and gossip amongst themselves, leaving the applicant waiting until they finish.Ive been to VFS centres in other cities in India and abroad. This is probably their worst centre.

Uk visa application tier 4General instructions-28/06/2021They are okay for debit card credit card paymentsThey wont allow laptop to the center.They allow only 1person in.Better you reach 30 mints before appointment.You can stay octave hotel very near to this center for freshup.Once you are inside it will be a security checks, and after that going through the certificates,What ever required or not required will be said at that point.They will then provide you a form, where you need to fill the name, level of your course as per offer letter and the agency details if any. 😜After that you can enter to launge, its in the first right side door for UK & 🇮🇪. There they will call you according to the tolen number - then you need to submit all your details, and they will scan all your originals. After that they will ask the nearby courier service details to send the passport.Finally you need to pay the amount as per the visa application type.You will receive the slip there, so to collect it later once it is in your home town.now its time for bio metrics - they will take your photo and scan your thumb impressions and eye.Now you are done with procedure and free to go home.Pray to God to get through with visa 😀🤩

Very Very bad experience, took a appointment at 12, called me in at 2 to collect the documents and there is no visa officer present at that time. He is off some where.. took 2 hours to collect everything. And I paid premium for this.

Front office female staff at reception (ground floor) behaves very rudely if dont agree for gold pack services. They even ask us what is our problem/issue for not going for gold package. After so much of arguments only they will tell about other packages (bronze, silver etc) with angry face.All other staff at various counters are very professional and helpful.

The employees standing at the entrance of this center are manipulative in the sense that they try to push you to take premium services by scaring you. They say things along the lines of Your document has issues. If you dont take premium services, your visa might get rejected!. They just want to squeeze as much money as possible from you. Very unprofessional!On the other hand, I must appreciate the way employees working indoors (at each country counter, photobooth, photocopy) handle things.Although they were not like this 3 years ago, times have changed, and so do they.

Overall experience good for denmark BV, parking is little difficult for car but can manage if you reach early.Carry all documents as per check list.Dont carry any electronics storage devices.Even helmet they wont allow inside

The main thing which I faced is the parking in front of VFS. One guy came and told me that its pay n park and ₹100/hr(cars)for that public place. They even dont have any legal authorisation for doing this. Those who arguing with them can park at the end without any fees. Ridiculous👿👎.

They are offering two services, which are normal and premium. You have to pay an extra 2000 rps for the premium , so I took the normal service . But the guy who is issuing token misguided everyone to the premium service counter and you will only understood this after all the process. I was misguided by him to premium counter like the others, but one of my friend who already attended the interview had gave me a brief picture about this . So that I checked with them right after entering the room . I am lucky to have my money and the receptionist is very rude and lazy, for anyone who is attending a visa interview first time in their life could have disappointed due to this. Inefficient and poor management, literally this centre is a fraud

Went for UK student visa. The security asked me for my appointment letter and let me in. Then I entered the ground floor were I was again asked for the appointment letter and was told to go to first floor. There I was scanned by the security, electronic storage devices and laptops arent allowed. Then my checklist document was checked at the first counter and the docs were pinned and handed over to me. Staff was very friendly btw. Then I went to another room where my documents were scanned and then I was asked to write an address on a paper, this address should be the address where you want your passport to be delivered to you once the visa stamping is done. They took my passport and returned everything. You dont need any original documents for visa purpose, photocopies will suffice. My passport was put in a green bag and I was told to carry it to the biometric room where my fingerprints and photos were taken, he took my green bag containing the passport. Thats it, process is done.Note: Dont take any premium packages cuz the entire process takes less than an hour. Dont forget to take printouts of every document. If you forget, there is a printout shop in front of the building, he will charge 20 rupees per page, bloody thief. Since you cant carry laptops and drives inside the building, you will need to pay 200 rupees at the counter for storage for 90 minutes.Good Luck.Edit: I got my visa in 5 working days, it wasn’t any priority service.

Please dont get your laptop or pen drive, its not allowed here and you have to submit it at the nearby luggage counter paying 70 bucks/hr..which is quite costly. Also dont get your car you will end up paying huge amount for valet parking. It sometimes take 3-4 hrs for entire process so plan accordingly.

Pathetic Center! No parking facility! No cordial staff and they make you wait even when you have availed walk-in service! Later they again suggest you to take premium lounge service to not to wait even for even for walk-in! Waste of time energy and money!The counters are full for walk-in but if you avail a premium lounge service the counters get free with extra fee!

We applied for UK Visitor Visa for me and my wife on 03 September 2021. On the counter inside VFS, bangalore centre, I was asked whether I want priority service by paying extra money, but I told him politely I want to proceed with normal channel.Today is 11th of October, more than a month passed but yet there is no trace of my application status.Before this we applied 7 times through normal channel and got our UK visa through VFS Bangalore within 12-15 days. I dont know why this time so much delay?
