Nice and spacious rooms in a prime location. Neat and clean and maintained hygiene. Enough parking space along with valet parking available at the entrance. Helpful courteous staffs will be always available for your service. There are multiple big function halls available where you can arrange marriage parties, functions, corporate parties etc. Price of food is very reasonable. Stayed for almost a week. Best rooms with good space. Best buffet breakfast with lot of options. Lunch or Dinner is a fixed menu(combo) which is disappointed a lot & not worth of money.Suggestion: Best option is to choose room with breakfast and order Lunch & dinner from outside.All staff members are polite and good. I checked in this hotel on 11 August. It is a wonderful hotel. Good and spacious room. Good resturant. Like any star hotel restaurant items are little expensive but very tastey. Good staff . Ample parking space for car. Entire basement is parking. Strongly recommend for stay

The stay was comfortable and clean. Food was not very good and was very pricey. Ambience inside the room was very nice but there was a huge honeycomb when you drag the curtain, which kept us from not opening the curtain at all. The noises from the neighbouring rooms were very much audible. It was a good experience but could have been better for the price range.

We stayed here for 3 days.. The staff was courteous & service was quick. Food was great..I have deducted one mark because I found the hotel management quite casual about the COVID pandemic.. Whole Staff was wearing the mask but not covering the nose and mouth. There was no proper precautions taken by the staff..

I never expected the reception of the hotel to be this good. It was way more than what I expected. The quality of service is amazing. Me Qazi made our stay smooth, enjoyable and memorable. He never gave a small chance to complain. Would love to visit the hotel again. The man in charge of Aloe Spa is equally great. The room service guys are quick and friendly. Without a second thought go for this hotel and contact Mr Qazi incase of need. He will go out of his way to make your stay pleasant.

Hi,overall a great stay and very good breakfast room is with modern amenities.but I faced a bad experience yesterday....actually i had got a complimentary upgrade to deluxe suite so I informed the receptionist(guy) about the same while check in itself...he told us that yes sir this is the deluxe room(900sqft) which we are giving you but when we checked in the room was executive suite (650sqft) only.which I got to know later on today while check out like seriously why??is this not cheating/integrity issue? the problem is why do you lie and do false information to the guests.the point here is of trust which cant get it back with this kind of experience faced by me....really didnt expect with this kind of luxury hotel...please improve on your integrity on guests.. thanksgood food/modern amenities

Great hotel in Madiwala with one of the best in class staff and service. The rooms are in extremely great condition and had hardly to be a complaint about. The only drawback that too due to Govt norms was the un-operational pool; we just wished that the pool was operational. Rest all was just fabulous. We would recommend staying at this hotel due to the location, great hygiene standards, and good hospitality

Rooms were surprisingly bigger and well maintained. Staffs were courteous too. The only issue I faced was with TV, as there were no channels available for first few hours and I had to chase them for that. Otherwise its a beautiful place with a mall next to it.

Everything was good but whenever I ask for something they will say its their but after sometimes they said its not their..One day I order something they said kitchen is closed then I order from outside they didnt allow delivery to come my room and on the top that they call me and asked me to go to the ground floor and collect the food when I ask them I cant come ask your guys to take it , his name was Jacob he said no one is here you have to come down and collect it.. this one i really feel bad

The best experience I ever had in case of hotels.nHighly recommended to whoever looking for accommodation in kormangala - main part of Bengaluru. I stayed there for 10 days and it was perfect. Loved it.

First off i was given a ro that was not at all like hiw the descriprion was. No kitchenette and no seperate living area etc. not at all well lit. And then when i asked the front desk, they immediately replied saying that they dont have any other rooms available. Of course i made a fuss and escalated the matter and got another room that was better. And then house keeping was very disappointing. They wouldnt deliver extra towels in request and had to repeatedly ask for . Overall i wouidnt stay here in future and i would not recommend this place to anyone else.

Booked 2 executive suites. both cost the same. yet one was big and had a kichen while the other didnt have a kitchen. y was the smaller room called an executive suite i dont understand since it didnt have ANYTHING SPECIAL. Wifi was also non existent in the smaller executive suite.The bigger executive suite, though it had a kitchen it had NOTHING in it...no amenities whatsover...no microwave, no plates, spoons nothing that shld be available in a kitchen was there. A menu card for room service restaurant was not provided either. Not a memorable stay.The only positive was...rooms were clean. Thats it.

They have a wide spread number of dishes of different cuines followed by some delicious dessert and cakes.We did not avail the buffet instead went for the ala carté, we ordered these:Fresh lime sodaBurani Chicken TikkaButter ChickenChicken Fried RiceChicken in Hot Garlic SauceButter Naan and RotiThe fresh lime soda was refreshing. All the dishes we ordered were presented really well. The tikka was mouth watering, the butter chicken along with the naan were just so yummy.The chinese dishes too were flavoursome.There is a full bar available.
