I would say never join IBM especially the BPO side of it. Management over here does only think of the client and never of the employees. Even during this pandemic we were asked to come to office as client was agreeing for a WFH option. They say they would have all the safety and hygiene measures in place. Which was not at all up to the mark. Higher management wants us to do anything for the sake of client. I understand clients are the ones giving us business, how ever our management never thinks about the employees at any moment. You would mentally stressed and tortured. I would say there is nothing great abt the company. Hike is anyways minimal. Initial hike be great, but never fall for it.

I would like to say thanks to ibm managers with whom i worked and the separation team. They are so good and values the time. Even though i worked there only for 5 months, all managers are still remembering me. When i requested for a reference letter , even after 4 years, they gave it without any hesitation. I never expected such a wonderful experience from ibm.

One of the best places to work, this block has a sprawling cafeteria. Recently Rahul Dravid, one of the ex cricket captains of India had visited this place and delivered a motivating speech. Parking facilities are also good. Greenery is well maintained along the place.

Its horrible to be inside the G2 building. Your phone will never receive signal and you can see many in the crowed screaming Hello, can you hear me!!!. You need to visit this building if you are appearing for an interview, even though this building has a huge parking lot, its allocated only for employees. The security guards will guide you another building (not adjacent) owned by IBM to park your car. This building has a good cafeteria though.

IBM is worlds best company and I always feel blessed to be an IBMer as I used read IBM and Bell AT&T labs in my computer books through out my computer science education.Yes, exception is every where in my career with IBM I served as best I could have and got recognition and best opportunities where I can showcase my skillset.

Great experience.I attended a workshop related to data science at ibm and some of the stuff dicussed were mind blowing. Its so astonishing how machine learning is changing the future and how analytics are automised using machine learning using ibm watson analytics platform.
