I was under immense time pressure when I contacted them. A response informing about the available options was sent promptly along with the designs available and also an option to customize the color. It looked extremely beautiful. Well baked and painted, dried very well. The package is also very neat, and the choice of color of the gift box is very bright, with a tag stuck above the wrapped box. She was extremely sweet in finding ways, and I must admit, she went out of her way in coordinating to ensure I receive it on time. Truly a satisfying experience to have ordered a gift from them. Aikyaa Arts was a wonderful experience. The artist taught me basics of making terracotta jewelleries in a traditional way. The knowledge that was shared during the session was invaluable. I took a 2-day course which was a little exhausting for both my hands and my mind. I only wish that they extend the course for 3 days which will give ample time to complete the jewelleries and learn thoroughly about the baking process.
