I went to buy my spectacles from them paid them 5k , they fooled for anti fogging and pitched higher amount of lenses which were not anti fogging and even promised to get my 1 lens changed if scratches come . Armindar singh and his colleague with manbun never doubted to speak false commitments and then after 2 months when i went there they denied and said only manufacturing defect .THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUD AND FAKE , THEY WILL LOOT YOUR MONEY I WAS HELPLESS SO I GOT IT OR ELSE I WOULDNT HAVE GONE THERE .PLEASE DONT GET FOOLED BY THEIR GOOD WORDS..PLEASE.

Really bad customer service, especially after taking orders. Spectacles werent delivered on time. The instructions and specifications were not taken care off at all. Manager refuses to answer the phone calls. Staff at store at not equipped and trained to handle or meet client queries. Highly Disappointed. Would not recommend this store

Beware of this brand vision express.They sell cheap material stuff for a higher price tag. I had bought a Rs. 7000 worth product which had 2 years warranty. It didn’t last for two years and moreover when i approached the store for repair, they denied the service, and suggested me to go for a new frame which will cost me Rs. 6,000. When they were selling this product they claimed the warranty. If frame is damaged we will will replace it without a question asked. But they will not give anything in writing. Even in the bill it’s not mentioned as terms and condition.In this time A local brand frame which i had been using for a long time saved me and served me for more than 5 years came in use as a spare frame.So I learned a big lesson from this from buying another worthless reliance product.

Very bad lens quality. On top of that they REPEATEDLY make mistakes when making the lenses (Ive done several glasses with them over the period of few years) and give different lens specifications than what was requested. I had to change all my lenses with a different brand. Avoid Vision Express - they pretend to be a premium brand, but theyre the opposite of that. And dont give them your phone number - theyll bombard you with advertisement messages forever!

Now I ordered for single day lens 4 boxes i.e. 60 sets...after multiple follow up got all 4 and the irony was the fourth box was sealed open and had 3 sets less.Hence they are fraud and cheat be aware of them.Never ever going to visit them again.

Recently I had visited this place for my power udate for reading glass.The optometrist after testing explained the variation and clearly explained the nessary precautions to be taken.They only suggest and they dont compel to buy immediately.They record the prescription in a book and we have to provide the name to retrieve.Good place for thorough power evaluation and it takes 30 minutes for complete test.Best testing lab for accurate power prescription.

If you use Contact Lenses then must try theirs once and you definitely will love it, I have been using them from 8 years now.Never tried the frames, glass lenses are also good quality with competitive prices.

I was a customer here and I had lost my glasses in accident and wanted the prescription for emergency pair of glasses immediately, however was thinking to visit VE shortly after recovery but request for copy of prescription was turned down saying They cant provide the copy of prescription for second time. Vision express lost its loyal customer this day.

Worst staffs and worst service. Did eye test there and had to go multiple times for changing lense because of wrong readings.. Even though they replaced it and admitted their fauIts if u call for an update they tell will call back and never call back at all. I have not got my glasses after purchase and now more than a month. Service is pathetic.irresponsible staffs. Hire few people with good sense than hiring many useless ones. Either their server will be down wen called for update or person concerned wont be present. Never have the courtesy to call customer back and update . Fed-up calling 1000times to this place. Never opt for Indira nagar vision express.

Very bad experience with vision express. I went to this store because it seems be a better rated one on google. On 5th Aug I went to get a progressive lense done. The guys cross checked the prescription and agreed to deliver the glass by Friday. I selected a diamond lense as it was supposed to have the minimum distortion.Saturday they delivered the glass to my horror the glass was not at all helping. The glass has too much distortion on the left and I could not even read a computer screen correctly.The guys in the store kept insisting that the glass was done on my prescription and it is good. After few verbal altercation they agree to call an expert and I went back to the store on Sunday. The guy rechecks and confirms the measurement was wrong and the glass is not per my need. As I am without a glass I request for an urgent rework and they promise to deliver urgently. Yesterday they called and informed that the lab will deliver it to them by Tuesday 22nd. I am 18000 rupees down and without the specs since the 5th of August and vision express is absolutely unconcerned. I wanted the store to connect to me to a senior person which they bluntly refused . You guys needs to be taken to consumer court for taking advance money and not respecting commitments. Also stop running the place with incompetent opticians who doesnt know how to do measurements.

Would call out for the staff Nikhil and shilton in this centre. They did a very professional job!I went there after shivas opticals, shankaranthi eye hospital, lenskart, Titan eye and eyesense. I rate these guys above all these players. Love the specs I picked up from here finally. And they offered a free cooling glasses too..All 5stars for this vision express.
