Teamlease have everything fake contact num fake its not working after long time which I waste one more num I got I called and which person pick the call he was not professional not able to transfer call to his senior as soon as he told me today is holiday and we cant transfer call to another senior what the hell yr without any reason I got a mail of warrning letter of misconduct and I replied it . Now after 1 month I got a hard copy letter at my home address how can I control my self .

Hey I have worked more than 2years in teamlease not a single rupee added to my PF account your fruad people if my PF amount is not transfer to my account

I went through team lease for an interview to a consulting firm in Noida.The consultant named Ruchi Gupta first of all gave me wrong info.I told teamlease that the position was for financial due diligence and they still sent me saying that the profile is apt for my work experience.There were supposed to be 3 rounds.First was HR, then manager and then director.I left for home and the teamlease consultant gives me a call saying there is going to be another director round.I already reached my home when they calledRushed back for the interview. HR went for the lunch and did not see me for 45 minutes.Then the senior director took my interview and was one of the most arrogant professional I ever met.He asked me lots of personal questions. Made fun of me being underpaid or whatever. He said what I was asking for was not worth it. That came from a fraternity member of ICAI.This made me decide upon 2 things.1. Teamlease is not a viable Consultant.2. Not every management consulting firm is worth wasting your time.I am a seasoned professional, but imagine how a fresher CA would have felt if such directors took their interview.I have worked for 4 years into consulting and never came across such a place.4 days later, by my own follow up I get a call that I am not selected.Thankfully I got a call letter from a Big4 firm already. At a much better package btw.So not only i ended up spending double the amount and time on travel (1700 on cab bill), I was also made to believe for a while that I dont deserve a good salary. And boy they were wrong!Let me know teamlease if you can pay back for my time lost and the cab bills i incurred!

We had empanelled with this consultancy and provided few candidates and they have joined the company in the month Jan 2019, and still our payment is pending from this pathetic company, and until today september 2020, the payment is not received.and whenever i call them they say that they have not received the payment from their client.Its more than 8 months from the invoice shared.And Mr. Mahesh and Arun are coordinating with us but no proper professional responses and assurance.

They will make u work from the starting day without training. Even the concern team providing the training and all. Our great managers wont allow us to go. If anything happens they will blame us very badly.The issue is that, they had blamed me for the mistake, which was not made by me and they processed me the Warning letter as well. The only thing is I uploaded.I couldnt withstand the blame on me and I left. How much we work they wont even recognize 👍Main person who was supporting me was played very nice double game and that is my manager Mahesh N ( T9509).Please consider this as my experience and request you to improve on this kind of things. I hope no one suffers mentally like me now on wards.

Most unprofessional, uncooperative and unfriendly organization. Here most of the senior employees are having the habit of escapism. If you have any issue like salary, payroll, attendance etc., they will show you hell by escaping their responsibilities with out resolving your problems. The information what we get from the Associate inbound will be complete contradict to the information what we get from internal staff of teamlease. You will literally going to cry because of their unresponsive behavior. Especially HR Department is the worst department as compare to remaining departments, they wont respond you, at-least they will not receive your calls. I worked for only few months and they simply terminated me in the name of contract expiration between its client. Guys please be careful think twice before joining this organization.

The person from Pune office Mr Sagar Raut who was responsible for completion of my exit procedure has suddenly changed his phone number. He doesnt know how to talk with an employee and dont know any kind of procedure and professionalism. Customer care number of banglore office is fake no response. Lengthy procedure.

HiA person from Teamlease named Rijo John reached me out for interview and scheduled one in pune and asked me to book my flight tickets accordingly and said the same is refundable irrespective of whether i clear it or not.Its been 3 months now and I havent received any money back. This is just to share my unfortunate experience which was so devastating that I do not want anyone to come across such a situation. Team Lease is the worst recruitment agency. Unprofessional Attitude. I was settled in Kolkata and relocated to Bangalore. I came to Bangalore in Search of Job in the year 2015. They are only fooling candidates. I don’t want to take any certain name. Your turn will never come. They will make you sit for long [till lunch time] and after that they will go for lunch but still after lunch also your turn won’t come. I nearly went thrice in search of job. They have disappointed me. After shifting to Bangalore also I still called the person in spite of bad experience. Whenever I call the concerned person only informs and tells that there was a vacancy and where were you all these days. Then that concerned person will again inform you that there is a vacancy and he will just text the address and has to go and attend the interview next day. I myself don’t know how many months have passed listening to all these lies. Till date I’ve not received any address or call from their end. Guys, please avoid this recruitment agency. They are not bothered about candidates. Please please please don’t ever recommend to any of your friends who are in need of job.

Associate team is not supportive to Employees after leaving the contract they wont give your PF amount they simply create their Own portal and mentioned with Values ie your PF available balance & they wont transfer your PF amount to EPFO account also, only this Contract company Maintaining their Own rules and regulations, even if we request also they will simply give one mail Id/ contract number are useless it wont give resolution,The company available in the Bangalore location also waste and you wont get proper response from them,My Experience I am suffering to take my Relieving documents and PF amount. New rule from company: For taking PF amount you need to wait for 2 months with Out job after 2 months you need fill form 19 & 10c along with cancelled cheque you need to Courier to team lease office then they will Verify and Process your amount,I want to Know then what is the use of EPFO account,any company in Bangalore they will directly transfer the amount to EPFO account after completion of 6 months, only thins company Maintaining their own rules just see the rating of these company given by employees even the clients also not taken care about complaints, Only they want Profits.

Another 50 members also selected for the same company on the same day itself, with me.You should go there and submit resume if you want a job. I am here to give my honest review. TeamLease is an organisation where you find it very intimidating for non-hindi speaking employees especially the localites ( Kannadigas) . I have found them celebrating other festivals and not even a single festival related to our state ( Karnataka) . And if we question HR on the same we are made to apologise for doing so. Maybe , its a high time the issue to be approached to relevant state government authority as i find them no stopping by. I did work here for couple of years and each day was a mental torment .

Very Bad experience, First They Invite for interview , also tell for reimbursement for ticket, after complete interview, no any call and not give response proper, I trust him and book my flight ticket, from delhi to pune , prodrair air product company intervie on 8 December -17 , but still date no any response and not pick up my call . Initially they said, we are recruiting for the position payroll executive bt aftr they had nt given offer letter itself. After joining nly they gave Offer letter by mentioning as (job position) Trainee with stiphend 10k, Then i joined there bcz i shifted kormangala. So much of politics. With the salary processing team. They use alway local languages, everyone will form groups as we were in our colleges. For silly things also they do dramatic.The main thing is.. They beautifully celebrates Birthday of the team member.. Den also the team in which we associated, they were also collect money as a slum ppl, n utilise for there own purpose. (NO IS READY TO give MONEY FOR TE Bday celebration, den also dey forcefully collect.. Idiots..) the team leaders are always first in grabbing money n enjoying. No growth, no opportunitis..
