This review is based solely on the vaccination experience at BO&S.Hospital does have emergency doctors(in case of any adverse reactions though it is very unlikely)- Need to Register at the emergency entrance get a token. Vaccination on 2nd floor.- Sanitizers available- Social distancing was followed since the crowd was minimal.- All staffs were kitted up with masks, gloves the whole shebang.- The floors were clean and neatly maintained.- CASH & CARD ACCEPTED ( No UPIs accepted)- Walk in allowedNote : Aadhaar number required.Overall the whole experience was satisfactory. I had been here to take the covishield vaccine. Its on the 2nd floor. All staff are with masks. Took around 10mins for the injection. They accept credit card. Its better to register on cowin website and take appointment before going.

Went to get the jab today. The staff was polite, smart and efficient. Process was smooth and conducted with good social distancing. Park at back gate.

After getting appointment with dr kannan (hand surgeon) after waiting for 1 hour I asked receptionist when dr will come she told me dr is not coming today please come tomorrow, U guys dont have mind in this lockdown how we can travel 6 km daily without any hospital records u have any idea how police officers ask questions how they behave like we did any crime , very irresponsible behaviour disgusting

I would agree with the review of Ms. Raheela here, came across the same experience wrt the duty doctors,attenders. Highly unprofessional attitude.Only the visiting Dr Basant , helped and guided us throughout.The front desk staff and the insurance team were very helpful.

Worst place to take your loved ones, dont even think of this place during emergency, the staff and nurses do not have the passion to serve patients, they make fun and pass comments on patients weight and many more such things which is very unprofessional, patients who are very ill are left unattended for hours even if the patient shouts for help everyone turns a deaf ear. The duty doctors at night are unavailable as they sleep in the consultation rooms in the ground floor. The doctors get irritated when relatives enquire about the health condition of their family member who is admitted, they seem to be very frustrated maybe due to too much of work that they have taken on to themselves. Feeling very disappointed and sad that my loved one had to go through a terrible experience which affected the state of mind as well.

Excellent support and understanding extended at the hospital on the new year night, when we had limited options to put our trust into.A big thank you and gratitude to *Dr Mayur* for his impeccable support, assurance and above all the relief extended to my brother who was going through an unbearable pain due to Knee fracture.

I took 7 days course in BOSH, the treatment throughout 7 days was good. Doctors and Nurses gives best result to me like medicine,treatment.

This place has never cheated me..they take minimal consulting fees...very neat and clean environment...doctors will not overboard you with unnecessary medicines. Very good experience both times I visited

I have visited this hospital on multiple occasions and every single time, I have had a very pleasant experience. Most of all, I am at peace after the visit. The doctors and other staff are very courteous and helpful. I have had quite a few interactions with Dr. Subbaiah, orthopaedic. He is a no non-sense doctor and suggests only the tests that are relevant and needed. He also doesnt prescribe medication unnecessarily. Most of all, one of the funniest doctor I have seen :).

Visited for Muscle and Knee pain, I have consulted Dr Subbaiah , Doctor is Courteous & service oriented . Dr explained the treatment procedure and i have taken a treatment ( only medicine) for 10 days. I am not having any pain now. Best hospital to visit , Doctors Gesture will make you feel comfortable and yes we can trust them as they are not in Money making process like other commercial hospitals.

Be ready to wait. They dont value for time.They people waiting for hours why.I requested you to keep playing the promise of care the patients . As I have observed that doctors dont have time sence.That such critical time making heart patients waiting for 2hours. Please make it proper.It be huge tension. Just 1 once in a month will be enough.Please avoid making waiting.Please its heartly request .For doctor who make waiting the patients there salary must be cut . I know they doing they duite but do it properly .Just a general check can be by video call.Heart patients will leave to meat doctor at 5.30 pm and come back at 8.00 pm.These doctor are so irresponsiblethey dont have fear of god.I appreciate they service but time is money.But very long waiting and they keep up time.Its A great job. Visited in Feb 2019 with knee pain. The diagnosis of Dr. Subbiah was amazing. It was different from all the doctors I met in Gurgaon and kerala and the correct diagnosis. I doctor have not had a recurrence till date. In my view the best ortho I have seen so far with an excellent sense of humour.

Had been to this hospital by chance and surprisingly it has been very good experience. The doctors are thorough in their examination and target the problem effectively. I saw them attending every patient in a courteous way. The cost may not be very cheap but its the standard across any hospital in Bangalore.

BOSH is one of the best hospitals that I have seen. The hospital is very clean while the staff is well trained and make you feel at home. My mother under went a knee surgery and is walking in perfect confidence in just a couple of days from the surgery. All thanks Dr. Subbiahs magical treatment. I really liked the way he made my mother feel comfortable and happy to help her make a decision to go for the surgery. She was suffering from immense pain titill a while back and is completely relieved of it now. Thank you very much Dr. Subbiah and all of the staff members for your wonderful and courteous care at BOSH.

Nice service for home care service

Worst services....purely unprofessional.... no humanity towards patients.They just want to trap the patient for long treatments even if not required.I went in emergency for my stomach pain early morning. Pain was very severe. Given injections ..waited for 2 hrs...no relief ....they keep on telling for scanning for stone.Then I went to Specialist Hospital and they given injections for gastric problem and I was OK within 1 hour. No any other scanning they recommended.

I have been regularly visiting BOSH since 2 years now. Very pleased with the effectiveness and overall service. My experience is related to Orthopaedic, however based on same would strongly recommend.

Not at all a good experience,went to do 2 XRays, charges are too high 400/ each XRay,XRay print out was not clear,may be because I saw their old machine,and till now never got the written report,for which they made us to come around 6 times in three days,and after that my doctor suggested dont waste your time in the report,I will see the reports myself only. Not at all a good experience.

This is one of the best hospital in Bangalore especially for Orthopedic. My mother who is 70 year old slipped in bathroom and her Pelvis bone broke, I took her to Bangalore Orthopedic and Surgical Hospital on my friends recommendation. There Dr Subbaiah (the best doctor I had come across) examined and did a successful surgery. To my surprise the very next day after surgery he made her to walk with help of walker (though full recovery will take another 1-2 months). I am so thankful to him and other senior doctors and the whole staff they are just amazing. I would highly recommend you to please consult Dr Subbaiah for any problem related to orthopaedic before going to any other hospital. Also you will be surprised with genuineness in there billing.

BOSH hospital I always got very nice guidance, be it the energency doctor or any specialist. Dr Subbaiah I often visited with painful problems and he rescued me from all pains. The emergency doctors and nurses are also very well behaved and very much caring. Overall a pleasant experience and a faith on the team. Dr Subbaiah is always motivating.

Orthopedic Doctor Subbaiah is fantastic, his way of speaking would heal the patients very soon, very optimistic & good at his treatment.

Be careful with this Mr subhahiah. He lacks lots of experience. He misguided the patient for seviere fracture and put up plaster instead of suggesting Surgery. Even the plaster was not done properl, He simply putted without setting up the bones. The patient suffered for 2 months and then finally we have to go for surgery again after 2 months at ganga Hospital coimbatore.

With one liner what I can say best about this hospital is Hospital with best hospitality with full care for all your health problemsI visited this hospital twice, both the times at critical conditions but found the best treatment.First time I visited this hospital when my father was suffering with severe infection in kidneys & urethra.... we have visited multiple times many hospitals for the same issue but the problem is keep getting repeated after some time, when I consulted Dr.Nagesh in BOSH he guided me to consult Dr. Venkateshwar Rao(Uro surgeon) he found out the root cause of it & done some procedure to clear problem & guided us with full picture of the problem & solution for it and asked us to continue the procedure for some time...... until now I dont see the problem repeated again..... Very Happy to see my fathers health in good condition now.Second time I visited when my wife was suffering with Dengue during 8 months of pregnancy....again we consulted Dr.Nagesh & got hospitalized for 2 days, problem is completely cured....The amazing thing what I can say about Dr. Nagesh & other doctors available in this hospital have good humanity,provide you clear picture of your problem & get u the solution for sure, rather than looking for money unlike most of the hospitals in Bangalore........ One of the best hospital in Bangalore

Absolutely the best hospital and doctors i have seen so far. Day one i went with acute lower back pain relating to tail bone. Dr. Subbiah and another Senior Doc ( I forget the name) checked me thoroughly and assessed the problem and ref me to Dr. R. Raghavendra next day. They just didnt charge me anything. Reception was so prompt no waiting and the seating with nice cushion seats with comfort unlike many hospitals where patients suffer by sitting in steel chairs.Next day promptly Dr. R.Raghavendra pain management specialist saw me and heard my issues with utmost patience and did a through check of the area affected. He explained my issues so professionally with sketches and he was a revelation.I have been having this problem for more than 5 years and no other doctor has understood my problem and given me a proper solution.Hats off to all of them at Bosh . In a matter of a day am already finding relief.

I went to this hospital for a second opinion on my leg injury.I was scammed by my previous doctor who made me put a cast on my sprain.Dr Subbiah from the hospital was clearly a thorough professional and didnt even charge a fee for consultation

Pathetic receptionists, rather than providing solutions they argue with patients. Asking for a glass of water will give you answer as you have to buy and drink. And they expect a new patient to know all the process in advance or else they will insult you saying you should know this. If you want to retain your patients train your receptionists.

Actually I visited the Hospital on 14th of May 2019 to cut down plaster of my Mother. They cut the plaster with the machine in such a way that, my Mother has suffer cuts in her leg and they give the excuse that the Plaster moulded very tight. Very bad experience, they make you wait, doctors dont answer on time. What ever the emergency is doctor only answer at 4pm. They charge a lot of fee.

I met Dr.K.K.Subbaiah orthopedic surgeon as both my knees were giving way. Dr. Subbaiah properly diagnosed my problem. I was suggested surgery. I was very clearly explained every aspect of the surgery and expectations from the same. In fact Dr. Subbaiah also told me to take my own time in deciding whether to go for surgery or not. I decided to go and the date was fixed on 30th of Sep 2018. The surgery was jointly conducted by Dr. Subbaiah and Dr. Prakash . It was a great experience. Today two months later after the Bilateral knee replacement I am able to walk without any aid of walker or crutches. I am able to attend to all my duties without any pain. The post surgical treatment was fantastic. The doctors were great. The nurse and assisting staff were very cooperative and most of all i should confess that the cost factor was very economical. I would strongly recommend BOSH for any orthopedic related problem.Once again thank you doctors and staff of Bosh Hospital

Very very bad experience from reception staffs..today I had appointment on morning, I consult doctor and give 500 as consultation fee...she told me to do some test and consult again... Evening I went their with result.. Again they charged 500 consultation fee... I asked to reception staff about consultation fee... One lady said to me if u questioning us we will not give appointment for next time......really pathetic 😡😡😡😡

An excellent hospital for orthopeadic, my mother under went a surgery, special thanks to Dr kannan & Dr subaiah, the billing was quite genuine, as earlier i end up paying non medicals more than 8k in the same locality hospitals, but in this place i had paid only 2k, thanks for the whole team & quick discharge.

Visited orthopedic doctor (Dr.Kannan ) for fracture treatment, was very much satisfied with the consultation. The doctor was knowledgeable and answered all our queries.

I had a terrible experience with hospital:Point 1:Insurance Helpdesk at this hospital is pathetic , their head is full of confusions and end up doing trial and error services with the customers. Hopefully they will certainly improve their services under the close supervision of the management team.I certainly felt the management team is great..Point 2:The duty doctors are really pathetic, don’t even know how they have become doctors ( probably the management needs to adopt the pre -employment verification process at least for the doctors deployed directly by them). I had a terrible experience with them at the time of discharging from the hospital. The duty doctor was just not able to exlpain how to use certain complex medications, I had asked them multiple times to understand the process of taking inhaler medication, but in vein. Every time I asked the duty doctor the process for taking the inhalers, the amateur duty Doctor was very unclear to explain the process and intern explained or educated the patient in a wrong process. How can a duty doctor explain or educate the wrong process??? When asked them to contact the main doctor to clarify, the duty Doctor gets irritated, aren’t you guys supposed explain the patients correctly? As a patient don’t we have the rights to know how to take the prescribed medicienes or are we supposed to google and learn the way the duty doctors do at hospital?? Something fundamentally wrong... needs immediate attention of the management.

I was about to visit this hospital and spoke to receptionist over call to check if doctor available. The receptionist is totally unprofessional and lacks basic mannerism of talking to anyone. Pathetic experience and dont think I can visit such hospital ever.
