Good service and customer satisfaction
It used to be a good place but the current staff is pathetic. It just lost a loyal customer. Me. I went in for a new specs and the talkative manager there sold me a pathetic so called progressive lens. Never showed me the correct data and now back tracks on it. New one turned out to be expensive and useless. Beware of this talkative fellow !! Do not fall into his talks. Never to IGATE again...
Great after sale service
Helpful and knowledgeable staff..they do provide free eye checkup..
Shop is good. It will better if they bring new collection and price little low
So nice service
Pathetic Service...very Sad..I have been their regular customer, have bought at least five to six specs from them, but yesterday I ordered one for some urgent requirement and they have completely spoiled my plan... Thank you very much.. I will never visit IGATE again
