No work ethics and they are not professional at all. Work wise they are big zero.They are least bothered on any queries or issues...They dont stand by words... Simply give false promises which will impact you in a big way..

Yes, I got the delivery on 20th August (as I wished to have it delivered on that date). The worst ever service I have come across, which never expected from Maruthi. Coming to the point, I have purchased dzire zxi from Kalyani motors Avalahalli branch making payment on time. The whole process was looked after ( but not taken care) by the executive (Chethana). She doesnt even have the knowledge of basics procedures. Which is why every procedure got delayed. Besides no proper follow up & no response for my calls & messages. Other backend staff call for getting feedback on payment, customer service etc which is of no use. After paying everything as invoiced ( including temporary registration) again one more executive demanded 500/- for temporary registration. Documents also we got after 10 days of the Delivery.( after so many follow ups).At least now make sure you people are giving good service in the future.Finally She promised to send car body cover but its been a month but no status updated.
