Cloud Nine Sector-14 Unit the most unorganised, unprofessional and pathetic hospital to go… Services and processed are so unclear and always tried to keep customers in dark till last movement. Strongly recommend NOT to go there for anything..

Rating one coz there is no option to rate less than that, had a horrible experience. Ignorant and empathetic staff. Negligent approach in making report, don’t know if doctors actually check reports before marking signature. Advisable to read reports and advises yourself first before leaving hospital. Even during COVID time photography promotion activity allowed in patients room, and studio guy comes randomly to rooms with props to click pictures. These props are not clean or sanitised and used by the photographer even on 1 day old child. Failed to understand that when entry of attendants is limited how any private photographer partner of hospital is allowed and sense behind it. Is it the policy of cloud nine to make money by risking even a day old child health? Even when I am writing this my heart is breaking. Pls be safe people and don’t fall in the trap and be very vigilant.

I had been consulting cloudnine for past four years for my son. Had met different doctors there. All are equally good and very good with kids . Facililty is also good and neat no complaints.We have an rxdx clinic also nearby where we go sometimes according to doctor availability in hour of need. Its also equally good though its just a clinic.But what i observed very unusual in cloudnine is the exorbitant fees for followup visits. When all the clinics or even hospitals give it free for seven days here you charge 50%. I had comsulted on monday evening and as there was an emergency again had to go on tuesday evening when i was asked to pay another 270 bucks. This is not fair especially when the hospital is for kids and pregnancy care. Fees is fine , only those who want need to go first place but charging for followups is something very greedy for a chainOf hospitals like this.Shilpa
