Great and fantastic place to spend the lifetime. People are very friendly, supportive, and caring for each other. Project has proper document and no violation or deviation, and the construction quality is good. The whole premises is like a modern marvel wherein people always thrive towards the betterment of everything. MV&Vajra developed this project and are still maintaining with very good condition and friendliness and equality are the key to success of this project. The harmonious attitude of the residents is appreciable. One should have the blessings from the gods and have a sacred reincarnation to be part of this wonderful family.

Gated, secured. 300 ft from main road with a pool and spacious parking basements. We have a small playing ground for children and walking space for elderly along with gym with good and decent neighborhood. What else do we ask for??

The apartment is filled with all the necessary facilities required for the modern time. A huge parking space availability, Western style washrooms at every parking lot floor for the security and other people which is a plus point, loft access to each block. Greenery around , only issue is monkeys might come to play with you. You can put up grills inside your balcony to avoid them, they are friendly though. 😅

Facilities are good but its not wheelchair accessible. The height leap for disabled people usually deters them from using wheelchairs

They give you very good guidance and there is no legal issue. We 3 friends bought 3 flats in MV Vajra.Project is approved by all major banks and hence no issues with land papers.Builder is genuine & Im interacting with Shivakumar (Partner) and Aravind (partner) they are very helpful in guiding you for everything. Site engineer Chethan is very good and Im able to get it done all possible modifications required. I am very impressed with shivakumar who helped me lot in every decision and supported us lot.Quality of construction is good & have got positive feedback from friends and family.The construction quality is really good and no compromise on quality of work.Overall by looking at location, amenities & construction quality, I would recommend this property.
