I think KSRTC is the only transport company in Asia which has a perfect work and personal life balance.The people whom you work with are amazing out there. They are the definition of what a team is called.I have never come across such company who has all good and selfless people under a same roof.Or may be team for which I was working was amazingly supportive. We stood in unity in client argument, in our successes and in our failure. I think KSRTC gave me enough exposure at work.I think here an individual should be responsible for their work and complete them not depending on their leads.There is much scope for work in terms of improvement, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY etcSo as total- Best place- Best Management- Best Infrastructure.

Very well maintained office. Spacious and in the heart of the city. Have visitor waiting rooms and good parking.

KSRTC luxury bus service is ok. The buses are well maintained. But staff on duty need to follow certain laid down guidelines to avoid inconveniences to its Customers/Passengers.I been writing to Senior officials but they dont heed to its Customers/Passengers.

Old is gold

Recently I traveled from Pondicherry to Bangalore by Airavat and returned by Rajahamsa. Dont ever attempt to travel by these buses. Typical government stuff.The outlook of Airavat misleads us, you feel the dabba in both of them, one with AC and other non AC.Better opt for a private bus.

I am trying to call ksrtc shantinagara, but no one is picking my call. this is the difference between government and private.

KSRTC has become leading passenger transporter. Excellent service. Minor improvements required in behaviour of some conductors and drivers. It is not good shouting at aged people and the some village people who cannot read the boards properly.

Hi,This is my second worst experience with KSRTC Rajahamsa 11:15 PM bus from Gangavathi to Hyderabad, I used to call that mobile number which is provided in the booking text message, that person simply say, due to traffic 1 hour 30 minutes delay will happen so wait in the bus stand bus will reach hyderabad by 9 AM( suddenly call disconnects), this is really frustrating Experience I ever had with KSRTC services. There is no good response from driver and TC. This same happened with me twice(27th May 2018 and 18th June 2018).By trusting your timings only, we will go for bookings with KSRTC, we people also have office and works, how can I believe your services, if you cant keep major thing of transportation i.e timing. Really shame to share my experience.And guide your employees to give respect and speak politely with passengers/public.Kindly do the needful.Thank You,
