Well maintained but too high priced. Has high maintenance yearly charges. You can go for Raynal Gardens which is attached to it. Price is much lower and has no maintenance charges.

The place is close to Tavarekere, however a little away from city. Mysore Road is around 18- 20Km.Nice layout. An investment proposition for those who already have a house.

I have visited this plot, sales and marketing people will not give more information, they will hide important information. They said site dimension is 30 ×50 but actual dimension is lesser than 1500. Before booking think twice, they said they will return booking amount 25k if you want to cancel but actualy they will not return 25k even though you canceled. Sales people are not professional and very poor in conveying information. Please check the land lord details before paying any amount. Before putting any signature please read the booking forms clearly about clauses. Dont sign in hurry, they will brain wash professionally. My sincere suggestion read clause before making payment.

A very good plotted development by a reputed builder. Top class roads with rain water drainage and dedicated foot path. It has under ground electricity and close to 10 + parks. Club house is 80% ready with a functioning swimming pool.Connectivity to city via NICE road is 9 kms away. Had a hassle free experience with the representative Sharvan, an honest and a lovely chap.90% of the owners are Hindus and there is an access to a nice temple coming up in Rayland Gardens which is adjoining the property.No wonder 90% of the properties are already sold.

This property is not RERA registered one.It belongs to Muslim owners.It has a plots with Builder (Salarpuria) & Owners share.Did not go ahead with the purchase.Seemed costly when compared to other nearby good builders.. Little far of from city, though colony is well maintained.

Was guided to the development from Anugraha project. Really worth it. Kind of development inside is something definitely not expected prior to visit. Ready by all means...Again... Features and finishing were great like Anugraha..

It’s one of the beautiful layouts which I have come across. It’s a newly built layout, yet to inaugurate. But, almost all the sites have been sold. If you are in search of a calm place to settle, then got to be quick.This layout is simply superb and is well shaped or you can say it’s well designed for people who wish to be admits greenery.

People who bought land here are people without investment knowledge.The sites wont even appreciate as much as the yearly service fees, when Kempegowda Layout comes and sells sites for 10 Lakhs then no one will buy this overpriced sites in the future.

I have bought a plot here,it was a very good experience,initially there was no availibility with builder stock,then i get to meet a land owner team,they infact had lot of options of 30*40,also lesser than the builder cost.im happy that i have completed my registration with them.

High end apartments complex in a most happening area with wast space around. This place is for those who love to live in sky rises. With 21 floors you are literally floating in the sky. But for those who prefer to stay in earth, this may look like a nursing home or lodge or hostel.

Club House is not ready even after 4 years of the launch of project. Builde is already started collecting maintenance fees which is not justifiable. Each site has grass and weeds grown up !!

Value for money plots in a very well developed layout by Salarpuria Sattva with all amenities completed and very good, wide internal tar roads and 8 parks, swimming pool, tennis courts, amphitheatre, club house etc inside the layout which are all complete. Ideal place to build our home with no pollution and good road accessibility to city. MG Road is around 1 hour drive from the project during day hours. The upcoming Peripheral Ring Road (PRR) will bring metro connectivity too in the near future.

In my first review (Feb 2018) I had given 4 stars, by only looking at the location of the property & keeping in mind about the popularity of Salarpuria Sattva.I am changing this to 1 star, due to the experience we had with sales / customer support team. Wish I could give negative stars. They make delays in communication & providing documents & charge us with interest amount for delay in payment. I will not recommend Salarpuria Sattva, at least this property has horrible customer service/ sales.
