I have just traveled with Shyamala travels from Bangalore to Goa and back. one think i liked about shyamal is they are absolutely on time with the departure, they started from Bangalore 9:00 PM sharp (on ticket) and from Goa also they started from 6:30 PM sharp. i have traveled with other travelers (VRL, seabird etc) but compared to those its much better. I am not sure why people have given such bad reviews about Shyamala travelers.

Very good travels and rest stop are very clean.Review was for my trip from Bangalore to Sangli on 19th March. Drivers are very polite and professional.Bed lining are clean. Over all it was really a good journey. Kindly keep this kind of service forever in furture.

Absolutely terrible and unprofessional service.My bus was from Bangalore to goa. On the day of journey around 2 hours before the departure time, they inform me that they moved us to Deepika travels. I asked multiple time and they insisted that only the bus has been changed and all other details including pick up time and pick up place were the same.20 minutes before the expected pickup they send a message saying that the pickup time is 15 minutes earlier that before stated. This made me miss the pickup and had to hire a auto at peak hour to take me to the new pickup.Deepika travels and shyamala are just in a nexus together to loot the passenger.My advice would be to avoid both these services even if they have the cheapest and most convenient time. The trouble caused by them are just not worth a few rupees of saving.

As per my experience this bus is the worst bus i ever travelled the bus was 1 hour late after the advised pick up time With no explanation or apology my pickup location was from Bangalore madiwala when I called driver to pick me up he is saying me to change the location because he dont want to come there very rude driver he doesnt know how to speak with ladies Im regretting to booking in shyamala travels,The bus was very poorly maintained Near manki 2 Tyre got panchure and they said us to wait for 30 mins after 1 hour they are asking me to go with someone else.. I reached 2 & half hours late from actual arrival time

Please dont use there service, We have booked Bangalore to Goa bus, and the experience was horrible. First of all the bus was not a Volvo ac bus. It got breakdown for more than 3times and now we are almost late by more than 5hrs, tried to call them and Go ibibo they are not receiving our call.. Verry verry bad experience.

Recently I have travelled from banglore to goa and goa to bangalore .Complete rash driving This was very risky. I have travelled with SRS,VRL,other buses. Whatever issue they might have but you will never fear for your life.Such driving only leads to road accident.Will never travel again.Accident risk - very HIGHOther facilities - OK

When I went from Bangalore to Goa I got good service but while coming back it was the worst experience ever. The driver who was very very Rude he didnt even let me put my beg on my booked seat. Thats the behaviour of shyamla driver.

Very worst experience with this travels. I was asked to wait for bus near hotel tourist near anand rao circle. pick up timing was 8.45pm upto 12.30 am i waited there ( i am continuously in contact with the given contact number and in last moment they stopped receiving the calls). And they left us behind. some how got manager number( helpline not work), when i called to that number i came to know that bus is in nelmangala. Its a horrible night mare to me and my family. Very poor management, illiterate drivers. I will never ever going to travel by these buses. A suggestion to all please dont put your family in risk by choosing such stupid travel agencies.

Worst experience ever...Travelling from Goa to Bangalore...Driver name: ManjunathGowda(Extremely Rude)..After reaching to Yeshwanthpur, he asked everyone to drop down saying theres traffic jam on the way to Majestic. Few people got down to avoid traffic but few people stayed back including myself asked him to drop us at majestic only(checked on gmaps, no traffic jam). He was insisting to transfer people to next bus but other driver refused..he finally started for majestic and dropped everyone at Race course road..When I was trying to take luggage from back, helper was not helping to get the bag down...was travelling with 2 ladies so had quite few bags..driver started driving when we were trying to get the luggage...Almost hurt my leg..when I bang hand on back of Volvo he got down and started shouting at me...had heated argument with him as he didnt drop anyone to Majestic and forced people to get off, helper was also not helping anyone to get the bags..Majestic was the final bus stop but he refused to drive there because as per him, They dont allow private vehicle. If thats the case, travel agency shouldnt mention it in booking sites...Never ever going to travel with these guys...

They will redirect to different bus somewhere near to your destination. Must avoid. Fake booking

Bangalore to Goa 10 pm bus arrived at pick up point at 11 pm. Driver absconds at Goa border for almost 1 hour.supposed to be volvo multi axle bus but it was ordinary a/c bus
