Fairly good transport.Pros1. Buses to all major tier 1,2 cities2. Most of the buses were new3. WiFi is available on some of the busesCons1. All these times I have traveled using these buses they were never on time (From Kakinada to Chennai 3+ hours delay)2. Very dusty and poorly maintained seating with an ancient TV3. Dont expect buses to be punctual particularly Bangalore ones4. Last row seats wont lean back as they have modded some buses with attenders bunker which restricts the seat to move backwardsYou can purchase water bottles next to the bus stop

My relative travelled by SRM bus from Bangalore to Tiruchendur couple of days back. Bus broke down at 2 am in the morning because of poor maintenance. Buses are not maintained properly. Dont travel by this transport.

There is no washroom, dont except like vrl or srs its just like a city private bus operator with their own rules and mind set, they are not the customer oriented transport, especially who sitting in kalasipalyam office team is giving horrible response to customers

Pathetic experience.1. The contact information given in the message was wrong. It is someones private number.2. The trip was canceled and I was never notified about it and I was not able to contact the operator as the contact information was incorrect3. I had to come and wait at the pickup point for 2 hoursNever ever choose this operators.

Very very bad customer service in bangalore. My bus to trivandrum got cancelled and they informed me last minute, I had no other bus option and I had to postpone my travel.Customer service responded very rudely for the cancel .Never expected such a bad experience from SRM

I know they claim them-self as luxury transport. But their employees (Driver & his assistant) has worst behavior and literally act like Gundas in bus. I did a mistake of booking an AC sleeper bus for my family (Chennai to Palani)recently and though the bus is good, they (and most other passengers) cant stand the arrogance of their employees. The same happened when I went in a sleeper from Banagalore to Chennai during which I thought it was one off. But looks like there is no training or customer service remotely left with SRM transport employees. Unless you are in a desert and left with no other bus, stay away from this one.

I called SRM on 26/2 @ 3-35PM and spoke to one of the advisors in SRM and the advisor was absolutely very rude on call, when i asked him about the charges for luggages which i carry extra he said 450/- , when i said that KPN charges only 150/- in no second he said to travel by KPN.... Its really ridiculous and unacceptable behavior shown on call..

The staffs arent informative ! You are on your own when you travel in these buses unless you know the stops you cant survive they wont call if you miss the bus ! Bus was maintained very badly

Service is poor, water leakage in an AC bus is new for me. At least try to fix that.Moreover,the seats are cramped and dirty.
