Living since 15 years & found this place very serene & good. But still so many things to be done to make this place more eco friendly.Many number of civil works are still pending. They must keep the roads & road side clean & remove the weeds in vacant sites on priority.

Excellent place. very peaceful and calm so far. With metro station coming right in front of the main gate, it gives all the convenience to travel anywhere around Bangalore city within 40 mins.The major concern that I see is the water facility. There was no kaveri water 2-3 years ago. However, I am not sure if that is taken care now.Toyota showroom adjacent, Thuranahalli forest just 2 kilometers away, metro station, various supermarket, dominos, shankara hospital, police station, so many kirana shops around, what more do you want around a gated community. :)

It is a gated community with independent residential houses. Has its own security. One can find a lot of Greenery, many varieties of trees: fruit and non-fruit, plants: flowering and non-flowering, ornamental plants and shrubs, etc.Paramount Gardens is situated on Bengaluru - Kanakapura road. Upcoming Thalagattapura Metro Station is right in front of this gated community.It is very soothing to see kids playing one or other games, going on bicycles, and so on. Even one can witness morning and evening all aged health conscious people jogging or walking on streets.

Gated community. Layout is full of greenary with many trees. Sites are bigger and so are the home too. Nice community people who are like minded and conduct many community activities, cultural programs, festival celebrations and many more. There is a beautiful temple inside with regular Pooja offered by priest. Area is good and connectivity is very good. Just 2 km to nice road junction. A metro station at walkable distance make it very valuable place.

Living here since 2013. Quiet and a calm locality. Lot of initiatives from residents association, but tardy response to some problems.New metro station coming up close. But very far and very few dining options close by.

Very calm and quiet place.The roads of the layout are broad and has good connectivity to major parts of the city like jayanagar.

Good apartment..we stayed here around 3 years..safe..once metro construction is over road should be traffic free..negative point is there are no nearby shopping malls..you need to go to konanakunte cross..

When I had been to this place on 20/01/2018, the roads werent proper and was reduced in size due to metro construction, there was potholes here and there and no markings on Road Humps. Please be aware of all these points before proceeding there.
