Well laid out comfortable space. Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. The manager infact recommended an aubergine main course. It wasnt on the menu butchered for it made specially for us well stocked bar. Adequate parking. Clean restrooms. Good food. And a bit pricey. Well. Thats to be expected... Right? 😊

As a well-known professional makeup artist in Bangalore I visit most of the elite hotels for my work. I was surprised to see that there were no AC working in the bridal suite. Very shameful as everyone suffered. Its just my experience and food not sure if its their own catering. Its just an average food.

Seems a lively place, located near the south end circle of Jayanagar. Close to South End Metro Station. Great Bar just near the lounge to chill out and a great Hall for meetings and functions, with adequate place for food at one end. Food was good. Chicken and Fish fry was good. Mount Blanc dessert was so yummy 😋.

Attended a wedding , had a buffet breakfast and lunch. Staff was good, nice bar, It has a small hall for 75 to 80 people. Buffet for breakfast had Idlis,vadas,tasty sambar, Khara bhaat, pooris and pototo sagu,Lunch was also elaborate with rotis and kulchas,paneer, mixed veg. curry, veg pulao, Malai koftas, shrikhand. Over all it was satisfying. Around INR1500 a plate for veg.

A luxury hotel in the heart of the garden city Bengaluru. Can get wonderful experience here. Rooms are clean and spacious. The staffs are very friendly and maintain the premises neat and clean. Totally loved by the hospitality of the staffs. One can visit and get a good experience here

I really enjoyed the two weeks I stayed here. The bed was really comfy, nice pillows and quilt. The staff were eager to please. Laundry services were prompt. A great place to stay if youre looking for the standards we see in the UK + good Indian hospitality. Oh and you can exchange currency at the desk.

Convenient location and well connected by all road / metro means.Tasted chicken fry, fish fry and hara bhara kabab.. just loved it. Would have loved even more has it been hot.Banquet hall is well lit and can easily accommodate 200 + pax.Cordial staff.

A good budget hotel for the business traveller and for those who travel in a larger group from outside for some event or funciton in the city of Banglore.the banquet halls are well placed and provided.the catering services need to improve drastically to keep up with the rest of the amenities and facilities which are good.the breakfast spread is great and ideal for the business traveller.the location may not be great but it is defenitely not bad.would recommend the place.

The Golden Oaks restaurant at La Marvella is a hospitable place with approachable staff. There is potential for the ratings to reach 5 stars with the following room for improvements!!1. The breakfast buffet must consistently be kept hot until 10.30. There are guests who arrive at 10.15 and they eat cold or less-than-lukewarm breakfast! Similarly, until 10.30, please REFILL items a bit more so that latecomers can satisfy their appetites too.2. The music at Golden Oaks does not match your standard of a 5 star restaurant. Britney Spears hit me baby one more time... Bon Jovi... and pop songs from 10 years back...? Please change the music to suit the standards.3. The bill is not always consistent with whats eaten.4. Please return all change to the customer, even if its One rupee. That shows awareness and sensitivity.5. The tables are not always set - missing forks, napkins, sugar, etc.6. Hosts/waiters need to ensure all guests are greeted and acknowledged.7. The managers do a great job. I had my wedding reception here. Everyone who attended loved the food and the service. Had special request for food without garlic and it was taken care of. The chef and the team is awesome. Hall was elegant and seating arrangements were well thought out. Simply a lovely place for family events and for stay as well.

We were here for our anniversary celebrations and had booked a suite room.The suite was pretty decent with all fine features as promised. The complementary breakfast was good with all kinds of cuisines.A five star for the hospitality here. The staff were very cooperative and proactive.

We went to their buffet restaurent for a team lunch and they served what they promised. It was a leisure day and we were only the team there. Good amount of parking space and nice staff. With a price tag of around 1000 bucks, worth a try

Ive been to La Marvella few times as I stay in south Bangalore & always have been happy with the overall experience but today was special, I left my office in Manyata Tech Park & had to reach my home before a critical conference call but got super worried as I could not reach my destination on time due to traffic. My immediate thought was a cafe coffee day but none was their in the vicinity hence walked into La Marvella & approached their front desk with request to use their lobby...Ankitha at the front desk was very friendly & made me feel comfortable to use their lobby. Thanks so much Ankitha & La Marvella for saving my day...

Good food and ambience

Wow, fantastic rooms, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are excellent. Huge, well furnished and very clean. Breakfast spread was elaborate and tasty. The staff were courteous and friendly. Special mention about one Mr Yashwant, front office guy, was very helpful. I reached very late and tired and had to face some issues related to booking, but this guy was very patient, explained the issue and finally resolved it. Customer service at its best. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Had a fabulous experience during my recent stay in Bangalore. Did gamble by trying this new place, which ultimately paid off. The itouch technology used in the rooms is first of its kind in India. Being a frequent Business traveller, have stayed in top class hotels like Taj, ITC etc., but the experience at La Marvella is awesome. For tech savy guests like me it is pleasing to note how technology can make your life easy after a long day at work.Added to this the interiors are fabulous. The food at the restaurants is good & Service is great.You need to visit this great place to experience the difference.

This place has my memories with it from 2013. Centrally located and chic setup. Food is delicious and rooms are hitech. Have stayed in the luxury suite and amenities are good. The pool is a drawback - small. The party hall is spacious. Near to the major shopping hub in jayanagar - 4th block. A must visit for a short business trip or casual dining.

Its an okay place. As you check in dont expect their reception staff to allocate non smoking zone room. You need to tell them to give you non smoking room. I suffered a lot on my first nights stay. I was suffocating in the room. Their ozonizer units dont work well. I had to request a change in the room.

I’ve visited the place only once on the occasion of cousin’s party! Located at the prime location! It has good ambience, staff are polite and service oriented, when it comes to menu prices, it’s high for the taste! Desserts tasted good though!

A good hotel to stay. Rooms are slightly small but properly equiped. Do check your room for ventillation incase you are opting for Smoking Room. Breakfast buffet is also good. They also have a roof top pool on 7th Floor, which a nice and calm place to be especially in late evening.

Well maintained, classy interiors. However the club rooms and suite are based on the same layout. Both of them are just one big room with a bed room in the fore and a living space sort of arrangement after. We had booked a suite, expected better, at least another room space, no separate dressing area, overall its a little small and congested. Complementary foot therapy for 15 mins was a welcome add on.

Had been in this hotel and event venue for a conference. The place is conviniently located and accessible. The staff are very polite and professional in their behaviour. The halls are quite spacious... But there is no hall to serve food. So gets kind of clumsy while serving food. Food per se is very good. The rooms are quite spacious, aesthetically decorated and well furnished. Overall a pleasant stay. Prices are a little on the higher side but still worth.. There is a gym and roof top pool. Spa charges are extra. Excellent facility and a nice venue for small and medium events. Albeit a little too small for very huge events.

Attended a workshop here. The place is okay.Clean place, Im guessing 3 star hotel. The buffet starters were too spicy, but the food was average in general. We had internet connectivity issue in the hotel, even though hotel provided the network. This was really bad as we could not continue workshop for 1.5 hours.The ground floor auditorium was not very good. The area for workshop and the buffet place was the same hall.The place settings were nice and neat. Overall the place was good and the service was okay.

Stayed 2 weeks Feb 21 - Mar 7, 2015. Excellent, comfortable well appointed room with good hot water pressure in shower. WiFi was occasionally unreliable. Electricity occasionally went out, as is common for Bangalore in general, but came back up within minutes every time. Restaurant was good. Buffets had a very wide variety of Indian food and some western food selections and was all attractively presented. Menu items were often better than buffet as is generally the case. Staff in all parts of the hotel (front desk, restaurant, bar, door) was very helpful. One hostess in the restaurant gave extra attention to me when she noticed I wasnt feeling well, and sent tea to my room. Exercise room was average. Pool was not operational when I was there. Bar was good. Hotel provided convenient currency exchange and hotel taxi although there were better deals elsewhere.

Food is good and other aspects such as room size or location is not good. Its not worth even 4 star but it is not like that. Lobby is too small and constricted. So except the so called 5 STAR rating nothing looks like it.

Touted as a 5-star hotel, but I think its closer to 3.Regardless, my stay here was very comfortable. The best part is the service team. Housekeeping, room service, front desk are all fantastic and do a great job of contributing positively to your stay.There are several cons, however. The lights in your room are controlled through the use of one central panel. The lights are usually all off when you enter. Additionally, some of the lights work inconsistently. Power outages are frequent, though a generator kicks in quickly - likely an issue with the area and not the hotel itself. Some towels that were put up after room cleaning were dirty.Overall, the cons do not outweigh the pros and I recommend the hotel for its convenience.

The name indeed implies all :-)To begin with La Marvelous is marvelous and moisture soap is Moisturizing- a rare soap quality in any Hotel!The Beauty, Location, Modernization, Automatic Curtains and Lights, Cleanliness, Check In/Check Out Process, Room Size, Furniture, Luxury, Iron with Stand, Maintenance, Bed & Linen, Bathroom , Toiletries and Mirrors, Hi Speed WiFi and name the thing and it was much higher than expected and the automatic lights in lobby on entering the floors gives you superior feeling :-) Only Gym needs a bit improvement- but hardly matters as open swimming pool is relaxing and mind blowing in Bengaluru Climate.The Food- Aahh- finger leaking taste and not to miss the restaurant hospitality is just awesome and they make you feel so comfortable and without getting irritated they serve you exactly what you want- like Dosa with less Oil! I was amazed at the hospitality and service!I was unable to point out any bad thing in the Hotel! It was just perfect at the deal I got!I wish I had some more time to stay. I was amazing and most comfortable stay!! Truly recommended!

Had to stay for a day immediately after marriage. They took 3000 rs. To decorate the room. The room wasnt decorated and they still have not refunded the money (it has been over a month).Nice building/location but be careful since my experience suggest they charge for services they do not deliver.

This is an nicely done upscale hotel. The rooms are fully automatic: lights, curtain, etc from one console. Breakfast buffet is very good. Many many items to choice from. For the price its very good. 6k to 8k.

Well I stay in la marvella for three days from 21 to 24 this month , very nice hotel .i really recommend this property.staff are very much coprative especially two leady duty manager one is poonam (Nepali girl) and other dont know her name but a punjabi girl.they both are very much coprative. Rooms are spacious and clean , room service is like 7 star hotel. Infect in resturant service is also good .sabyasachi pattanaik resturant boy is very decent and his hospitality was awesome. Over all experience is best , only demerits in this property is food price is beyond expensive.
