This park is quite big which is best for walking. We can find gym equipments and children park.The park filled with greenery and well maintained but the childrens park equipments are little messy and rusty. As time goes in the evening there will be an increase in the mosquitoes so watch out.

Best place for Walking, Doing Exercise and to sit and Chat with Friends and Family. Well maintained and a cool place with many mango tress all over the park...Also has few exercise & playing equipments.

Old park right next to BEML complex with gym and play area for kids. Gym is in good condition but not the kids park. Equipment had work out and you see no kids playing there. Good for walking though.

Mavin Topu actually meaning mango orchid! The place is such a heaven for walking and jogging! Theres a kids playing area too! The maintenance of the park is very good!💕

Lovely place for an evening stroll. The place is lush and green. A perfect place to spend the evening amidst fresh oxygen.

Good nice place to do work out. Cycling items are not in usable if that is in Good condition it will benefit users...

Great place to spend your evening, one of the disadvantages is the park is too noisy all the time.

Beware of street dogs inside the park... Not seen security guard in the park. Someone lock and open the gates. Not clean and park can be improved, if security guard is good and available in park. Saw some strange people, observing others from benches... Be carefully in this park. Have to take own care.

Highly recommended.The park is maintained nicely with walkways and stone benches.The park is well lit during evenings.Pleasant with lots of trees and lawn.The park also has mechanical gym equipments which are okeyish. There is a play area for kids.

Beautiful park in R R Nagar. Very well maintained. Good for regular walks and jogging as good area is covered for it. Gym equipments are set up for public.

Park is very good, cool, all can enjoy there, but many VIPs are throwing covers, chillate wrappers, Lays packets, & disposable containers after eating. That all waste we few social group members (morning while visit) collects & sending out by BBMPs van.

Very Good Place for Morning walk and Jogging with Fresh air .Neatly maitained BBMP Park. Physical Exercise can be done here . Many Peoples( Men ,Women, and Childrens) walk here Regularly Every Morning and Evening.Way back home Peoples use to buy Home needs like Vegetables , flowers. And other requirements.

Good place for walking and jogging, there are seatings for resting, lot of space for exercising too. it also has washrooms beside and there are many shops once stepped out of this park like hopcoms . Its very near to the Beml complex building. Overall good for morning walkers and joggers

A nice park for morning and evening walks. Called mavin topu park for all the mango trees. Has a childrens play area as well with slides , swings and a sand pit. This place however can get quite a few mosquitos once it gets dark, so this park is better when the sun is shining
