Always best in services from the security till boarding... The airport lounge is very comfortable and the food especially for the south food lovers will enjoy in all the times..

Good Arrangements when not crowded spacious. need to have more Laptop and mobile charging points... But overall a good place to spend time while waiting for boarding

The rules of being allowed access to the lounge through credit card membership has changed, unfortunately.The lounge itself is clean, and proper covid restrictions are observed.The menu could have been a bit more interesting, I feel, but the courteous staff made up for it.

Pleasantly surprised to see the gentler, customer-service centric face of CISF, making small conversation with the 2 kids in queue even while being on all points alert while scrutinising dox. The lil ones seemed to be so much at ease responding. Namma KIAL rocks.

Lot of food counters outside. Efficiently managed. Good infrastructure. A bit of street dog menace around the courtyard area though. Courtyard where counters like subway, chai point are present.

Excellent facilities. Owing to Covid 19 protocols, there can be delay in check in process. Pl reach early. Web checking is compulsory. Boarding pass in mobile is enough, no point out is required. Follow the guidelines scrupulously. Have a safe journey

KIAL is my personal best amongst the airports that I have been to in India; this list includes Mumbai T2, Delhi T3 along with the other airports that I have been to... The lay-out of the airport is excellent and super passenger friendly... There are lots of amenities spot with drinking water, washrooms and hand sanitizer ports available along with charging stations... There are more than enough places to eat and options to pick from; all in all an intelligently thought of design

Wonderful airport with modern service. In the time of this pandemic, they are handling the crowd amazingly. There are no touch sanitizer dispenser everywhere. You dont have to touch anything foreign from entering the airport to getting into the plane.

BIAL is overall an awesome airport! Your experience ofcourse depends on the time of flight, so either you have to negotiate lines or can simply stroll through the check-in, security gates. It is good to see Covid protocols in place. Also more self-check options like printing your own luggage tag is a great way to save some time!The time taken at security typically is hit or miss, because the automatic flow of check-in luggage, to the queue which requires a manual check can be very random. Very often small coins, batteries etc trigger an alert and Ive seen hapless passengers literally empty their baggage contents and nothing is found!! Once my open laptop went to the manual check, which frankly was 🙄Once you are through security, the selection of shops and restaurants are decent to good, if pricey. Restrooms are always functional and clean, the ones near the gates are always busy, but the ones at the check-in floor are better. Ground staff are typically helpful and efficient.Cant wait for the expansion to get over, there is very little character at the terminals (unlike mumbai T2 or even Chennai for that matter) and hope to see Karnataka culture represented well, as part of the decor.

An awesome airport with an even AWESOME passenger lounge, for visa and MasterCard holders..the buffet spread is too yummy. Multiple quick shopping options and lives up to the reputation of being an airport serving the pub capital of India : Bengaluru..

All facilities and amenities are top notch. One of the few awesome airports in India. Only downside is the travel time it takes to get and from this airport from BLR city. Can opt for affordable AC city BMTC bus from airport if traveling with light baggage.

Fantastically built airport. Caters for almost all facilities and amenities. Wide selection of restaurants both inside and outside the terminal with healthy food and drink options also available. The airport is being developed further with a second brand new terminal under construction. The airport is already a major hub for all airlines operating in India and soon to become a prominent hub in the region.

Excellent view , place , best in class , 20 million passengers strength capacity. Lots of chairs to rest or relax onInfrastructure is very impressive. Filtered and cold Water is available with 5 different basin special short one for kids😏. Ground staff service is also good. Easy to navigate place. You can get cab , money exchange services along with food stuffs within airport premises.

Excellent place but as usual like most airports in India, facilitate only rich people. Nothing affordable is available for comman man. It seems like financial barrier for less privileged traveller

Awesome place & ambiance too good. But once you go do check your pocket 😜 too to afford the other one... But actually a great place where one can relax for a while after his journey....👍👍

Airport of the IT city! Situated on an island(pun intended) far away from Bangalore city. Third busiest airport in India. The time to reach to airport is more than your flight time to Mumbai. Domestic terminal is easy to navigate, not so spacious but not cramped either. Only one lounge in the terminal, a few boutique shops, etc. There is a small happening section outside airport with a brewery, subway, restaurant, etc All in all one of the best airport in India but it will be bigger in coming years

Safe and secure travel. The airport authorities take all precautions to maintain covid protocols and safety measures. Very helpful staff too. Just ensure that there is ample time available to complete all formalities at the airport prior to flying.

Its well clean and nice . You will find city buses. If u have time and want to save money 😄drivers are helpful

Bengaluru airport is unique for its outdoor food stalls, pubs and tea shops. With such awesome weather, one should go an hour early, enjoy the snacking and beer and then board the flight.

Such a great experience with KIA. All the facilities are available, KIA is a combination of natural & technical peaks.

Bangalore airport has to grow. Air conditioning is always off or temp adjusted to 26 degree which is above any air conditioning standard . Airport is suffocating. Probably to suit local people blr can have windows. Not suitable for international standards. Airport restaurants too expensive and staff rude.
