Concorde Garden Layout is a developing layout in the South of Bangalore. PIN - 560059. It extends from Kengeri-Uttarahalli Main Road (Dr. Vishnuvardhan Road in Google Maps) opposite Aditya Bakery (at the turning towards Kanakpura Road), until Ganesh Temple right before the sewage canal.The part of the road starting from Aditya Bakery end is tender mud road (Kaccha Sadak) but is currently under construction. The rest of the road till the Ganesh Temple and beyond is in good shape though the renovation work is in progress.It is a residential area very near to the Omkar Hills Temple and the JSS ATE Engineering College. There are many independent houses and new Apartments coming up. You have a mix of Families and Students living in this area. It is largely peaceful and sometimes the students do have fun. But, it is fine. Nothing indecent there.Ambiance - Right at the start of the road from Aditya Bakery end, there is a huge farm which grows many flowers, seasonal fruits, vegetables etc. So, it adds to the greenery and along the road you have fully grown trees. So, it is quite cool as well.Construction of big Apartments have dented the greenery. But thats how Bangalore and the whole world is growing.You dont have many shops inside the layout but within 200 meters distance, on the main road, you have supermarket (Top In Town), road-side vendors, Maruti Showroom, Aditya Bakery (I would rate it 9/10).There are three Petrol Stations and other shops for household stuffs.There is a hospital just 2-2.5 Km away viz. BGS Global Hospitals.There are two temples within the layout. One Ganesha Temple and another Sai Temple.There is a tech park, Global Village Technology Park, just 3 Kms away.It is very near to Mysore Road and R. R. Nagar main road and Channasandra. So, most of the facilities are available in and around.By Cab (esp. Uber), it takes around 150 - 200 INR to reach majestic, the Main Railway Station.It takes around 700-800 INR to reach the International Airport.Once the road is constructed, the beauty of the layout will be quite different.As I said, since the area is developing, it is a good investment place.
