Wonderful place to spend the weekend. There is separate pool for children and adults and the follow strict dress code for the same. They have amphitheatre along with volleyball, basketball, tennis, badminton and many such activities in the resort. DJ or music in speakers can be played upon special request. They have gym and spa facility as well. You can cycle in the premises as well. There is a separate childrens play are with swing, slide and tarpaulin etc. The rooms are provided with 24/7 wifi. There are premium rooms as well as suites available for accommodation. The food served at the restaurant (also know as arena) comprises of both veg and non veg. The breakfast usually comprises of 15-20 dishes along with sides. The lunch also has many varities of starters, salads, main course, desserts along with soups each in veg and non veg.

Spacious rooms. Clean and well maintained. Cottages are cosy and hard to book. 15 days advance booking for cottages. Food is tasty. Found the menu a bit limited , but adequate. The service at the restaurant is slow. And I felt the personnel a bit confused. The restaurant staff need a lot of training . The only person who knew what was required was Shubham. He was helpful and knowledgeable. Overall a good experience. And a little slowness when you are on a holiday can be accepted. Will visit again.

Started off with talking to Mr. Chetan, who helped us get a great room and package. But things are not that great, because firstly they made us wait for 1.5 hours in the reception for some confirmations about the booking. Going to the pros:1. The property itself is very nice and very well maintained. Beautiful and big swimming pool.2. The extra curricular activities there, though limited, are good in terms of quality of equipment.3. The FOOD. One of the best resort Food Ive ever had. Hands down. Very tasty and flavorful food, with beautiful ambience in the food court.4. Beautiful rooms, very well equipped with things like a hair dryer, hand shower, safe, portico, etc.Cons:1. Bad customer service, as we had been promised an extra bed during our stay, but even with multiple attempts, we did not receive our bed.2. Though we had been told about our snack time in the evening, we were right beside the food court at snack time, no one informed us that snacks were being served at that time.3. The customer response time and ill-informed staff are quite weird, because they sometimes do not know whether youre there for a stay or just a visitor.4. Broken hand shower and shower in our room, that was not tended to our checked before we were given our room.5. Indoor activities such as TT, carrom, chess etc are not allowed to be used after 6.30 PM. What sort of logic is that? No idea.Overall, the cons out-weighed the pros, so it removes you from the experience of a beautiful property with great food and ambience.

Good facilities.. nice location.. just an hr. from Bangalore. Nice big rooms.. the wooden cottages next to the pool is worth a stay..great/big swimming pool..pool has a partition for kids aswell. Its 9.5 acres of landscaping and good for kids..nice play area.. good lawns.. nice amphitheatre experience.. good bar.. competitive pricing.. you dont have to be a member to use this club.. Cash and Card is accepted well.

Situated close to Bangalore, its an ideal place for people looking for a weekend getaway. Its spacious, neat and clean. Staff is very friendly and service is quite good.Cottages here are fancy and gives you privacy from rest of the resort, but theyre not as spacious as youd think.Since outside food is not allowed, your only option is to eat at the Arena restaurant inside the resort. While quality of food is good, its quite expensive for what it offers.There are enough options for outdoor activities. Gym and the swimming pool are great. Tennis court is well maintained. You also have a decently large cricket ground for light cricket.Options for indoor games is non-existent. Theres TT table with no space to play. No badminton court. No squash or any board games.Overall its a good place, but definitely overpriced for what it offers.

No land marks nothing, very dark approach roads, feels like you are tracking alien, even inside near by the pool its dark always, Cards arent accepted always, we have returned back with family several times due to their information saying Swiping machines arent working at Restaurant. Ambience is very good but not maintained accordingly I believe. Cottages are well maintained, swimming pool on day time looks peaceful, Too many things to be looked into on development factors.

A lovely resort I must say! A very serene environment...They have pretty much all the sport games equipment available here and even cycles to rent (from normal to geared ones).But not much place to actually ride them around...A nice swimming pool, quite spacious.Their Resturant is really good! The food was quite appetising.Not sure about the rooms so much but they also had a couple of individual cottages available.

Beautiful place to have outing out of Bangalore with the beautiful nature. Moreover u can have the best service available at this resort. Its around 40 km from Bangalore and takes around 80 mins to reach in car. It has amenities like swimming pool, tennis court, table tennis, and a small park and games for children. It has a spa available from morning 7 am to 6pm.The service at restaurant is amazing. The lunch is either the chefs choice or u can intimate them in prior based on what you require.I personally recommend to have a visit.

The rooms were good with all amenities. The swimming pool is one of the best. The childrens playing area has good amount of materials like see-saw, bouncing etc. The lunch buffet was quite OK because the desserts had only 2 sweets and ice cream of single flavour. These can be increased. Only 1 non- veg starter was there murg kalimirch. By looks it seemed like boneless but it had bones. Need to have at least one or two additional non veg starters. The shezwan veg fry was good. Sweets included jamoon and mysore pak which were awesome. Finally would need to tell that the roads inside kanva is very bumpy. They should have proper roads leading to the resort.

We were a team of 85, the facilities in the resort were decent. Pool is good. Food was sumptuous and tasty as well. Good amount of space is there in the resort. Sports area is also decent for tennis basket ball volley ball etc. If youre planning for team outing you need to have a MC doing some building activity for which you can utilise the open space optimum.

Very quiet place... And i mean super quiet... Got a cottage near the pool... It was very cool.... Both figuratively and literally... Staff seemed well trained.... The lack of other guests seemed suspicious to me... It maybe because i visited on a Thursday... Honestly speaking the spot is very isolated... I think the place is used to launder black money to white money because of how nice it was... Get a massage early in the morning... Like REAL early... And relax on the bed the whole day... Overall nice place ..

Awesome. Loved it. Nice spacious and beautiful property. Also lots of options for kids to enjoy. Also the staff were quite helpful and polite. The complementary breakfast had lots of varieties and were very tasty as well.

One of the best resorts with high level amenities, I got a chance to visit this resort . Myself staying in Tata Haven apartments neighbouring to this resort do get a chance for visiting this resort. My self belonging to a place which is real paradise that is kashmir , but I feel the environment and atmosphere of this resort resembling to the environment of my home land kashmir .The resort is equipped with all high amenities. Bar and swimming pool of resort is morelos. Its an above average (good) resort located not too faraway from the city. Perfect for a days getaway with family. One can even spend a night here, they have few varieties of lodging rooms depending upon individual choices. Food is very good and many types of cuisines are available.Overall it is very well maintained with good inside ambience.

Attended a function and was confined by time. Hence a full exploration of the place was not possible. A quick round revealed huge open spaces, landscapes, pool, park, cottages, play areas, recreational areas, restaurant etc.However, within the constraints, following were observed :1. Plus : Food served at the Function from the Cafetaria- a mix of Indian and Chinese- was surprisingly tasty and nice.2. Minus : Guests for the Function were asked to wear a thin ribbon like wrist band for identification and head-count at the lunch Buffet...! Those without this were asked to register and procure from front desk...! This looked ridiculous and childish for a Resort. There could have been a better and gentlemanly way. It seems they didnt want to lose count of even ONE person, and eat free...!

Its a wonderful place. I think it is one of the biggest resorts in Bangalore. The ambience and the greenery is fresh and clean. Well maintained. You feel you are out of the world from this mad crowd, traffic and pollution. The membership is also available and very affordable. You can plan a weekend outing band trust me every penny you spend would be worth.So when are you going..... Have fun 🎉🎉🎉🎉

Pros: The resort is good in terms of swimming pool, good food & outdoor games.Cons: Indoor games - Nothing much can be expected in terms of indoor games. A TT table has been put up in a shed. If you want to play chess or carrom, one has to carry the boards physically & play in the garden area.Approach roads: are really in bad shape without proper signage and street lights. In case you are planning for a day-out, pl plan to leave the resort before sunset.Summary: Its a decent place for a one day family outing on budget. There is a huge scope for them to improve quality of service.

Was here on a corporate event. Peaceful and secluded place. Positives are listed by many other reviewers, so will not repeat them.Staff is courteous and helpful.Rooms are good, all have a dedicated balcony, but lighting and switch system is wierd as hell. You will be spending a lot of time to figure out how to get the lights to your taste. Second, provided cable tv connection is outright cheap as only FTA channels are available. Imagine coming in with a kid who may ask for cartoons, but no channel is available. Since this is at a outskirt area, fast mobile network may not be available, but the in-hotel wifi was fast for streaming.Food is good. Neither was it over and above, nor did i have any bad experience. Overall a good stay.

This is my third visit to Kanva in last 2 years. This place has been getting better in every visit. Its worth the money paid - its very reasonable.Food - they provided three times food and evening hi-tea but some snacks. Good food. Only drawback - there is no starters for lunch and dinner.You gotta pay extra for evening snacks.Rooms - Big and spacious, good balcony. But facilities can get better.Pool - clean and big. Recommend to carry Nylon clothes as they dont allow cotton.Staffs - are helpful. Arranged the evening party next to pool on request. They will ask us to stop the music by 10:30pm which is very annoying.I recommend for cost effective official offsites, family outings.I dont recommend for ppl who wants to party till 12am or whole night.

The place is 60 odd km away from bangalore. Best part about the place is youll get cabs ola/uber at any point of time the wait time is about 15-20mins. So, It was a good place overall. Other than some parts which were under construction, the place was neat and tidy. Great place for marriages and company outings. Food was good, a non-repetitive menu. Spent 2 days here. Its has good sized conference halls and rooms for small gatherings.

Visited the resort for a weekend stay. Can reach by road via Bangalore-Nelamangala highway. Rooms/wooden cottages are available. Staff was very helpful. Activities like swimming pool, gym, badminton, volley ball, tennis, trampoline, spa, kids play area, etc. Some of the sport items are chargeable.Breakfast, Lunch and dinner were extremely good but seemed overpriced (1k for breakfast /dinner).Rooms were huge and had modern amenities and facilities.Overall a very good and pleasant stay!!

Probably this day-out defined what a resort is! It had everything swimming pool,trampoline,a pleasant garden filled with greenery, basketball,tennis, badminton court and indoor games such as carom,table tennis and much more. The food was not too good-Overall For kids this would be a valuable vacation and for adults a wonderful hangout!

Situated around an hour away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Highlight of the resort is the swimming pool, loved the poolside. Room was decent enough, would have been better if there was a kettle for tea/coffee in the room.They have a lot of indoor and outdoor recreational facilities if you are in a group.Room tip: Go for a pool facing room.

Two star is just for the property and its landscape; which is good. Extremely unhappy with the arrangement by the management for the money they charge for a day out plan. Choice of menu for the lunch and high tea wasnt good. Taste...do not even ask; below par.No rain dance, no music and extra charges for even basic sports equipments. Not recommendable for a day out plan.

Its nice weekend place, where you can spend your time and enjoy with in house activities. Rooms are really nice and clean, only I felt the installed AC too much time to cool down rooms. The foods were really tasty and delicious. Totally worth spending family time here.

Its like a old one. The rooms are ok. The swimming pool is very big nd awesome. The wooden houses look so beautiful. The lawns , Gardens, open areas and premises are enough beautiful. The resort would be great if there would be more Flowering plants

Nice place to spend a leisurely Sunday for people living in Bangalore and tumkur. Poolside area is good for passing time and there is playground for kids. Adults can just stroll around, swim, tennis and basketball courts are available. ARENA the restaurant is good in ambience, food is average. Only drawback is connectivity in terms of roads, as it is bit interior.

Nice and serene place to visit ... Its in the midst of both city and outskirts... Apt for relaxation... Good place to hang out with friends and family... The cusine is amazing though little pricey once in a while its worth it... The pool they have is with clean and clear water and less clorine which means no damage to skin... However when u visit there make sure to carry your swimwear and ladies you must have swim caps on.. buying it from the resort is way expensive so its not a good idea to buy from them.. overall its a calm place with games like carrom , TT, badminton, basketball court and kids play area ... You can rent out bicycle too ... Well maintained and gaurded for safety concerns...

The is good for family outing or to hangout with friends. We went for an office team outing. There are no much adventures sports which are needed for these outing. Swimming pool was well maintained 5 stars. Food was good 4 stars. A good play area for kids below 15 a 4 star again. But as a team outing we enjoyed the place. Resort employees are cool and very friendly a big 5 stars. Overall 4 stars.

While the resort is one of the most affordable ones in and around Bangalore, I was very much disappointed with the cleanliness of the resort. Especially the restroom.Having said that, if you are a group of best friends, then the place doesnt matter to have fun. The swimming pool is good enough to spend some fun time.Lunch was okay okay as there were limited vegetarian option. Also, the hi tea was pretty ordinary.To conclude, if you are a group of best friends n would like to spend some time in an affordable place, n can adjust with cleanliness, this would be a good option.

Good resort to spend a day outing outskirts of Bangalore, the rooms are spacious but there are finishing issues. The resort is under construction so lots of things are new and not fully complete. Food is good with only very limited choices on buffet. Staff was helpful.

This is the worst resort have seen so far, maybe Ill not see any worse than this.There is absolutely nothing to do here. No games, nothing.All you can do is, volley ball, cycling and use swimming pool which is small and filled with impure water.Toilets here are so conjusted and blocked, causing foul smell all over.This is no where a standard of resort. Prices for whatever you want to buy inside are so higher and of no quality.After all this, at least food was expected to be good. But, better you pack your own. They got no choices and whatever available is of so spicy and awful taste.Totally, this will be worst experience. Never go to this resort(doesnt even deserve be called so).

Its an above average resort. Not so far away from the city it is a good weekend getaway. I would recommend everyone just to go for a day - in and not check in the hotel. There are a few outdoor activities and there is a swimming pool as well. The restaurant and food was pretty average. Lots of improvements are required.

Nice resort for family weekend stay as well as corporate events. Above AVG food quality, large lawn and swimming pool. Pool side parties are also arranged by them. Easily approachable. Overall good location for spending a day or two and yes reasonable price.

Options for Outdoor play is very limited , and restricted to confined area. Children Play and Cricket ground is confined to single space. Thereby chances of Children being injured is high. Food options are very limited. Staff are very rude. They bias the provisions to the folks there based on the membership. No matter you pay same entry fees. And game facility is very poor , with broken racquets , and limited Table tennis space. And high priced for Tennis ball and cycling. And you are forced to buy their own Swimming clothes which is high priced. This is a SCAM

A star resort perfect for family reunion and for get-together, located approx 30 km from Bangalore international airport.Nice ambience, good food, green lawn, kids play area, spa, and a swimming pool which is well maintained are the highlights.Food price is 3 times from outside food. Just for example, for one Coke bottle outside it may cost 30 Rs , but here it is 90 instead. Other than that, a perfect place for a get-together.

Its a nice secluded place with amenities of wodden cottages. Good place located near to Golden palms resort and easily accessible. A weekend getaway can be planned with family or firends. Children play area is a bit small. There are no adventure sports.

Resort is ok, you can stay with family but the road is very bad and there were no light on the road, we missed the curve twice. I think they should improve the entrance road. Restaurant quality is also not very good, but staff is good prompt action.

Its below average resort. We have went around 120 people as a team. Food is also not up to mark. Water pool is not as same shown in pictures. Swim wear is so costly. Try to get your own swim wear. Especially cap is mutual for ladies( better to buy out side).

This place is away from city. It will be enjoyable if you are with family. It has a rich kids play area. But for adults its less here, only cycling, lawn tennis, shuttle badminton and small basket ball area embedded in the lawn tennis court. Own transport is recommended. BMTC busses are available. Food quality is good. Nice wooden cottages.

Serene calm place. Beautiful foliage, swimming pool, Spa, sports etc. Public transport connectivity is not established. Approach roads needs to be maintained from tumkur road.

Not worth the price. Staff look to make money at every point! The only thing good about this place is its FOOD. Food is very tasty. But VERY VERY EXPENSIVE. Let me give you an example:A Coke bottle of Rs.40/- costs Rs. 150/- inside the resort.

Good place for refreshment. Delecious food with gym. Nice view swimming pool. Still can improve in playing zone. Especially transport facility. Best option is to take own vehicle or hire a taxi instead of Ola or other transport facility. You may find difficult to search cab facility while coming from Kanva resort. Auto rickshaw take 100+ rupees just to drop from kavya resort to near bus stop.

Loved the resort. Was up for a friends marriage held here. Had stayed in the villa. Good number of amenities present at the resort. One thing which was not good was that the toilets amd bathroom stink since maybe they use recycled water.

This place is OK if you play lawn tennis.. They have a tennis court(they will provide racquet you have to carry tennis ball if you want to play. Otherwise, you can buy tennis ball from their store at higher price).. apart from that, no games available. Though they have outdoor badminton and volley ball court, those are not maintained properly. Swimming pool is good. Food is good(if they have less number of guests they will not provide buffet, but they give you the buffet menu, you have to order from that, it wont be charged. If you order outside buffet menu, that will be charged.). Ambience is OK. Well maintained resort, only thing is they should have more sports and games available.

Sporting facilities are not well developed. Badminton court shouldve been indoor. They charge ₹50 as rent of tennis ball where is cost of the same is much lower. Swimming pool seems nice, never tried though. Mini-cricket ground is too small to have a proper game; good for small team sizes though.

The resort is yet to be fully functional but once completed, it will be a wonderful place to spend time with friends and family. Huge and safe swimming pool, plenty of rooms, cottages, close to the city but you feel like you are away as it is secluded. The prices may be on the higher side but you will not be spending much on travel. They have a wide array in their lunch and dinner buffets. You can also hire bicycles, purchase swimming gear, use the tennis court and the place also has a play area for children.

Food and room cleanliness are good but no hospitality. They didnt atleast offer a welcome drink.. some extra amount has to be paid for using the facilities like throw ball and bats

Food was terrible and this was a 31st night party. Both dinner and breakfast food were horrible and tasteless...resort is extremely pricey for the kind of service and amenities provided. Service is pathetic, everyone at front desk and in restaurant seems clueless when put any question. Bad experience! Will not recommend

It was a very average resort.Firstly the location is very odd. Its like almost in the forest, Its outside Ola/Uber radius, hence plz select it if you have your own transport. Secondly, Rooms are very average, Nothing special for the price as I paid 7k for one Night. Though Usually you can get it for around 4500 to 5000. Food is good. Nothing of the recreational activities was available to use as everything was under renovation. Kindly skip and look for other options, Book thus only if its your last option.

I dont feel it is worth it. Need much more activities as only tennis badminton and swimming are available. Lunch buffet doesnt meet the standards and prices are too high. Hospitality can be improved. Some staff are arrogant as I felt. And commuting to and fro to this place is a bit difficult if you are not relying on own transportation as the cab services is not available or frequent here.

The main entrance is hard to locate at night. Nearest ATM is about 5 km from this place. Lots of small roads once you reach the main gate to hotel. But nice place. Nice rooms. Great food.

It’s such a pathetic resort , v had booked a room for 2 nights tro our representative who got d membership for tis resorts ... wen v reached d resort it was 8.30 p.m , d concerned person said us d rooms r full ..after v shouted at him he gave us an option saying u stay till 8 in d morning n vacate room till 4 pm u b out then again at 5 we wil give u a new room.... trz no proper co ordination between d employees n d staffs there... at tat time v had to search another resort n book a room..... trz nothing in d resort except a pool ... it was total waste of time travelling till tr ... I suggest not to go tr either as a guest r a member...

Overall experience is okay...bit far from city.... For each and every service the management is charging heavily eg. Extra bed for kids for night is equivalent to actual bed cost in market. Otherwise well maintained good for corporate, families, friends and kids. Also food options are good and tasty

Food quality is less in Lunch. Had to keep waiting for things to come. Also no options in evening.

The place is well maintained and nice. The only negative point is you dont get a place to sit other than restaurant and swimming area. There is one lounge which is away from the main activity area. Another point is they charge for the activities which is not good, we have paid 1K for the resort which cant only be for pool and restaurant. But place is really beautiful.

Good place for family outing or day outing with friends. Well managed resort in a planned area with sort of amenities. Facilities of indoor games are still under process, swimming pool, arena, wooden huts for night stay looks good, football ground, amphitheatre and well developed party halls are available.

This is a star resort. Amazing place to spend some quality time with family during weekends.Food quality is too good. A part off resort is under construction also they have acquired new land nearby recently as a part of expansion plan.Memberships facility are available on 10 yrs and 15 yrs basis.

Far away from busy city. Can relax. Cold weather. Swimming pool, gym, lawn tennis court, bicycle, etc are available. Furnished AC Wooden rooms with hot water facility available. It is better to take swim suits, few medicines, couple of clothing. Service is good. Variety of food is served. Vegetarians better take food outside.

Its a good wedding destination and more importantly it should be organised by a well versed event manager. Spacious and clean environment, needs to be supported with right direction to reach the internal part

An amazing resort close to Bangalore.Great food and service. All the amenities in the resort are great.The food is delicious and service is beyond amazing. True to its name you really get the feel of a three star hotel.Im a member in this resort and feel its worth to every penny paid.

Good place to spend a day or two. Rooms are clean and amenities are good. The only problem is staff where they lack communication and sometimes leads to confusion between the departments. Overall a very nice place.
