Feels more like a 3 star than a 4 star. Included breakfast had lots of Indian and continental options. The shower had a drain issue. Overall upkeep of the rooms felt more like a 3 star.

Nice comfortable stay. Clean hygienic rooms, cooperative staffs. IRD did great job as lunch and dinner buffets werent being served in restaurants bcz ofCovid.. Menu needs updation. You have to talk to staff regarding menu as its written limited.! Apart from that, nice!

Room are normal with poor sanitation and cleaning standard. Bathroom stinks. Food was also not upto the standard, they prepare very pathetic food since it was buffet and complimentary for us.

We had a private table booked here and I cant explain my experience here.1st thing is the restaurant is at roof top with a swimming pool and thats what will make your eyes feel so nice that you will enjoy each and every moment you spend here with your loved ones.2nd thing is food, the food they served was so tasty that we overate everything.3rd thing is service where they can work little more but I was happy enough with other things.

Run down hotel...most of the amenities are there.... Look and feel of an 4 star hotel also there... unfortunately its not maintained very well. Exterior looks very dull. Interiors also old school. Tried breakfast buffet there.... It was excellent taste. Especially poori masala, kara bath, vada & french toast...too good... definitely they got a great south indian chef...cant comment about other cuisine chefs. For food you can visit here but not for stay.

They have spacious and comfy room , the service is good enough. The zodiac restaurant had some great dishes with them. Only problem i faced was with their security system we have to scan the room cards to access the lifts which was totally inconvenient and they should also give access to lifts from the parking area i had to climb 2 floors through stairs to the reception to access the lifts. So in short i would if you are staying alone or visiting Bengaluru for business purposes then the hotel is perfect but for family stay i would give it 3/5 star.

The cons: The key card malfunctioned several times. The mattress was too soft for my taste. The butter naan we had for dinner felt like rubber. The vada we had for breakfast was sour. Good connectivity to the major shopping streets and restaurants2- about the hotel, its quite old property and very poorly maintained. One can see the obvious wear and tear.3- food quality, a big thumps up, decent breakfast spread to choose from. 4- food prices are exorbitantly high. Quite honest over priced against the value provided. 5- check-in process needs improvements. What they actually mean is two draught beer mugs and which can be utilized only in the rooms. 7- rooms are quite spacious and one deluxe room can fit two adults and a child on a king size bed.8- a big plus is the staff, extremely courteous and welcoming.9- service needs a big improvement, it takes a whole lifetime to deliver a simple cup of tea to the room. If you plan to dine in the room, please consider at least a 30 mins lags depending on what you order...

Not feeling like s 5 star hotel ambience, room quality is below 3 star.

First of all I start from booking. When I try to book through official website for 3 members it is showing rs.4343 included tax without breakfast. When I call hotel reception a lady picked up and she said for 2 persons rs.3800+tax and for third person rs1500+tax, but she said she will offer rs.1000+ tax, overall nearly rs.5600 incl tax. When I call fortune hotel customer care they said rs.4000+tax and for third person rs.1000+tax. When I call to hotel receptionist and said that in booking.com I have saw rs.4200 incl tax with breakfast for 3 persons, but she said it is only for 2 adults and I have to pay extra amount of rs.1500+tax. When I ask about without food she reduced only rs.200 only and she said rs.5400 incl tax for three adults. At last I booked through official website.When I reach hotel no valet parking, we have to park our vehicle. When I speak about booking she said there no such booking. When I show my booking details in mail, she ask me to wait for more than 15min, and then accepted. While she asked for payment I give my C.C she charged me rs.4380, but I said it only Rs.4353 only. She said she view rs.4380. When I show my booking details she said tax are not included, but I show the mail that it is with tax only. At last she accept without saying anything and charged my staying amount.After that when I ask a person to take luggage no one is there. I went with my parents, they are aged above 70 years. We all take our luggage. When we enter into the hotel they didnt sanitize our luggage as per there advertisement shown in YouTube and in hotel. We take our luggage.There is no proper amenities in room such as tea and coffee packet, 1 soap, 1 Shampoo, 1 towel only.When I ask room service about how to adjust AC temperature, he said that due to corona AC will not work. I asked me then how can I able to stay in closed room, he called AC mechanic to come and see and he left. AC Mechanic said that AC is working and he thought me how to adjust temperature.No morning news paper.Totally it is not worth for staying here.

This place is awesome but good

Firstly as soon as we reached, we realised there is no proper parking place for guests, we parked our car at a place which had water logged floor, basement parking doesnt have working lift.Then they made us wait for check-in, receptionist welcomed us with her rude behaviour and by telling us that you have booked a standard room so we cant provide you these facilites n all and all those amenities were mentioned clearly against the standard room in Agoda app, we showed it on their face still they kept speaking loudly that we cant, we arent getting anything from Agoda n all, as if this wasnt enough then the manager Mr Anil came and added more to the rude welcome from them, it wasnt at all appearing to me as a 1 star hotel even. After all the debates, after showing them all the proofs still we werent given the room which we booked, forget about any other requests. We left without checking in and no one even tried to offer us a glass of water and they let us go, this is their hospitality at next level.Please beware of doing such a mistake and dont ruin your vacation by booking a room in this hotel. DONT RUIN UR VACATION.

First impression was Horrible.I drove my car here and theres no valet parking. I was guided towards the basement. It was stinking, dark and unmanned.And to reach the lobby, there was no lift which can be operated from the basement. Absolutely ridiculous. Me and my partner had to climb several flight of stairs to reach the Lobby. Definitely not a good experience.Once in the lobby though, the place was quite well maintained with sanitation stations kept all around. Nice ambience and adequate facilities.

Fortune Select JP Cosmos is an upscale hotel meant for travellers for business and vacation alike. The rooms are spacious and are well equipped with all necessities. In house eatbles and drinks are on higher side and marked well above MRP. But that seems to be a norm for all high end hotels these days.It is located centrally with major shopping areas like MG Road, Commercial street, many tourist attractions and metro stations around.Breakfast spread was well arranged and catered to all sorts of travellers.

Experience was great but room service was not up to mark and food wasnt that great either. Overall rooms were great.

This time it would be my 5th or 6th time to the hotel in one year My stay was pleasant and comfortable. You going back soon again to the hotel. One situation you should also provide hair conditioner as a part of your toiletry kit. Had uploaded a few videos when I was in the hotel hope it helpful for the people considering the hotel. Also really love food and wine collection so all and all a very good experience

We drove to the hotel in our car nd the parking had ankle deep water logged.We booked the hotel via Agoda. The standard room came along with a shower and Bathtub - We compared it with other hotels and booked JP Cosmos. However when we reached the hotel, the receptionist lady told us that the standard room doesnt come with a bathtub. So we showed her the screenshot from the app and also the live app which still showed a bathtub + shower in the standard room.She kept denying and repeating that standard room is without bathtub. So we called the manager, Mr. Anil (not sure of the name) and he repeated the same thing in a rude way. Then we showed him the live app again and said that we have booked this after a week long comparison and this is what it shows even now. If we pay for something, we expect that amenity to be there. Thats when the manager became really rude and blatantly denied saying that its between you and agoda, we cant do anything. We asked them that Agoda is your third party seller and why should we be at fault when its false information by you guys and in the end a customer expects what he buys.The manager then replied, which was shocking. He said, We dont pay or have any relation with Agoda. Thats when we decided to walk off - If Agoda doesnt have any relationship with the hotel, then how come they are accepting bookings from them. We asked him to provide Agodas customer care number. He denied that too on our face. So we tried to reach Agoda but unfortunately only email was accessible. We dropped them an email and walked off. Agoda apologised on behalf of the hotel and refunded the amount in form of Agoda Cash.I dont know about the amenities because we never went past the reception, but the staff behavior was really bad, considering the fact that they didnt have the courtesy to even say that We understand this is what u booked for and its not your fault. We will speak to Agoda and rectify this. How difficult is that?

Needs renovation urgently. Used as a stopover prior to returning. Spent only about 6 hours at this hotel. Bed was comfortable. Service was good. Again had issue with the credit card mode of payment. The charge was run in USD despite me asking about it with a lower conversion rate.

I always use the reviews and recommendations on Tripadvisor before booking any hotel. But in this case, something really went wrong.Statuary warning *DONT GO TO THIS PLACE*.Ill begin from the start, Check-in took 20 minutes but was otherwise ok.I went to my room, took a shower and complete bathroom was wet because the shower cubical leaked like hell. It leaked because the drainage was not good.The room was very worn out and not clean.I tried to make tea using the in-room kettle, but the kettle didnt work, had to get it replaced.Next day I came in with a friend of mine who stays in Bangalore and went to the reception to check him in, they charged me 1200 + GST per night (Without bfast) for a room that already had a double bed. When I raised my opinion the reception said sorry hotel policy. Anyways we paid for it and checked in. But they didnt take any ID from my friend which is mandatory by the Govt. Probably because that is not part of their hotel policy. So Ill say their security is really questionable and one can be at a huge risk.Then we went to the swimming pool which had dead bugs in it, along with fungus on the floor of the pool. I tried to get it cleaned but not a single soul on the entire pool floor to ask help from. So we went down to use the Gym. The airconditioners didnt work here, 10 minutes inside was like we were in a sauna. Once again not a single soul to ask help from, so we left.The next day we went to the SPA, we were told if we pay in cash they wont charge GST. Seriously, a so-called 5-star property engaging in petty tax theft. After this, we tried to use the steam and sauna room, which was in the worst state, the door of the steam room didnt open or close, it was jammed. The steam room and shower rooms were in such a pathetic state. They were filthy.The same evening went to the Pool Bar for a dinner with some friends, they just had 8 dishes in the bar menu, we had to almost beg for them to get food from the hotels restaurant. I dont understand if they have a restaurant and we are willing to pay then why not serve it at the bar. When we asked the waiter he said hotel policy.Then came the day I had to checkout, went to the reception and they created a mess of the invoices. Four different invoices. One invoice from room service, one for restaurant, one for room service and one for laundry. It was so messed up that I didnt even look at any of them and just made the payment and left.No, things didnt end here, I got a call when on my way to the airport, they said that they forgot to include my minibar items in my bill and I need to go back to the hotel to pay. When I said I cant as I am on my way to the airport they said no you have to.I actually had to shut the phone by telling them that I cant and told them to email the Invoice so that I can pay it when I reach my destination the evening. But instead of emailing they kept on sending messages and calls through whats app and ate my head. Whats app is supposed to be a private space and not for morons to get in touch with you because of their own fault. But they do not have any regard for the guests privacy or their space.I made the payment as soon as I reached my destination that evening.So to sum it up, they are not a five-star property, at least their services are not at all like a five star. The people that work here are good, but their policies are absolute against the guests. I paid 4000 per night without bfast, the same services I could have got in any good 3-star hotel and at less the amount.My only suggestion to the management, please close down and never work in the hotel industry.

We were a gang of boys who stayed here for a night before going to a farm house outside of Bangalore. for a nights stay, the hotel was fantastic. the rooms are clean and comforting. the beds not teeming with bugs or laced with hair and fluids. the bathrooms spic-and-span.the staff are extremely courteous. except for a hitch with reservations and a request for a couple key cards per room when hotel staff suddenly turn into disciplinarians, they were kind, helpful, and welcoming. they fixed the mini-bar at 1 AM. they bought ice cubes and extra glasses three or four times without so much as a whimper from 1.30 AM through 4.30 AM. they pitched cleaning the room and did a fabulous job of it at 2 AM, eight hours before they were required to and just because i made a face about the spilled water when Room Service came with the cubes. that kind of inter-departmental coordination is rare in my opinion and what hospitality should be about.we didnt get to try the restaurant but the kitchen serves delicious food as sampled from In-Room Dining. we tried pastas and noodles and were delighted by how good they tasted at 3 AM.highly recommended for both business and pleasure. given the state of some other hotels in the city that claim to be four stars, i think Cosmos has my business for the foreseeable future.

Rooms were comfortable and peaceful to stay, no traffic noise no hustle bustle well hidden on busy Cunningham road.Complimentary breakfast was again mediocre type, attempting to serve everything and again hitting checklist!!!Practicality Ive seen... occupants stuff their tummy like anything on breakfast table as if this is their last breakfast, in many places we might have seen this...not only here. So managing morning complimentary breakfast for hotel is little tricky business.So conclusion is its good for class of people who stays their. And how much Im paying to stay their to say all this as review - absolutely! Im getting what Ive paid....period!!!

If you come across the hotel, it is on Cunningham road. Few kms away from mg road. Though youa have mc Donald subway dominoes all walking including hospitals and pharmacy. The hotel looked to be a slightly old construction and relatively small in size. Rooms were ok with all the facilities. Also they have a space, 24 hour kitchen. The staff looked to be welcoming. The photos in the pics on the net might come out as deceiving. The hotel is a bit inside from the main street so it is little bit peaceful however you only get to see houses around as a view from the hotel. If you dont want to stay on mg road but near it, a good choice

The rooms were spacious and clean. They also have a clean pool and good Gym. Very friendly staff and warm service. A good business hotel in Bangalore. Recommended!

Zodiac - 24 hours coffee shopI stay pretty close to the place and still never had a chance to step in. Was here on saturday to meet a friend who was in for a day accommodation for his marathon. As soon as you enter the reception section, right side is an eye catcher where you find a pastry section looks colorful and got tempted, so ordered for a Tiramisu. It was OK. I felt it would have been little sweeter to make it tasty. N the chocolate designed across the plate is been sticked to it as it was heated up. So, i consider it waste cant even eat or taste. Hotel is very good overall. Only issue is that the rooms looks bit out dated. Dont get surprised if you see m-seal used to keep the bed side light holders intact. Breakfast is awesome.. probably on of the best. Their pastries are very delicious. I will suggest to more modernise the rooms.

My stay at fortune select jp cosmos was excellent! The complimentary breakfast had a vast selection to chose from and the food was very tasty! It is centrally located in Bangalore, therefore, it is easier to reach other places. It is especially near to the Karnataka medical council office building. The room was large and comfortable. All amenities were provided. There is free WiFi but it did not work properly during my stay in the hotel so a little disappointed on that front. Also, they provide airport pick up and drop at an additional price. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

Amazing hotel property and comfortable and safe stay. Very good restaurants. Swimming pool and pool side dining amazing ambience

Very good atmosphere and ambiance and staff was very helpful and cooperative and make us feel like home. And the greetings was awesome and each and everyone was greeting from the point of security entrance til d receptionist. And d service was also great.

Warm welcome and decent locality. Main places are nearby. Room also comfortable. But bathroom is small and TV also. Room neatness is good. Breakfast is very delicious. Felt very happy that chef is coming and asking about food taste. One thing noticed is if you order dining at room, the house keeping persons will not come for cleaning, even though if you are calling them. You have to all 2 to 3 times. Food plates were took by them next day. Apart from this remaining everything is cool. Happy to stay here.

I stayed with fortune jp cosmos for 2 nights. It was a pleasant stay. The hotel is slightly old but they are clean well maintained. Linens were clean and the staff at reception and house keeping were courteous . The restaurant buffet is great. Overall a good stay.The only thing that bothered me was they provided just one brush set for any occupancy of three which i am sure they would provide on request but i felt that should have been provided invariably for travellers on the go.Nevertheless i would recommend this hotel in future
