Small railway station. But very useful if you know the timing of trains
_very haunting place_yeah thankfully few trains stop here otherwise dont even try to be around_quite unsafe for women and all the surroundings are suspicious or very cheap._you cant get even a water bottle to buy in this place but this is the closest station outerringroad IT parks, that says how neglected it is._approach road quality is very poor._dont prefer to go in dark(before dawn n after dusk) to the station.
So much potential yet so neglected. That line sums it all up. Travel from Hebbal to belandur Road costs 5 rupees. If the train track around bangalore is fixed, the real estate price will come down, less vehicle on ORR, stress free travel for citizens. People with vested interest wont let that happen, politicians just play the game.
You can find some trains to majestic and yashwantpur.
A train station, railway station, railroad station, or depot (see below) is a railway facility or area where trains regularly stop to load or unload passengers or freight. It generally consists of at least one track-side platform and a station building (depot) providing such ancillary services as ticket sales and waiting rooms. If a station is on a single-track line, it often has a passing loop to facilitate traffic movements. The smallest stations are most often referred to as stops or, in some parts of the world, as halts (flag stops).Stations may be at ground level, underground, or elevated. Connections may be available to intersecting rail lines or other transport modes such as buses, trams or other rapid transitsystems.
It also hosts a Centralized Database of Indian Railways Trains & Stations, and provides crowd-sourced IRCTC Train Enquiry Services. India Rail Info is a Busy
Trains just stop here thats why this place is called as station. You cannot find any facilities like a normal railway station except a ticket counter. Not at all a safe place for ladies. You have to convince yourself to believe this station is located inside Bangalore and very near to BIG IT parks like Eco Space, Eco World and Prestige Tech Parks...NOT A SAFE PLACE!!
Small suburban railway station. Very poor road and pedestrian access. Has the potential to be so much more.
1.2 km away from outer ring road. Best way to avoid bmtc or Ola if you are coming from yeswantpur, or anekal road side to office in areas like belandur, eco space, hall Mark etc
Cleaned platform with ample space for sitting and standing. Doesnt provide with shelter facility, problematic during rainy season.
Calm and nice place in the morning. In the evening dont dare to come here. Hell lot of mosquitos...
For only few passengers train hosur & marital bound trains. Development of platform requires.
Good location for having a station here, but there is connectivity issue, safety issue and no proper maintainance is there not even a rest room. At evening mosquitoes will kill you like forever enemies. And also local goons are there, who attack people for money and threaten for life. So, be careful. Atleast try to go in a group, or stay with other people.
Not even any basic amenities like toilet. Its like a jungle. Very poor maintenance.
Bee happy
Small station, very few train stops here, good for urban transport, take train from here till hosour or hebbal
British era Railway station. Only local trains stop here. Will get auto during regular train stopping times
Good for morning walk. Only few passenger trains stop here. Main problem during evenings are dogs and mosquitoes .
No place to stand and no parking area, station is not maintained properly
Its good place for walking in mornings & evenings. Station has old ticket instrument but I like it. But it needs some developments.
Very small Railway Station where only local passenger trains stop here... No drinking water facility available here..
This station name makes people think that it is in Bellandur, but it is actually in Panathur. The ticket room is small and good enough. What is impressing is the platform sorrounded by huge trees . Many people come for walk on this platform. One thing to beware is when it gets dark, you might be taken off the ground by mosquitoes. People who wait for evening trains have face this nuisance. You cant stand at one place, keep walking and shaking your hands and head to keep them away. That is the only bad thing I see here.
People jog here in mornings and evenings, old ticketing style still followed, no staffs are present after morning passenger trains passes, automatically manned signal lights, station is expanded and there is a plan to build platform, many IT employees use this station for connectivity, No parking for vehicles.. And wash rooms, poor maintenance.
Nice station , Green viewTake care when rain comesTicket guard is very friendlyNo ladies toiletGents open airNo water facility and cool drinks
Happy to see a huge crowd disappear once mysuru-salem passenger passed through Bellandur road station. About 1000mtrs from Croma, outer-ringroad is an easy access for IT employees working at marathahalli-kadubeesnalli-bellandur stretch of ORR... Hoping see more footfalls in the coming days and once byyappanahalli-hosur line gets doubled and electrified.
No place to park vehicles... the person issuing tickets does his job using age old machine with no staff. There is no washroom facility.
Height of platform is too low. One have to jump from the train. No maintenance of any sort.
Waiting is asusaul and shelter for waiting
Belandur road Railway station is out dated, the ticket counter is always closed, If you want ticket go inside only before 10 mins of train arrival,Commuters are growing due to pathetic situation of traffic by road on Balagere - Panathur Road, Goverment negligence on intercity railway transport, you cannot find basic facilities like drinking water, toilet for ladies, local unsocial people asking for parking charges higher then train ticket for few hours
Very unhygenic place. Evening it is very difficult to wait for train. So much of mosquitos.
Best way to reach office near Bellandur Side in Local Train from Yeshwanthpur Railway Station... After reaching Bellandur Road Railway Station it took me 20 min walk (2.4 km approx) to reach Outer Ring Road...
Worst maintained station, unclean, waiting area is covered with mud and naan stains. Its dirty everywhere
Im resident of same area, nowadays I dont no who gave permission for those people, they are charging money for vehicles just if we wait for picking our relatives from station hardly 5 to 10mins and here charges is more than train fairs for which places we travel, & moreover Their is no minimum facility over their for parking, no wash room, no drinking water, still old system of ticket issuing thats ok but main thing station is almost damaged with cracks n dono when it falls but here their is lot of passenger traveling daily but station has not seen any improvement from many years may be from 1990s im seeing its in same condition till today but why the hell their are someone coming for money just if we stand their for few minutes .. Please kindly take action on those people who are making money by disturbing local area people who just wait/come over their to pick or drop their relatives or friends... my request is Either improve station and than collect parking charges without that do not allow them to collect parking charges...
Peaceful station, can catch trains to Yeshwantpur or Bangalore city or Hosur by DEMU trains
No parking area, no place stand if rain comes..No maintenance at all..
It is still following old methods for distributing tickets. It doesnt have computerised printed tickets and the station is not clean. Evening time is the worst time to go here where you have to keep walking or dancing so that mosquitoes dont eat you. This station needs lot of development.
Platform is very low & old , children & fat people cant get down or in easily. Its almost 2.5 feet lower to getdown... Very bad. Need to make the platform high.
Best option from Bellanduru surrounding to go to yeshwanthpur
Why Parking charges not collected for Autos? Only mentioned on notice. Licenced person Charging only for cars.
When I arrived there for the first time, I couldnt recognize it as A STATION. No security. No reservation counter, person who provide tickets comes only before any train arrive.
No proper lighting, full of mosquitos as it is a open area. We have to go to station master and ask for train delays.
No parking area, cant see drinking water pipe, no proper road to station, cant load and unload luggage in passenger train here.
Great railway station. its clean.
Great stationBe careful while climbing
Train ticket is not issued even after long ques. When asked the ticket office in charge, he has responded that tickets will be issued only after the departure of train from previous stations. There is no logic in his statement. According to the rush, ticket office in charge has to issue the tickets to save unnecessary stress for the passengers.
Lot of mosquitoes.. No proper parking area...
Here ticket given Very slow.
Small station for only unreserved bookings.
Very poor station..No busesfrom railway station to Main Bus stop..This station apart 2km from bus stop..Old ticket system..
Theres a billion mosquitoes here after 6.30PM
Closer to Marthahalli, Can catch trains to Salem, Attur
Small., but a good railway station
A nice natural place....
Its small station, where only passenger trains will stop.
Vendors are getting parking money even there is no parking area and even its like a forest
This is the place where I discover me..
Railway station looks like haunted house!
