Amazing place for buffet.Parking - There is no reserved parking as such and have to be parked in front of BBQ or in the lane.Celebrations - A perfect place for friends, family and couples to celebrate with a complimentary cake for birthdays and a song from all their serving staff.Ambiance - It can be a bit crowded and lots of chatter and laughter noises.Food - Veg, Non-veg, salads, desserts and mocktails are excellent and are filling. Ice creams are okay.

I find myself in a happy place whenever I visit this place. I had gone to the Koramangala Dining and I was super happy with the service. Akhtar was attending us and he was really good at his job whether it was attending or serving in time.I was super impressed with the main course specially.We got complimentary mocktail and he even suggested us some offers.Thank You it was lovely.

Ordered their delivery home pack ! BBQ in the box off Rs. 879. Must say it was well packed. However its just a one time order that anyone wud place. I didnt feel the value for money and the quality to be in par with amount paid. The satisfaction of having a great food lacked .. so wud definitely recommend to try one time for an experience and not for the satisfaction

BBQ National. A well know restaurant to have your food from. But to be honest, I have had not so good experience. Well, made an order from Zomato and it was a huge family pack variety dishes.I really like the box packing and presentation. But where it wasnt fine was with the kebab and some of the curries which came in. Tasteless was it.As a whole, I would give only 3★ and i believe there is alot of area there could make this way better.

When I wanted to give tips the manager in charge politely refused saying you happiness is our greatest tip...one feedback is the place is quite old and maintenance upkeep is a little not up to the mark...this needs to be looked into...but yes 4 star is a definite yes

I went here to give treat to my extended relatives who were not able to make it to my marriage.I must say they kept up to their name.Everything was amazing right from food and service.They even adjusted 2 guests who reached after the last entry time.Thank you so much team. Not a great experience.This specific BBN turns out to be shortage in terms of its main course. Starters were fine but it did lag behind in its taste in comparison to its counterparts. Also the ambience did not meet our expectations. But for sure waiters and other staffs were helpful.

We went to BBQ for dinner for one of the celebration. But after dinner when we head back home, my stomach started paining badly and from the very next day m not keeping well. When I checked with doctor he told that i have stomach infection due to the last meal I had.BBQ should maintain hygiene and the food the serve should be of best quality as it is a big brand but when we were leaving from there one of the customer complaint of being served Cockroach with corns. That time only I got the feeling that someone among us is gonna fall sick and thats what happened. Never going back to BBQ for that matter any of their branch. Worst experience for life.

Everyone, waiter, chef, manager kept talking to us and disrupting our meal. Service is amazing. So much attention given to customers. Service by Nur Salem was top notch! Also the chef prepared pasta which was yum! The food was very nice and the service was excellent! Must visit! Also pan ice cream is out standing. It was also very sweet of them to sing a song and offer a cake. Thank you!

Had to wait for almost 1 hour when we went on a weekend, inspite of reserving the table. Poor management of crowd. We had to leave after waiting since we were not sure what time will we get the table.Food is great though, Ive had multiple times before.

The Buffet here is quite good, the starters are yummy and since its unlimited, the flow kept coming in with amazing grilled fish, chicken and veggies all, mouth watering! The staff were friendly and warm.They strictly follow the Covid-19 regulations and thats a big plus.

💵💵💵💵💵too costly restaurant with no even group discounts.we total in 11 visited for birthday party and we didnt get even a 100gms cake 🎂 for birthday celebrations.They charged 929 each for veg and non veg lunch and for drinks 225+GST which costs 115 outside. Taste of biriyani is worst and Starters taste is not as expected. We booked a slot between 12:30-14:30 and even asking for multiple times food got delivered too late purposely.This is not the service expected from a restaurant which is listed in stock exchange.

I had a lot of expectations from Barbeque nation but I would rate it as Ok. The staff, ambience and everything else is good. Would also rate the desert as good. However l, when it comes to the starters and the options in main course, I was quite average.

Its a Buffet ration shop.Really crowded as the kind of people come here are who have not seen a buffet food in their life.So as their services, they dump food what ever they feel like.It has a brand because of such ppl.Dont look at this congested place if you are looking for a peaceful and happy meal to be had peacefully.

It was Great. Just that due to night curfew we spent little time otherwise need around 3 hours to taste everything.

The live counter can be in improved. The birthday song played for the guests should definitely be worked upon as no one would like to have such songs to be played on their birthday. Desserts are good. However, the ongoing chill fest was quite disappointing.

Barbeque Nation has set a standard in India when it comes to consistent food with lots of variety along with great service to its customers.My visit to this particular restaurant after their recent renovation was quite good. Not only the ambience looks better and the lighting is great now, but also they have made some changes to the menu for a short duration of time.Coming to the service, the waiters and staff members were well behaved and courteous. There were some delays in the service time but considering that it was the relaunch day, we can look over that particular issue.Finally, the food was good and so were the drinks. I particularly liked the main course. However, I felt that the starters could have been a bit better.Overall, it was a good experience. Barbeque Nation always provides the best service to its customers and its one of the primary reasons to visit them!Worth a try!

Got 2 super tiny pieces of chicken on the stick...the coal was almost dust when they got it in so nothing was barbecuing and worst of all given a time limit and told to leave....

The hospitality feels really awkward here. Every now and then some staff interrupt conversations and ask how is food and request for good feedback. Feels awkward and artificial.The management should stop encouraging staff name in reviews. Over emphasis on customer reviews makes staff making frequent annoying requests for good rating.

I ordered for dinner @ 9:33 pm on 26/08/21.. and did not receive it till 12:00 am on 27/08/ 21 and had to sleep HungaryWhen asked the management and staff were acting like blind men in the desert.. Oh is that so sir . But it is been send sir.. what can I do sir, the delivery boy is been picked up by UFO and so is absconding with you food sir. can I deliver it tomorrow sir... I dont know who pick it sir... Sorry sir... We will deliver the food tomorrow.. and tomorrow has 24 hr.. we are at your mercy as I paid for the food online. I wish I could shift hunger for the next day.The manager was so cool...when he as saying all of the above. must be thinking what do you expect for us?If the order was later they could have cancelled it. Celebrating Relaunch of @barbequenation Kormangala branch.They have added new menu and drinks.I liked Coin Pizza 🍕. Relaunch @barbequenation has added so many dishes in live counters for both veg and non- veg.Starters are so delicious and dessert section one of the best in town. Hot gulab Jamun with Ice cream and different pastries were available.I would also recommend this anyone looking for good buffet.

After booking table you HAVE to be on time otherwise you will be insulted for being late by the reception people & manager and would be asked to give proof if you have called customer care to say you are sorry and running late.Mr. Santosh The king of Barbeque Nation, said, you shall not be granted table as you are late. We keep table for extra 15 minutes and after that it gets cancelled. Evem though the customer care is telling you that the table can be given to you restaurant is empty however the King wont let that happen. We were said to leave and we cant be given a table.To the upper management, in the times of pandemic when businesses are struggling for customers, the kings of BBQ nation are not GRANTING tables to customers because they are late. Not only that, you should produce a PROOF that you called customer care and said that you will be late.Salute to the King of BBQ NATION.

The non-veg starters doesnt change, they give chicken, fish, Prawns, veg assorted kababs, their main course Biryani, mutton curry, chicken curry etc. Their deserts menu changes. Types of Salads remain unchanged.They have well-maintained washrooms.Parking for two wheelers and four wheelers is present. Checkout the bill. Attached!

This was my first time at Barbeque Nation, Koramangala and it was truly a disastrous experience. I have taken a vow not to visit another Barbeque Nation again.While Barbeque Nation is a go-to place to me for any special occasions and I have been to various outlets of theirs across India and enjoyed their hospitality, I sadly would like to say this time my experience was pathetic.While making a on-call reservation, I have duly informed them that this was for a birthday of my guest and they have informed that they will arrange for a small celebration in their signature style and they have happily forgotten about it.The grill wasnt heating up the starters, had to get it changed but still of no use.. we ate the semi-cooked mushrooms, paneer and fruits that they put there which wasnt fully cooked.They served the starters just once, didnt repeat it until 10 mins of us requesting for it and following up for it a few times. We were sitting with empty plates as the grill didnt heat and cook the starters there and these guys didnt get us the other ones like corn or potatoes.At the kulfi counter, had to stand for 5 mins atleast to wait for someone to man the counter. It was unattended.Had to ask the waiter thrice to serve me pani puri.. he didnt do that by himself.We have noticed this inefficient service being experienced by guests even on the other tables who were comparing their experience at this restaurant vis a vis the experience of Barbeque Nation in their other branches.2 managers in suits, instead of turning around things kept on going to every table for payment collection and requesting guests to rate their service as excellent in the feedback link we would get the next day.I usually dont like spending time and writing reviews about places, even for bad experiences as I always give people and organisations benefit of doubt.What made me write this review is the audacity of both the managers who couldnt manage the restaurant, things were slow, unorganised and highly inefficient, they took no action despite me informing them of the delays in serving of starters or the grill that wasnt heating the veggies.. but they had the nerve to ask me to rate them excellently because it would matter to the performance reviews of the waiter who served us. I lost my cool with that request and decided to share an honest review in that link. Since Google prompted to review, and I had some time now, sharing this for the benefit of wider audience.NEVER VISIT BARBEQUE NATION KORAMANGALA. THEIR SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!!

I visited barbeque nation today,And I felt it wasnt worth at all.The starters were not that impressive.They kept serving grilled watermelons and broccoli uselessly for an hour.Main course was fine in taste but the sweets they had were real bad!!I mean I was expecting something really good but they just provided really tiny pieces of 2-3 flavours of pastry and gulab jamun.Since its barbeque they should have taken better care about the ACs and all, but the place was so hot that we were getting uncomfortable while eating hot food in hot room.In short it wasnt worth the price... I expected it to be great as people talk about barbeque nation but at least the branch I visited was not worth the second visit at all!!

When we had gone there the Dinning hall was full and we were supposed to wait for some time. Meanwhile we checked and found that on the terrace are also they serve and it is fully covered area. We decided to set on terrace and turned out to be good experience. Boys who served us were efficient and courteous. Food is ok but starters are good.

We went there for a Team Lunch. One of the best lunches we had in our 10+ years. The best part is the Service by their staff. They make you very comfortable and ensure that we enjoy every second there. One of team members birthday was on that day and they arranged a cake in 30 minutes notice. Amazing Service...I have been to this place a couple of times and the food was excellent in all my visits. Overall, it was something different and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment there...

Came here with family (15 members) food was okay as per BBQ std ofc but initially I was quite upset with the service I must say. They were not serving as soon. We had to ask to serve and they soon picked up. It was overall a good experience ofc with a lot of scope to improvement.

Food quality has deteriorated. I used to live the food at Barbecue Nation at Domlur & Ulsoor. This was my first visit to the Koramangla outlet, and the food was a a bit disappointing.

Worest experience manager is not cooperative cancelled my request without my nowledge , due to traffic and wether was not good I reached late after so much struggle I reached , but you manager said no very dissatisfied answer, need to think twice before again visiting Koramangala BBQ .... Worest experience driven 18km to reach the location ... Made tye big mistake ... Will think twice again visiting this place highly not recommended this place

Worst customer service. Went there without reservation, they could have given option of booking reservations online instantly. Manager is not at all responsible. When v pointed to his mistake he was like ok. Food is not good, ok kind. Not many options for vegetarians. Pathetic service

Perfect place for a crowd more than 3. BBQ Nation has never been a disappointment. Its an absolute treat to dine there. I dont remember trying anything from their Ala carte menu. Ive always been a fan of BBQ dining. There are a few staples in the non-veg and veg grill department apart from them, you can sometimes see some sheek kababs, Kalmi Kababs and other starters going around. Im not a big fan of the rice items at the restaurant. There are an assortment of desserts layed out. I love the chocolate ball from the desserts section. Overall, if youre a good eater, this place is for you. The flavours are amazing and you also get one complimentary mocktail. The price is neither too steep or too cheap. Good ambiance, great food.
