After two years .. today I visited Barbecue Nation .. it was an amazing experience 😊..kudos to Barbeque Nation’s staffs and management 👍

This is my first visit to this chain of restaurants. A great location: inside Park Square shopping centre which one simply cannot miss as its right beside ITPL from which there is direct access provided. However, with most of the techies working from home, this access seems not to be in use currently.It was reasonably crowded and we had to wait to gain entry. However, it was definitely worth the wait! After being seated, it took them quite a while to place the grill. The starters were plentiful and delicious: fish, mutton, chicken & prawns. To be honest, I was full by the time Id finished with the starters!The main course had a good choice of salads, dum Biryani, plain rice, noodles, Mutton Rogan Josh, Chicken Makhani, Panneer Butter Masala, Kofta Curry, Mangalorean Fish Curry etc. I just couldnt manage to try all of them.The dessert section was a bit of a disappointment for me as the choice didnt seem all that extensive. There was vanilla & strawberry ice cream, chocolate brownies, chocolate pastry, gulab jamun and moong dal halwa. Whatever we tried was tasty.The weekday rate for their buffet (non-veg) is ₹875 and during weekends there is an additional ₹100.Last but not least, I was told that previously the guys used to be very attentive and ask for positive reviews. Today, we didnt witness that: in fact it was difficult to get hold of the waiters. Despite this, Im happy to give this outlet a 5 star rating as it exceeded my expectations.I would definitely visit again and wouldnt hesitate to recommend to anyone planning to try their buffet: you will not be disappointed!

We had been to this place. Not as good as other Barbeque Nation.1) They take a lot of time to serve.2) They try not to serve few of the items like Roti/Naan, French Fries, Welcome Drinks, Cutlets, etc.3) Desserts are not good.4) Kulfi/Ice Cream stall is most of the time empty and no one is available there to serve!5) Owner is very irresponsible. He takes care and acts nicely while entering and leaving.I would not personally suggest this place if you are planning with friends or family.Parking is available available at the basement of the mall. Chargeable.

One of the best buffet family restaurant in the city.

Well I really loved the food here... Specially nonveg ( prawn, kebabs,chicken, fish 🐠 etc... So I visited on 12 September 2021 one day before my birthday... So the best part of barbeque nation is they keep asking you any special occasion special visit etc.. so we told them its my birthday tomorrow.. as we went for dinner there... So after our dinner they bought a cute little cake (its complimentary).. which was really delicious... They really made my birthday special...

It was nice place to go for an eat out especially for any occasions or any get together. Also kids will feel more comfortable than the usual restaurants. You will have variety of foods on your plate and its tasty too. Also you will get the customized taste on your dishes

Very good place for the BBQ style food lovers. They have a live grill setup and live food counters, They keep serving verities of BBQed non-veg/veg items.They also have other elaborate food options like biryanis, curries, rotis, chats, fruits and deserts. Usually the BBQ stuff is spicy but you can tell them upfront and customize as per your preference. Staff is very polite and friendly. And if you happen to go there to celebrate occasions like birthdays/anniversaries, tell them and they offer a cake and also sing for you :-)

Its present on the 1st floor and is an excellent place.Well maintained, Excellent service, a big variety of foods with many Non veg options. ( All I can say is, its a treat for Non-vegetarians).We ate to our fill and had a generally good time.The staff are very attentive.The starters, buffet were all so nice. The kulfi lollies topped it all up.Desert need a special mention.Ambience - 9/10Food - 9/10Service - 9/10Though the customer service is awesome, the speed and ambience could be improved especially for family people.

By now everyone would if not should have visited it one of the BBQ nation. This is not less than any one of them. Serving for what its known as a full on starter menu right at your table on the skewers with lots of veg and non veg options. Also includes main course and lot of dessert options.

Although the staff is very well behaved, the food seems to be below the mark. The desert section seemed non-fresh. Also the variety of food items needs improvisation.

Will come directly to the point.. food was ok, slow service, we had to request for grill items, I felt grill options were less as well, no wish grill items, what I found more disappointing was we had to request for sauce/chutney as well as it was not available on the table. This was my first visit to Barbeque Nation in Bangalore (I have been there couple of times in Hyderabad) I felt the charm of the place was gone. This could be coz of COVID impact as many business are struggling for survival. But for all the above stated reason and helpful and well behaved staff I would stick to my rating of 3stars..

Rajdeep was super active to make sure our experience was good. We had 20 people in group and everyone was happy with the food variety and service.

One of few places where the food is good, but the service excels over the food.The staff was super courteous and they went out of their way to make some special dishes for us. Imran served us with a smile and made this a memorable experience for our family.Two thumbs up!

The food was good. Everything on the grill has the same flavour and super spicy. Very friendly staff.Cajun spiced potatoes were the best.

Bad experience. Never go on Sundays. Bad service, the waiter was simply trying to avoid any request blaming on crowd. (There was no crowd as such though, Im writing it when people are going out less post covid). AC temperature was so high, we were sweating.Since I went with family, we took mocktails. So much headache since then. Low quality everything.They didnt even cared to come and ask for feedback. Will never go to Barbecue Nation again if given choice.

Starters were good chicken prawns fish, main course as usually are good only, and the service was very good.

Excellent service here. Kishan was our server and was very patient in understanding the change in menu we wanted and served us exceedingly well. Will definitely visit again.It was my parents anniversary and they did the celebrations extravagantly.

There are a very few places in the world where a reservation made well in advance is ineffective! Barbecue Nation is one of them! Wed made a reservation for 1430 hrs for lunch, however, due to the rains and the traffic, we ran a little late. Although we called and informed the staff about our situation, there was very little that they could do! I mean, you can imagine, you reserve a table for 16 people, but there are another 50 that arrive unannounced and start pressuring the concierge! What would the poor guy do! He has to give in. And so it happened with us too. We reached 10 minutes late and ended up waiting for another half an hour to get seats!Once you get a place to sit in the restaurant, your entire experience transforms into a magical one! The moment a waiter approaches your table, you find yourself in food heaven. The wondrous gastronomic journey begins with 3 coveted words by the waiter - Veg or Non-Veg? And thats all that you need to answer! The rest of the times you open your mouth, is only to gorge upon the succulent, juicy, tender pieces of perfectly cooked Chicken, or immaculately moist Fish, or deliciously spiced Prawns, or the melt-in-your-mouth Mutton Sheekh Kebabs! The list continues in the veg section as well... Potatoes, Mushrooms, Paneer (Cottage-Cheese) or even seasonal fruits like youve NEVER had before. And Whats more... you get to season them, and finish their grilling by yourself! The grills placed at each table give patrons a first hand experience of grilling their own meat on the barbecue... something that weve grown up watching on The Flintstones! A complimentary drink acts as the best palate cleanser..

Great place to have BBQ buffet, It has tasty range of items on the menu for both veg & non-veg people.They are taking very good precautions & following all the govt guidelines during covid19.

Visited this place for a dinner outing with our colleagues.I would definitely say the perfect place to have a team dinner. No matter how big your team is they will accommodate all and the service and management were excellent.So basically, it a buffet restaurant with lots of options.I would like to mention the cocktails were super awesome I didnt expect it to be that great but yes this place doesnt disappoint you in any way.The taste of starters and the main course was beyond our expectations we loved it.They have ample options when it comes to non-veg food, cant really comment on veg options.But overall our experience was awesome!Will recommend this place to all the foodie out they who are planning for a team dinner or a family dinner outing.Food-4⭐Service -4⭐Ambiance -4⭐Value for money -4⭐

The experience was not good this time. The staff was not attentive, chutney and cajun sauce were quite watery. Live counters were not there. However, I have visited this place 7-8 times and every time loved their service and food.

This place in park square mall is a very nice place.... The food was grt... But the managers here were wayy too rude and not cooperative.... It wasnt the way supposed to talk to a customer so based on my experience Id give them a 2 star

I visited barbecue nation in Park Ascendas mall earlier this month and went for a dinner buffet. There was a street food festival going on which served pav bhaji, panipuri, spinach pakora and papri chat. First of all, all the covid precautionary measures were taken which was great. So you can be rest assured in terms of hygiene. Now coming to food, BBQ is known for their appetisers and it was great to see all the seekhs coming in with loads of prawn, chicken and fish. Personally I felt the chicken one was very nice as it was a different flavour which I didn’t try before. Overall it was good and we went for multiple variations like chicken wings, crispy corn with Mayo sauce. The staff was very courteous in getting all that on the table quickly. Next the main course which was a lengthy one but to my disappointment didn’t have a lot of variations. It was the same biriyani, mutton and dal with variety of noodles and rice. Earlier during my visits I have seen a lot of salads kept on the salad bar but this was empty. I found it very difficult to grab a piece of mutton as I could only see a pool of curry. I am not sure if I was late to the buffet but as part of the buffet service, the customers can at least expect all the items to be available. Next the desserts. There were multiple options available from moving halwa to gulab jamun to ice cream to Kulfi but I was finding it difficult to get assistance as I couldn’t find spoons or the cutlery. Again I am not sure if it was just that I was going for dinner as the store would have mostly cooked items from the morning and it’s usual to run out of things after a long tiring day. Anyways, my overall experience was average and I would really think twice before spending a whole bunch of money for a barbecue buffet.

Being a veggie, i wouldnt have much expectations from here every time i visit. But they have decent varities on d grill and dessert varities needs improvement. Surprisingly main course was good especially panner and kofta gravies. Service and the staff behavior is too good. They r handling the pandamic norms so well. Very higenic and safe.

Out on a corporate lunch on a sunny day the initial setup was very quick. But in the urgency of getting things up to speed, we were served items that were not properly marinated and at times not grilled at all and had to wait or minutes to let the items grill.The service was mix of both good and bad. People who were having non veg food were looked after good. Where as those in a separate table having non veg had to deal with a lot of multiple requests to be made to the manager himself.The food was average. Selection in main course had no choice of those of prefer South Indian food. Barbecue Nation has live counter only for Jilebi, Pasta and Chats. And doesn’t have a make your own meal similar to that of ABs. They have even cut short Chinese Starter that they’d usually serve. The change in Menu and absence of a live counter similar to ABs makes this not worthy of the amount that’s paid. Worth a try.

The experience of self grilling on the dining table gives a very satisfying feeling.It was a lovely sight seeing people celebrating important occasions and anniversaries with their near & dear with full support of friendly staff.It offers both vegetarian and non vegetarian menu from Indian, Oriental, Asian and Mediterranean cuisine. Very Good quality at affordable price. Recommend family to spent their special moments there.Advance booking makes the family moments comfortable.

Been BBQ Nation ITPL on 29th Aug. Attended by Dev. Super good service. True to their reputation. Its in total contrast to what I have experienced at their sarjapura branch few weeks ago.Keep up the good work.

It was a good experience , lots of tasty food items. Unlimited food attacks are allowed.

Worst service ever ..No seriousness on customer satisfaction... We waited for half an hour to start the starters even after prior booking the table...Absolutely no care taken towards customer requests. Had to tell them multiple times to bring the rotis and the drinks ordered came at the end of having food.

The manager of this outlet is Rodrick is the rudest and worst person I have come across in my life. If you dont want to feel harrassed please avoid this barbeque outlet at all costs. We are vegetarian and informed this to the staff and they even gave us the plate with green border but still the untrained staff kept bringing non veg items to us. At one point we were even about to eat a non veg kebab because of this. I saw the manager fighting with almost everyone who came in today. Barbeque should seriously consider firing this incompetent person.

Nice place to celebrate team lunch/dinner. In starters they provide many options. Taste is good. You have choice for Welcome drink which is much better compared to other restaurants. Kulfi is special variety which you will love it. Overall good experience.

Wonderful experience here! The server was prompt and friendly. The food was very good and we had a impressive experience with the ice cream here. Love their buffet spread! Their birthday song was very cute and unique! Caught us the 16 diners attention and celebrated one of our friends upcoming birthday there too.

It was excellent food which we had. We need to reserve before we reach, because it’s very crowded. Good starter options and main course. We went for team lunch, so better to try corporate offers to reduce cost. I totally recommend barbeque 🤘

Nothing beats the value for money for barbecue and starters. We had our second team lunch here and the food and service was good. Its become more crowded than our last visit.Weekdays you get the extra offer of soft drinks and now there was the street food offer. Reasonable eatable desert options and kulfis. Only thing was I was on Keto and had to overcome the temptation of deserts.

We loved ur service and the staff Rajdeep also treated us very well, overall very good experience. Good service too.

They say, Good food, Good lifeBBQ nation is well known restaurant for barbecue lovers. This one lives up to the hype. It has very good and quick service as well as good ambiance.

Completely overbooked. Almost every customer myself included had heated discussions with the manager. Due to lack of staff any additional requests were not entertained. The serving staff were promt and courteous as always.

I went to BBQ nation with lots of expectations but it was not totally satisfactory experience. The first set of BBQ was too spicy and the BBQ set up was not at all hot. After my brother had pointed the areas they tried to cover it up by sending some extra starters in our table but still was not value for money.

You have to visit the place with plain stomach as the people there were are so so pleasing and serve you lot with a cheer on their face.

What a worst ever experience we had last night....I dont know how fresh was food after going home my family members everyone vomitted like helll.....I dont know why they cheat customers by taking good money but providing worst ever food pitty on such disgusting people

Dining out at this restaurant will always be an awesome experience 🤩 Our latest visit was made even more memorable by the excellent service. Our waiter really went over and above by creating custom desserts for us! The unlimited starters is what you would come here for but the seasonal main course is nothing to complain about either. Worst to order from here. Waste of money.In detail, we have ordered barbecue in a box pack and we have received all cold food and cant be eaten.. also the quantity of food is not wroth the amount which we sent on that. Just very small pieces of starters and they provided 4 curries for 2 parrota & small biryani pack. What the hell to do that curries for that.Leaving quantity, taste is worst & not suitable to eat..Suggest not to order from here. Thanks.

Very bad customer service experienced at ITPL Outlet. Staff (Mr.Abhijeet) and Manager (Mr.Rodrick) behaved very badly and spoke with no respect inspite of the mistake from their end. We had to leave without having dinner due to their behaviour. Requesting to take action against them if you dont want to loose your customers.

Barbeque nation staff is the best. The ambience is same as the other bbq outlets but this one is spacious. The grilled items taste the same and were good. They were also ready to accommodate totally non spicy items for my kid. The Chicken briyani was very good with good pieces. Kulfi in bbq nation is a hit with most families. Its a good place for a family dinner.

The food is great as usual in-house. But their app sucks. Has issues. They even need to streamline their ops. I did not receive some items in their packaged (BBQ in a Box). I will avoid their home delivery. But still eat at their restaurants.

I have reviewed here before as well for a best one! But this time had a pathetic service especially from the manager I believe Rodrix and Abhijith! I have made. Booking at 8pm. But due to night curfew they had to prepon to 7.45 saying they will allow only till 9, which is understandable. We are travelling from Hormavu till whitefiled bcoz of the good experience from here. I have already informed them there can be a delay due to the traffic and asked to hold the table for a while. When we reached there by 8 , they said its cancelled without even giving us a call or informing us ! How can it be possible ? We travelled all the way from there and still we couldnt get the food ! And we said we will be out before ! Still they didnt listen andthe behaviour was so rude. We understand the night curfew and we said we will be out by 9. The behaviour was so rude !

Theres is lots of varieties in veg as well as in non veg too..the quantity of food is very good nd taste is just superb.. everything theres just too good...its nice place to celebrate any occasion or can visit with frnds, familys or for office party 😋🤗

Good food. Choices for vegetarians are not plentiful. Lots of desserts to choose from. The place felt a bit hot and sweaty. The ambience, service and hygiene is all top quality.
