Have been living here for the past 4 years and I have only been happy all this while. This is one apartment bang on the state highway and super easy to spot! The complex has a decent club house equipped with both indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, tennis and basket ball courts. The construction quality is nice and the roofs are very high and I love that. Also love the fact that balconies in some of the towers give the most awesome view of the dawn or dusk depending on whether you are an early bird or a night owl!!! The view makes for a superb ambience!

I have been living in this complex for about six years and happy to see the place improve by leaps and bounds .This has been possible due to the active interest taken by residents to improve the facilities,services and community bonding activities.We now have a proactive and committed Owners Association. This has resulted in greater and effective communication with builders and residents which has ensured continuous improvements.We are also fortunate to have a competent Facility Manager contributing to rapid improvements in implementation on the ground. I do believe with an active and vibrant community we can soon achieve new peaks of excellence at Alpine.

A society with spacious play area for children , with good ample car parking and a very descent Clubhouse with all modern indoor and outdoor games. Apartments are quite spacious for living. A society which have all the day to day needs available at walkable distance. The best part is the Owners Association and Builders working very closely day in and day out to make the society for better living.

Children play area is well equipped. All security process is Fully digitized, well maintained by mygate app. Clubhouse is one of the best place to spend time in weekends.

Ive been living here with my family for 6 years and Im very happy with the neighbourhood. There is a hospital nearby,many good restaurants and supermarkets. There is a theatre nearby that is really good.Seegehalli bus stop is right across The apartment and there is very good bus connectivity. The apartment is very well designed and structured and we have not faced any problem with security so far. The clubhouse, though not in the apartment complex, is a walkable distance and is extremely good and safe.It is overall an excellent place and I highly recommend it.

Awesome Club house ,great neighborhood .This is an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything was so beautiful that I felt like I was at a resort. It could not be better located and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. It offered amenities that most communities did not.

A very strategically located aparment on the main road which got white topped recently with easy and smooth access. Apartment has all excellent facilities and amenities you name it with state of the art club house comprising of both outdoor and indoor swimming pools. New coat of paint to be done within a year or so.But quality of stay is excellent, thus looks can be easily ignored.

Amazing place to rent, the worst place to invest.The apartments are very well designed and have plenty of fresh air and sunlight. The view from almost all wings other than the B-Wing are superb.The construction quality is horrible. Sand pours out from the walls if you try drilling, few bathroom tiles had plain yellow sand beneath them- no cement whatsoever.The club-house is very nice though- feels like a resort. Childrens play area too.

The property is very fishy. This was completed 5 years back, yet some units unsold and builder selling the units at a very cheap rate than the market price.There r no amenities in this complex, but you have to walk 300 meters out of the complex to another project to use amenities.Location is excellent and very good views from the project. But the builder doesnt clarify many questions.

Very good society, very friendly people and bustling location. All daily needs are met from the market opposite to the building. The builder is good and delivers all that he commits but things take time to be fulfilled. The club house is very well equipped and very well maintened. There is 100% power backup, water softener plant and pipelined gas installation is in progress. We are living here since 1 year and are happy with the society. People come together and celebrate all functions.

I have been living here since 6 years. One of the best room layouts i have seen in this locality. Very airy, very sunny, well thought through architechting. The club house (Although the current entrance is about 200 meters from the gate) is the best i have seen. The facility is managed through myGate. This is a truly digital apartment. You raise tickets on an app if you need maintenance support, club house access is manned through the app. Letter deliveries is managed through the app. There are 2 Grocery Vending machines (fully digital) by Big Basket Instant where we can buy essentials round the clock. 24 hour power back up for all points in house, recently upgraded Water Treatment plant, ensure the residents get best services. Most important point to highlight is the resident events which takes place with much fervor. The Young and Old are very well knit with each other socially and goes a long way in creating a family feeling amongst the residents. During April 2020, the association took over the affairs of the apartment and since then we saw a lot of positive changes. Maintenance is taken care by a professional and reputed property maintenance company. GAIL Piped Gas service has started in the apartment.

This place is a decent society to live in. The construction quality of the apartment isnt really the best but the apartments are spacious. Complete with a 24 hour power back up, ground water supply, Bachelor weary residents and a great club house with limited access to tenants... Its a love hate relationship.

We are now into our sixth year in Alpine Viva and i still would not change my residence for any other place in Bangalore. Peaceful surroundings, breathtaking facade, top class amenities, festive atmosphere throughout the year, and above all , the lush green spectacular clubhouse which is just mesmerizing . Thats all the more why we wish the clubhouse had been a little more accessible. The room layout is for the most part good, except that i wish we had less balconies and more room space in some of the blocks. The builders may also consider setting up a koffee klub and an ATM now,as had been planned originally.A place any owner would be proud to own and any tenant would be proud to rent.

We have now been staying in Alpine Viva for quite a few years and i must say Viva grows on you. I like the view from the apartments, the amenities, the convenience of the neighborhood shopping area and above all the picturesque green clubhouse.

Honestly before purchasing the apartments I cleared out everything that whatever they had mentioned in the brochures are actually there or not. I even saw the reviews and then decided to buy an apartment.Seriously they are too good and prices are fine in comparison with others.

Along with many new age amenities that builder has provided, there is one that is unique in whole bangalore. i.e. Pig Alarm Clock. You read it right. There are couple of small pig slaughter houses just adjacent to the building, which really help you in getting up sharp at 5. You will start regretting your decision everyday for rest of your life.This can be seriously harmful for health reasons as well and can cause swine flu.

Very poor construction quality. Very narrow and poorly lit corridors. Painting is not done properly and whole building has a very dull feeling. Club house is ok, but to access it youll need to come out of the building and walk 200 meters, which may change in a couple of years. Better to get one from C grade builder.

The apartment has local markets(firm fresh vegetables and non veg items are very easily available), multiplexes And malls(Rolla and Casio hyper market, Prestige Shantiniketan mall, Forum Neighbourhood Mall, Virginia mall, Ascents Park Square mall, Kino Cinemas and many upcoming malls and movie halls), beauty parlours, schools and colleges (MVJ college, VIBGIOR, Whitefield Global, Deans Academy and many more), and many other necessary items in near proximity. Very friendly and helpful neighbours. Beautiful and well maintained club house. Overall a great experience!!!

Very spacious layout. Even the staircases are pretty wide. Location is a big plus :Old Madras Road just 4 kms, ITPL 6 kms and situated right next to Seegehalli bus stop on State Highway 35. Despite being close to a State Highway, cant complaint about traffic noise. The flats are very well ventilated. The clubhouse is one of the best in entire Whitefield - with one indoor and one outdoor pool, fully functional gym, squash court, pool table, yoga room and lots of other indoor games.
