I visited this store to get a prepaid sim wih a number of my choice. The executives tried their best and gave me a good solution at the end. Staff members are very courteous, helpful and cautious too. The process was quick and easy

Unless you come out with the exact concer there is no response from the staff.

Everything is good and staff also explained well , just one issue that when i visited them they dont had the power at their support , so thats why reducing one star

Very quick service.I had to visit this store for an address change on my phone account that was completed to within 5 mins.The guard at the entrance does a temp check and social distancing norms are followed.Parking cars could be difficult as this is in the main road.

Would have given -10. Worst customer care centre!! I went to get my plan changed, thay said its done and then I got same old bill of 400/-

Worst Service not sure whats wrong with these people, i have opted porting from JIO to VI two times from this store first time it was utter useless. on feb 9th again i have raised a request for porting, this time its blunder. My jon sim card stopped working and this VI sim card showing network but its of no use if i call 59059 for tele verification it gets disconnected. I am stuck now i cant use both the sim cards, not sure what to do now

Company entertains corrupt managers

The store staff is polite and attentive, but the follow up for a task was quite terrible until I spoke with a lady called Divya, who was understanding of the my repeated visits for the same job, and said she would call me when I could come and pick up the cheque, and she did. So 5 stars for her, but 2 stars for the store.

Parking is a bit difficult here

Only One Liner..Vodafone is Far Far Better than Airtel. They lost me as a customer because they charged me a Bomb for using 250 MB of extra data. Else I was with Vodafone since 2005.Anyway as far as service is concerned.. Vodafone is much better and faster than Airtel. Anytime go for it. This store is Nice

Is there an option to give lower rating than this????This is a place where sales matters more than the service. Forced me to change my prepaid number to postpaid and made promises that everything will be done within two days and after 4 days it was disconnected for a month. The reason was address is not verified, but no one visited or got any call for the verification. After one month you are eligible for the bill, which will be sent to your mail id. That is all they can do for you. The best excuse was the employee you had the conversation, has left and we can not help you at all.Thank you for visiting Vodafone center. Have a great day(after ruining a month).

The staff surprisingly are friendly unlike reliance stores 😀Got the issue resolved within 10 min with regards to bill amount.The store manager actually listened to what I told, another surprise .Overall good.

Worst Network WORST SERVICE

Their customer services are pointless , failing to cancel contracts or provide the most basic information, even when this breaks the telecommunications code of conduct. Also complaining to the CEO who has minions answering complaints from his office that actually do nothing but affirm their stance on the matter. Learn the word deadlock this is the name of the letter Vodaphone will have to send you when all your endeavours fail.Poor service when phoning customer services. You are basically put on hold for too long and end up abortig the call. you will have an idea of how you will feel being a Vodaphone customer.

Very badly managed. None of my questions could be answered. The communication with clients is not good. Keep getting calls for ring tones. At least 3 times a day. Its painful.

Executives here are helpful only when you have standard queries. If you inquire about something that has been publicly announced in newspapers (such as sending an SMS to link mobile number to Aadhaar), they have no clue on how to do that. Secondly, they focus on selling mobile SIM cards & have practically no idea on the hotspot that Vodafone sells, which is quite sad because Vodafone’s hotspot is better than Airtel’s hotspot in terms of connectivity.

Opens very late after 11 a.m .. for everything they will ask for a passport size photograph and id address proof copy .. Whereas, as per rule we need to only show original id proof for receiving duplicate sim or unblocking sim etc. Overall branch is ok.

Very sorry to say, service is worst we dont get proper guidance from the customer service and they black mail us when post paid bill is not paid with fake legal notice mails, which makes customers panic and disturb mentally.
