Visited this branch and was extremely pleased with the sevice. The stylist knew what style would suit my hair texture and kept telling me what products he was using on my hair. The professionals are Excellent at their job and they are very approachable, my only concern is the long waiting hours, I dont know if everyone experienced it or not..but i sure did. Wud have given 5 stars if only the waiting time for a person taking up multiple services was managed well enough!

What I especially love is the fact that I can WhatsApp the salon directly to book appointments, ask questions, and receive special offers, making it very convenient to interact with them. Ive come here twice so far, and had a great first experience with really amazing and kind, helpful staff who went to great lengths to find out exactly what kind of hair coloring I wanted and brought in a senior stylist from another branch just to execute the balayage perfectly. While the stylist was late to the appointment, the Bodycraft team kindly gave me a complimentary foot massage while waiting to compensate. The most recent time I went, I got a lovely massage. However, after the massage, the steam took forever to heat up + the shower water was lukewarm just for a couple minutes before turning completely cold. This ruined the entire massage experience, else Id have given a full 5 stars.

Visited the salon today thinking would be getting the same level of service as the Indiranagar branch but I was way off in thinking that. Went to get a Spa Pedicure with Mango & Avocado done which is suppose to be for 70 Mins but in total the service given was for 15 mins. Had the worst experience in terms of the service provided. If I had to soak & wash my feet I would have done it myself and not visited a salon. if the description on the website of what a pedicure service is suppose to contain is taken into consideration then DISSAPOINTMENT IS A SMALL WORD.A disgrace to the Bodycraft brand. Went with a expectation of feeling relaxed but came out with a feeling of what just happened.Overpriced for the service given.Fleecing customers to the extent of them not returning ever.Disappointing experience. Would NOT recommend Bodycraft New BEL Road for Pedicures to anyone.

Hair stylist was good but gel paint service was horrible... Its just gel and no care and they charge a bomb ..For gel visit nail box which gives much better service for a better price

Did global hair colouring and pedicure not satisfied with both found overpriced no doubt the salon is very spik and span but service wise the way they are charging things should be to that mark specially the results.

My appointment was taken by a receptionist who told me that my haircut will be done by a senior expert called PRASHANT, as it was my first experience At bodycraft I didn’t have any options to choose which turned out to be a disastrous haircut by him, he didn’t have any knowledge of the haircut at all, to be honest the local haircut shops do way better than what Prashant did... then the other guy from northeast of India was also present at the salon who had to come and correct my hairstyle but all in all it was not up to the basic expectations....my opinion is to avoid this guy Prashant

I dont have an issue with their service but these people are unprofessional to their own staff members. One of my friend was working in the salon as something like service line manager,She was working really hard even when she was going through bad phases in her life, these people the so called higher managers always scold her and they have targets.... Even when she achieves it they are not satisfied... They call and they scold only her and no one else.... There are few more service line managers and they are always pampered.. My friend she was thrown out from the job one day before lockdown and they told her its pandemic.... She felt bad but she left as she had no option.... She went through mental torcher as she had to take care of her parents... However once the second lockdown ended they called her back and paid less.... Again they started scolding her and few days she would be crying the whole day.... She used to work 12 hours on few days.... But still the management expect these people to work like donkeys... They dont pay good at all...there is no job security..... If u dont become their slaves then they throw people out.... Never expected this from BODY CRAFT. A lot of celebrities visit these places but look at the professionalism they have... If someone raises the voice they will be thrown out of the job.... Really ridiculous.... I dont understand if they have the freedom of speech or they are still in the British era....They take so much money from people and they dont know to respect their own employees....
