Extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication and management skills by the Basaveshwaranagar center. I have taken a package few months ago, and every time they succeed to disappoint me.Now again, 2 days back I took an appointment for Sunday 3pm for facial service for my wife and me, and rcvd an sms confirming it. At 2:30pm I called them to reconfirm my appointment. At that time, the lady at the reception says there is renovation going on since couple of days and the appointment is cancelled. I spoke to the Center Manager and she casually said that she had informed her staff to call and cancel all appointments, which the team failed to do. As soon as I started arguing about it, she said I can avail the service but since renovation is going in, it could get dusty.I did not pay a lot of money to get services done with dust flying on my face.Im very unhappy with the management, their lack of communication and casual approach towards customer. What if I had not called them and walked in to the store at my appointment time, that would have been even more disappointing for me and my wife.WeMorph team, you need to pull up your socks. The promises you make when you sell your packages, you need to try harder to keep them as well. Pls take my feedback positively and work on it.

Very bad service.. earlier I had taken 10k package and had some issues in the end... And now before lockdown I had taken 1180 package and I still hav pending packages and they say validity is over, which they never informed and they say management changed and to take one more package and then they will give me extra 2 services in that... Money minded people .. and they dnt give appointments at all. They say festival or busy day etc... Only when we are taking package they are very convincing and brain washing but once the package has been taken they consider us as fools... And during service they delay a lot... Please dont get fooled by this saloon... they are pathetic and make you fool by suggesting packages n all.They are very rude and arrogant.They give services from untrained people.And it seems like staffs are unhappy working there.I am very disappointed. And this is so irritating to consider.I had referred many of my family, friends and colleagues.You have been making them fools as well.This is too much and not acceptable.Thank you for your late and bad services till now.

Morphwell is not gud saloon. They will use old products. They take more money with peoples. They will not give service correctly. If we ask means they will scold staff front of as. After that they will tell to staff dont show products with clients. Meso they will use water. I listen when manger was speaking with some staff in room. They will not give the salary to staff correctly. If staff ask salary means they will tell do sale and take salary from that. Plz dont go to this they of saloon.

Pros:You get affordable packages for different services. They do give good service.Cons:Even though the service is good, they do not have staff to accommodate the services you ask for. Their staff also keeps changing now and then.Atmosphere:They have a good ambience. Its on the second floor. There is no lift in that building, so if somebody who has issues with climbing, might have some difficulty.Products used:They use brands like LOreal for hair, but not sure about the brands of other products used for facial, pedicure, etc.Suggestion:Try taking a service or two before going for the packages.

They are rude and arrogant. I had taken the package before lockdown. And due to LOCKDOWN, I wanted my plan extended further and spoken about it to one of the staff member and they gave a word and agreed for extention and later the owner refused to accept it and even said I am the owner, not that person...and my words are last....so from now on who ever has a plan, dont clarify anything to staff just directly go and speak to the head of the place and make sure u have a proof... they lack in communication within themselves.Why do they let their staff members to speak if their words are not valued? Isnt it an insult to the staff ?Google should provide no star review.Truly disappointed.

They are like corporate cheaters, they have listing for hair cut in nearbuy app which I purchased, got appointment, after reaching there they took me to consultant who is trying to sell a costly package, they first told on top of nearbuy voucher I have to pay additional 18 Percentage gst and finally told they wont accept nearbuy voucher at all

Worst treatment from morph.. some manager they dont know how to treat a customer or client . they forcing to younger every day changing rate how can it possible. some days back they told its offer now at a time face wash 600 and they dont know how to add GST 18% . 600 face wash + GST 18% its Coming 750/- how ? ... dont force for treatment ... That day i scold to kanai and bad treatment they given ....! now in my face pimple coming on face 1st time ... i hate this type treatment ..that day only scrubbing dont with 3 cream its done .. one cream applied its taken 40min for dry after soundary applied 2 cream its done in 1hr waste of time ... sleepy day that day i told kanai im given bad review ...!!!!!!!THANK YOU !! FOR THE TREATMENT ....!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WORST YAAR FIXE THE RATE DONT CHANGE DAY BY DAY... IF MENU BOOK COME FRONT NA EVERYONE THOUGHTS CHANGE....its happened with me !
