Charged for Fedex courier service but they sent via DHL which is relatively of lower price. Cooked up stories and not responding when asked to pay me back the difference amount.

These guys have no clue what they are really doing. I asked for the proof of delivery and they are not able to share the account number and not taking any calls after that!! Dont use.. not dependable.
