Horrible service, worst attitude, there is one old man who wears spectacles, he doesnt know how to behave with customers, especially with ladies, I could have taken him to task for his rude behavior, but decided never to go to him come what may. I went to him to exchange some medicines which I had brought two days back as the doctor didnt want me to start on these medicines, I went today as I couldnt go for 2 days due to rain. The old man deducted Rs. 46 from the previous bill stating that he has to pay GST and then charged me extra for the medicine that I purchased in exchange. When demanded an explanation, he and his assistant started giving irrelevant reasons for the dedictuon and in the end this rude old man threw the bill on my face when I demanded a bill for the medicines that I purchased. I told him to learn to behave with customers first. I know most of the review that is rating him 4 is from his family and friends and not genuine customers as I am very sure for his attitude he would not get even 1. Since there is no negative marking I am forced to give 1. The same fellow a few months back had given me expired medicines and that time too I had pointed out the issue. I also purchase medicines from other pharmacies in Bangalore and nowhere have I experienced such a horrible behavior from the staff of the shop and let me tell one more thing here, other staff will be pretending to have not seen such incidents at all in this shop. So, readers BEWARE OF THIS BALAJI MEDICALS AT NAGASANDRA.

Purchased a mask for Rs 275 and after opening the packing it was just a piece of foam they sold me for 275 and when I insisted for returning the product owner started using his marketing techniques very light weight, washable and people come from far away places to purchase this mask but never tried to resolve my complaintNot a worthy purchase at all
