Extremely disorganizedNo systemLong waitingWorst of all ...No covid protocol maintained despite being a hospital.The TV screens keeps beaming horrible cancer pictures which just does not have any sense other than making the gen viewing public nauseated. Request management to make the visiting experience a pleasure rather than a pain.Some token system being called out now n then. A new visitor will have no clue what its about.

Booked a Master Heath checkup for both my parents. The Doctors did a fabulous job, especially the consultation by Dr. Kashif. Also, the guidance by the receptionist was great!

Dr. Pramod V . Satya is the best doctor I’ve ever met. Especially during these COVID times you need a doctor who you can trust and rely on and will give you the correct medication. Many of my family members who have had COVID consulted only with Dr Pramod and within a week they are back to normal and feeling much better. He also ensures to advice you on after care with Covid. I’ve been coming to Vikram hospital since 2014 and trust dr. Pramod B Satya whole heartedly. He helped treat my whole family who had covid. Cause of him everyone recovered within a week. he is the only doctor we can call at any given time even no matter where you are. he is one doctor who gives the correct recommendations. And his team is the best. Jyothi who is the sister there and she is so kind and knows all issues. I can call her and she will be able to guide me. And i trust her only if i need vaccines administered too. She is gentle and a wonderful person. Whenever i call I speak to Vijayalakshmi and she is so kind and will always try to accommodate you especially in an emergency when you need guidance. Dr Pramod, Jyothi sister and Vijayalakshmi are the whole reason we have total faith in vikram and. We keep telling every one we know in India and abroad to only come here. Dr pramod once he recommends a doctor we know we are in good hands. The best doctor and team.any issue then dr pramod is the best to consult with

We had visited the hospital for a routine health check-up, as far as the health check-up is concerned, I would rate them as 3 star for the tests, the reason being that there was no proper instructions nor any dedicated staff to guide the patients.But the most shocking part was their policy of levying an hefty fees for their car parking service. Our total duration in the hospital was 3 hours and 2 minutes, we were charged for a total of 4 hours at Rs.80/- for the first hour and Rs.30/- thereafter for every additional hour. Our total payment was Rs.170/- for 3 hours and 2 minutes.This is day light fleecing of innocent, sick patients who have no idea about this sinister way of fleecing with no prior information provided to their patients.Sickening, nauseating and deplorable policy of the hospital.

Day staff and doctors are good.Night staff for general ward is worst.By asking 2-3 timesin case of pain , she git iritated.Parking charges are also high.Ideally parking should be free. They are taking first hour 30 then 20 for each hour.Pass system also costly...per day 150 INR.

One of the cleaner and really efficient hospitals in Bangalore.My family regularly does the master/comprehensive health check at Vikram Hospital annually and we’ve found them to be great value for money (since you get so many regular tests done for a good price) and as a hospital they’re really efficient and helpful.The Master Health check receptionist Hema is really helpful and also managed to help me get all my tests done despite a really busy schedule.

I visited the hospital for treatment of my father’s swollen leg with pus & watery substance coming out of it which was because of over dosage of a injection for fever prescribed by a doctor of other hospital.Here @ Vikram my father was treated by Dr Ravi plastic surgeon who was very good with my father to know about his problems and prescribed some medication for two weeks and my father came back to normalcy very quickly.The hospital is clean, good ,well equipped & staff co-operative…I & my family thankful to Vikram hospital & its team

My father was diagnosed with lungs cancer, we are from kolkata, thanks to one of our relative who recommended us here in vikram hospital, here we were under Dr neelesh reddy, Dr Suraj manjunath & team, thanks to the doctor, they are so down to earth people well versed with their job, also I would like to highlight some of the staff whose services are worth recoknizing, thanks to Simran & nalini who assisted us so well with all the management part Also I would like to give a shout-out to rizwan the canteen boy who is a young gem to the hospital in his field. The hospital is neat and has professional treatment. I have gone through a major surgery the nephrology department and dialysis department are very good. When admitted had good service from Rizwan from the cafeteria. Would recommend the hospital to others who are looking for a professional run , experienced doctors and a short run process to get their problem solved. Area of improvement are Toilets to be renovated and main pharmacy counters . A bigger selection of food offered.

Good customer service. Hospital is clean and neat but have to wait for a long time to complete the tests. Some of the tests cannot be completed on the same day due to absence of physicians. Happy cheerful experienced team overall.

We admitted my husband in an emergency care.. All the doctors and nurse took care of us with utmost care and they informed complete scenario in no time. Thoroughly satisfied with the emergency care.. The hospitals infrastructure seems to be descent. The doctor we consulted Mr Rajesh B Iyer from the Neurology department was wise and experienced. He had good empathy and treated us with very good care. He was kind, polite enough to us. He also took enough time to analyse the patient and was a very good listener. It was very comfortable for us to discuss our issues with him as it was our very first visit to Vikram hospital.However, the employees at the reception desk needs to be more polite to all the people. It is understood that the people at the reception desk are always busy and tied up with multitasking, however it is important for them to be polite and kind to the attendees of the patient. I observed the secretary and the reception staff were very rude to a senior citizen and they carried no empathy towards almost anyone. Their responses were all straight on the face and very very rude for a hospital sector. This was a very different experience I have got and I did not expect it. Even post consultation when I had called the reception desk to take our follow up appointment, the person sounded very rude and was not ready at all to listen what I intended to say. These kind of behaviours will make the patient and their family to loose trust in the hospital on a longer run.

Dr. Manjunath’s way of handling patients was very good and he came across like a member of the family. My Mother Mrs. Jayalakshmi Narayanan was anxious while meeting the doctor but the doctor reassured and calmed her. The reception and support support were also very endearing. On the whole, a pleasant experience.

Mismanaged Covid vaccination center. Even after Cowin appointment, wasted 2 hours in queue, only to be told that vaccine is over and new tokens will not be issued. No proper crowd management. Such centers should be renamed as Covid Hotspots in Cowin app.

I come from Sarjapur to Vikram hospital just for staff (jyoti ,simran ,vijayalaxmi .etc - internal medicine )and doctors(Dr pramod- internal medicine , Dr Dheeraj - Gaestro-Entrologist , Dr Mohan - urology, Dr Imran- Ortho ,Dr Suraj - oncology , dr Sashikala - Gynocology )are present in the hospital to take ours care. Their knowledge and service are god level..I would urge even after the manipal hospital take over ..The same service ,staff ,doctor and commitment should continue ..This is the only reason we are coming here.

Visited for: Abnormal uterine bleeding for HysterectomyI visited Vikram hospital for my moms hysterectomy, we were consulting a different doctor at the beginning in our home place (kolar). We did not get a proper response from them. We were tensed that to whom should we consult next. As I was discussing this with my family friend by name Ambika sonthosh ( who got her two delivery from sir ). She suggested me to meet Dr.N.Venkatesh and tell about the problem.As sir is available 24/7 on call I called sir immediately and told the problem, sir told to come to Vikram hospital and meet him.The very next day I took appointment and met sir and told the problem wat my mom is facing and sir examined my mom and told she have to undergo surgery. We were tensed, sir told us a better method were my mom do not face much pain. And we got our pre tests done and sir fixed a date for the surgery. The fine date has come and by the god grace the surgery went on successfully and my mom came out happily. Our family were thankful to sir to bring out the smile on face and giving a better choice of treatment where my mom do not suffer anymore.To mention that doctor has a very good team members ( gynecologists, nursey, care takers etc) who always take care of us round the clock. From the day we consulted the doctor to the day we got discharged sir has suggested everything and took lot of responsibilities to send us safe home. Covid walkin tests are available. Also walkin doctor consultation is available.CT scan facility is there. Mostly ICU beds too are available for Covid patients.Staff is helpful and premises is clean. Parking is a problem but valet service is there with additional cost.All hospital resources are expensive.

I am very happy that I went under MGB surgery operated by Dr. Moinuddin, he is very approachable and polite , all my doubts were clarified before procedure, nursing staffs are excellent, they took care of me very nicely, I felt like my family during my stay in hospital.

No assurance of car safety. Owner has to park cars at own risk so if the valet harm the vehicle to park anywhere they want (which can be 2 km away also) but not in the hospital, it’s your loss. Ortho Doctors are most of the time busy doing surgery and people have to wait hours for consultation.
