I had come here for my visa check-up and the staff was very helpful and organized. I was told that the procedure would take 3-4 hours but it took around 2 hours for me.As soon as we enter, they ask us to fill a form for the Covid Rapid test, we get the result within 10-15 mins. Next, we are asked to pay for the medicals. After that, from the start till the end the staff guided me in every step. Also, you dont have to go fasting for the check up.

Nit much COVID hygiene followed, be ensured before going there and also if anyone going for TB test better to go after 9:30 am in Saturdays .. even if you go before NO use.

Was here for Medical Checkup for Canadian Immigration. Professional, and hygienic. Too slow to the point you are bored to death just sitting around. Great prices for the services they offer. Would definitely visit again in the future.

Great experience . For me it was good no hustle. According to the entry in that diagnostic ,they call the person and gave the forms to fill the details and payment and by evening we got the report( as we traveling from the other state)Sepical thanks to the security guard .Staff was polite and great service.Only I felt problem is that even people got the number they tried to cross over really bad habit.

Came here for TB test for visa. Not based on token system. Even though you come early someone else will be attended to. Only x-ray is taken and later doc asks few questions and thats all. Report will be sent next day itself. Costs 350 for x-ray and 1950 for doctor (just sees passport and asks quickly if you have TB).Most of the staff are seen without mask.

Came here for a visa check up and the team was excellent. Mostly women, they are all extremely organised, competent, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They told me to prepare for a 4 hour process but it took me 2 hours from entry to exit, from around 9:30 am. A little expensive but worth it for the hassle free experience. Facilities are extremely poor, however. Management should invest in renovating it a bit, especially the bathrooms.

Hello, I was here to get my medical test done for Canada visa.I was afraid like most people who are here reading reviews, I would say almost all of them are misleading.The staff here were very informative and helpful. All the tests were done in a smooth manner without any hassle. Only thing u need to worry about is the waiting time as they told us initially that the whole process would take 3hrs, when talking about just the tests would take barely an hour and the rest counts up to the waiting time. Overall, I personally spent 4.5hrs here.

Worst place to get medicals here for visa purposes. Even though you have appointment for 12.30 they do it by 4.30 and say procedure takes 4hrs and cant help.People here are with worst attitude and dont respond properly to our questions. Its like they debit out card first and make us wait. They arent professional.Appolo hospital banarghatta does the same procedure within an hour and very professional.

This was the most unprofessional place Ive been at. How countries like Australia designated such a mess of a center as their approved check up place, I dont know. The staff are clueless and quite mean. They asked me to wait outside and someone would get to me in a while. Half an hour later when i told them no one had come to me they said who asked you to wait outside? .The doctor was clearly frustrated at her career choice as she was incompetent and was annoyed when i asked her how long the results take to come. I was so relieved when the whole ordeal was over. Go to fortis i suggest. It may be difficult to get a booking but atleast theyre professional

Went for Medical Renewal to submit to the IRCC.Pre-Covid Test outside the entrance was crowded - Did not like that.Payments were made smoothly.No clear guidance - Many people there were confused on what to do next.Extremely long waiting time between every stage of the tests ESPECIALLY Height & Weight Check - which was ridiculous.Both approved doctors (Ms. Santosh Chandy & Susam Abraham) came in late.Dr. Prathima was soft spoken.The online tracking feature for reports was a pleasant surprise. Didnt expect that.Reports were all processed within a day but X-Ray report still shows processing as of date (6 days later)

I was hesitant to visit the center for my visa medical checkup after reading the reviews. The reviews were misleading, it was actually the other way round. The staff were polite, friendly and cooperative. Overall it was a good experience.

Was here for medical checkup for Canada Immigration.while doing the payment using gpay ,transaction was on hold for the first time and I was asked to initiate the second transaction.after some time even first transaction was successful.at the end I was charged twice. I have been constantly following up with them for refund from past 2 months. No action is taken yet. This kind of irresponsible behaviour is not expected from such a reputed diagnostic center.

Please hire more people to handle things in diagnostic center. Its worse that no one is picking the call from past 48 hrs.. I wanted report to be sent in mail but no one is responding to call. I live far from diagnostic center which is around 20 to 25kms. Sending report in mail is option or else have to travel. Consultation with doctor, Rs200/- charged here + 2250/- is charged here. Doctor asks for any medical history, please carry your tabs and report accurately. One is asked to strip to innerwear and wear the gown provided by them. Nurse attaches Sphygmomanometer and doctor checks BP, stethoscope on chest and back.5. X-Ray procedure: Strip to vest, wear protective shield stomach and below and X-ray is taken as you breathe in deeply. For ladies, they provide a gown with removal of innerwear aswell as they contain metal hooks. Need to remove any metal items such as jewellery etc.Caution: If it is possible that a lady is pregnant, inform the operator or the doctor. One may be made to sign an undertaking and the procedure may continue. However they make you wear a protective shield stomach below which shield the rays from entering area other than chest.6. Carry out: Information sheet + Client declaration and notice (emedical) 2 page each document. Needed for upload on CIC portal.Note: Ensure you book appointment for busy days such as Saturday atleast 7 days in advance. Follow-up with them a day before appointment if you dont hear from them. Usually they confirm your appointment a day before.

Very unprofessional - They cheat you by giving you a Covid positive report and then convince you to get a re test after which you get a negative report. Meanwhile nobody receives the calls at the lab and the agent only accepts which is suspicious.

I came here for TB test for my UK migration. An X-ray is required for finding out wether I have TB. Any diagnostic center can doing in less than 1 hour where as they asked me to come on next day. So you have to spent 2 days to get the testing for day 1 and getting report on other day. Any they charge 2300 on 3 separate bills, 350ra for X-ray. 200 for radiologist, 1750 for physician.

Too much of a delay when delivery RT PCR report. Took 2+ days. Worst part is no one answers the phone. Granted, theres an increased case load these days, but its not good to keep the custom in the dark for this long. Use the services of other professional labs in the city, for example Anand labs or labs attached to one of the reputed Hospitals.

Had worst experience with them providing covid sample. They provide you with false promises. Make you wait for hours even though they say itll take maximum of 15 mins. Never follow their promises. Act completely weird after you get done with payment. I would never recommend it to anyone.

My experience was really bad here.. For UK visa immigration test I wanted to avoid going to hospital in corona time hence I chose elbit instead of fortis. There x ray macine was broken and they took us to sparsh hospital for x ray without prior information. Please go for fortis they are way better. Staff is rude as well.

Pathetic service and coordination. I had been confirmed for a health checkup on 10th Feb and was asked to visit the center on 13th Feb. I have reached the center and submitted the confirmation letter . The receptionist asked to wait for my turn . After 45 minutes I was called and informed that today, the checkup is not possible as scanning can not be done. Then I requested to connect me with SPOC and to my surprise , the coordinator was asking to come twice for the tests/consultations to be completed . It was mentioned earlier as per health check up that it will be done in same day. The center is not customer centric and arrogance has percolated in the system. Avoid the center.

I read a lot bad reviews about Elbit and to be honest, I was scared to go here. I even checked with my Visa agent about changing Elbit to Fortis for my medical exam but they had some bad experience with Fortis earlier. Finally, I decided to take a chance and went to Elbit 3 days back. Guys, believe me, staffs were so friendly and supportive. Even though, they had 30 immigration appointments for that day, they managed very well. They paid attention to everyone over there and they tried their level best to avoid crowd.Still, there were some patience less people who was always asking for their turns and which no one can help. Entire process took close to 2 hrs for me and its all because of more appointments.Overall I am satisfied with their services.

People are too money 💰 minded there. All the staffs and the doctors too were not at all good to the patients. Being a medical facility/center they dont have any ethics to the patients and their relatives. Last year I went to the facility for my tb test, I paid the fees upfront, they gave me a slot after 2 weeks. Only after I went there on my appointment, they told me my appointment has been rescheduled again after 2 weeks. Very bad experience and they dont treat outsiders (outside Bangalore) well.

After reading bad reviews i still went for my UK TB test i had prepared for worst condition, but i did not find anything like that it was super fast and got my report next day as they promised. Compare to other medical Elbit is cheap and they process is very quick.

Sub-standard facility. Irresponsible staff. Docs here show no care or concern. We had called and conveyed multiple times about our limitations, and informed them in person as well, and yet, they forgot to call and update us on the status. For a facility that accommodates a test that supports a visa processing, I think they have to bring up their standards. It is not a free service they are doing. Even free services these days have empathy and passion in their core principles. Disappointed.

Despite Negative reviews on google, I had positive experience when I visited this centre for VISA medical check up. Though I visited on Weekday it was not too crowded and technicians gave ample attention to have a proper checkup. Strongly recommend it than other VISA medical checkup centres which are way too crowded.

I visited this place for my wifes visa medicals and found the place to be very efficient.The reception is informative and support staff are helpful within their busy schedule. When I called for appointment they said they only accept cash, however when I when there, I found they accept cards for all transactions including consultation.The doctor was a bit cheeky and can be misinterpreted as rude. She was very efficient I must say and that is what matters end of the day. Some medical centres follow rule book without considering the entirety of the situation and are sceptical of using their discretion as a doctor. This is not that kind of place. They understand what they do and are confident about it. The doctors behaviour, you have to understand in relation to Indian societal expectations where doctors, teachers are always held in high regard. Since most of the visa medical visitors are from corporate world, they tend to look for similar atmosphere according to their work culture.I would recommend this place for all visa medicals not only from cost but also effectiveness perspective.

Staffs are quite friendly. The doctor is professional and objective, as well as avoids small talks because of the rush, which may portray her as a non-friendly/rude person. I had an amazing experience when I went for the health check-up required by the medical insurance company. From receptionists to medical technicians and the doctor who signed my form, every single person was very courteous, helpful and friendly. The professionalism is outstanding and the cleanliness and hygiene maintained of the highest quality. I would never think of going anywhere else for a medical test in the future.

I had a wonderfully coordinated and fluid experience at the elbit diagnostics center. I went there early at approx 10 am .. I had called prior and asked about the particulars for the procedure. They were courteous and kind, helped me with filling out the form and x-ray. I had read a previous review stating to avoid Mondays and went on a Friday. I finished my whole procedure in an hours time and went about my way.

Horrible. No proper response

Was quick and efficient. I was a little skeptical going here after reading the other reviews given here. But since Fortis was the other place to get the test done which was farther away decided to go ahead with this place. They were very efficient, two people are the desk to help out and give directions. Altogether completed the test and all within 30-40 mins, was a lucky day within less crowd. I was informed to collect the test result the next day which I went and collected within a couple mins and was out!

Worst service. I went for my parents medicals for a visa. They took 15 days to tell that there is an issue with an x-ray and they need to redo that. When questioned, they told there was a scar in the earlier x-ray and wanted to double check. They took 3 more x-rays after 15 days and told its all clear. I dont understand why in hell they took so much time to tell this after pinching 4100 bucks. They are very careless, irresponsible, wont respond to queries. Just because they have some tie ups with other countries embassies, they think they are God. Worst experience.

Theyre the cheaters ever i have seen in medical profession. Money minded people. Their diagnostic center is not listed in the Taiwan visa Medical examination but still theyre cheating people and earning money from the peoples. Theyre money eaters not a service providers.

Minus 5 stars rating. I wish I had the reviews before sending my parents here for immigration health check. Australian High Commission has recommended this clinic for visa health checks but they are miserably over rated.The reception staff was not very helpful as they made them wait. Moving on to the doctors, I have my concerns regarding their qualifications as to how they possibly have a license. One doctor or nurse (not sure) apparently has x-ray hands cuz she felt my mom’s abdomen and stated she has kidney stones. Patient care is non-existent. My parents were petrified after the doctor raised false alarms stating that they have abnormally high blood pressure and recommended unnecessary additional tests and scans.After reading the reviews below, it made me realise that they have made a continual habit of scamming people by making them undergo unnecessary tests. Do not visit this place as it is a mere sham.

Please dont prefer this scanning center .Very bad experience we had .The scanning doctor feels likes launching a rocket as if .Every 5mins he comes out completing 1 scan and takes 30mins break. My advice for the management is please dont take this type of doctors for services.

Extremely slow service. Keep you waiting for hours just for simple height and weight vitals too. Spent half a day for tests that should not have taken more than an hour. Not sure how this has been approved as the medical center for health check for major countries.

If there was the option of 0 star I would be the one rating that too I came here for a collegaue of mine for ultrasound on emergency scan and they made us wait for 2 hours .. If this is the condition for emergency scan i dont know what is for the normal.. people may die here of waiting but nurses and doctors will mot be bothered to treat them. They are just wasting time and doinh nothing And even the staffs are very rude. I asked one lady that I came for emergency scan and she was like its not wrrited in the paper I cant do anything. Dude !! Close the hospital soon cause this hospital can kill the patient not treat them.

Initially we called and asked about the documents required..they said Hap ID is enough no need of any letter..later when we visited..the pathetic staff over there with out any regrets on face...told us to get a printout of medical letter..which is like 1km away from this place...I would advise to have lunch and go if your appointment is for afternoon...as it takes more than 4hrs for overall procedure to complete

We visited their Vasanth Nagar Branch on the 25th of March to get the diagnostics report of an x-ray that was taken the day before. My mother was talking on the phone with my father about what was happening when, Dr.Susan, rudely and continually kept asking my mother to cut the call. She then proceeds to, in front of everyone in the seating area, blatantly tell us that there were some complications present in the scan and that they need to do it again. Then she falsely assumes that my brother(who got the x-ray done), refused to come and gave my mother one hour to decide what she was going to do. Terrible patient service, not a hint of mannerism and zero respect for confidentiality. Would not recommend or ever visit again.

Dr Vatsalya Devi (hope I got the name right) is the rudest doctor I have met in my adult life. She is not at all polite, sounds like an immigration officer. And ensures that patient and other staff is uncomfortable in her presence. She needs to be trained and disciplined, or shown the door. Rest of the staff and facility is okay.

Lousy medical establishment with semi literate uncouth n unprofessional people. panel doctors who are supposedly authorised for visa/immigration related certificates do not turn up till 1.30-2 pm while they make you wait from 11am. They dont give you appointments telephonically while the admin staff in the dept say you should have taken appointments to ensure no waiting. For children, they cant take x-rays, so they do fake diagnosis and do other type of tests like skin tests etc so that they can charge more. The panel doctor, Susan Abraham said my 9 yo daughter has lymph nodes in throat and insisted on a skin test to eliminate TB. Painful thing poking the kid on her forearms. Same time 4 other kids, who were theretfor visa tests were all made to undergo same test by the same doctor. All kids that day had lymph nodes?? This test they do to compensate the loss of xray revenue which they get from adults.Same day I went to my daughters regular paediatrician at a very famous paediatric clinic of Bangalore. The seniormost paediatrician even before examining my daughter says... Elbit?? Visa medical test?? Its a racket... He proceeded to examine as a professional and said no lymph node nothing.As one of the 2 designated labs to issue visa medical certificates, the place loots people. The place is dirty, unhygienic, with cardboard partitions between rooms and dirty plastic curtains for toilet doors. You will find rats scurrying on top of water cans kept on 4th floor in front of lift. As soon as you enter the reception on 3rd floor, the AC ducts were leaking and dripping water in front of reception desk from my first visit on Feb 12th morning 11am and same was continuing on Thursday evening Feb 14th at 5.30 pm. So much for hygiene at a medical establishment who cant repair a leaking ac duct right at the entrance, for 3 days. Then one can imagine the interiors and their services.When we went back after 2 days for the certificate, we were made to run from room to room, counter to counter, till I had to shout at them n wake the staff up.I hope somebody from health Dept of Karnataka govt or the embassies of foreign govts which has authorised them, read this and rethink on their authorisation status. There are many professional setups in the city.

Dr. has no sense of time, been waiting here for more than 1.5 hrs now and no one seems to bother. The appointment was for 11 AM and the doctor is not in even after 12.30 PM. How punctual of a Doctor to make a 6 month old baby wait for this long.
