I dunno why people has given negative reviews ,but with my experience (not once but twice ),I had a good experience. Both the time ,when I went ,the bank was bit crowded .But still I got my work done in 10-15 mins .The bank people working here are quick In work as well as in solving customer issues. These two times when I went my issue was simple & may be this is the reason I got a good experience. but over all I had a good experience.Keep.it up guys :)

I am an HDFC bank customer and have visited many times there; every time I see new staff and faces.It feels more like a sales and marketing office, where the first thing they ask you if you have mutual funds and investments, ask your relatives and friends to open account with us. Extremely annoying as they go very personal asking where your financial advisors work and ask them to open account. I had taken a break from office and visited to get some important work done and I requested them to focus on customer requirement first.Youll never receive any changes requested like 50 or 20 rs, even though holding a preferred account.No acknowledgement copy given for a account closure request, almost 10 days passed and still not done. No communication and calls regarding the same.Hopefully, their management will review the customer interactions to improve. I feel no wish to visit this branch, unless it was so close to my office as there is no nearby branch close to my home.
Pathetic service. Unprofessional service by there staff. They dont have the capability to change address. It takes them forever to update and due to that my account is blocked.

I am buddhadeb mondal. I have bank account in this brunch (address , no 120B,EPIP INDUSTRIAL AREA,OPP INORBIT MALL, WHITEFILED, BANGALORE 560066). I want to close the account because I dont want to use. I am went to bank when 8 month is going on my account. But lady set front of the gate she told me that you cant close the account because one year is not complete. And my closing from throw the dustbin. After one year again I went for close the account then she told me that your brunch has changed to kalkere, NRI LAYOUT. But right have - balance. NRI LAYOUT asking pay your balance then close the account. Very poor, very poor service, why she give me a wrong information. But other brunch bank person said that you can close any time.
I tried to park my bike while going into bank, and security guard below the bank entrance said the parking is not allowed and HDFC dont have the parking space.Do they expect account holders to carry vehicle to first floor?
I am not an account holder in this branch, went there to pay BBMP property tax, the staff was friendly and helpful, got the work done in 15 minutes. (but yes, they do have network issues or server issues, for 2 minutes work I was waiting for 15 minutes)
Would rate in - ( Minus ) but no option.Very poor customer care went three times to drop one DD coz of great people working in the bank who tells one document at one visit, didn’t tell what all documents required at one visit.

Very bad experience, not just once multiple times. In addition there is no parking provided for customers, once parked in front of the bank, vehicle has been towed.
