How is this even a thing? . Worst company to work. They don’t have a proper office. No designated work . No work culture. From day 1 company will ask you to get clients. They won’t give proper training. Basically you just need to get clients for trufedu and trufedu and tie ups with other companies to provide financial assistance. So in short you’re working as a AGENT FOR A AGENT. This trufedu is not even a legit firm. Also salary is not fixed, yes it’s variable. It will depend on how many products you sell. Also trufedu will not provide any leads nor any resources after joining. So you’re on your own.So pls don’t join this fraud company and save your time and resources.

Completely fake company. Trufedu promised me to avail service for education loan and in the end they say that they dont provide it. Then give me the refund of Rs. 5900. Customer care exec told me that they will include senior officials and try to solve the issue. I havent got any update since then. Trufedu employee told that Trufedu provides education loan and then signed up for their service. What is the explanation on this? Please provide the refund asap. I dont get any response to my mails or calls.

Totally fake and fraud. Pathetic service in fact no service at all. After taking Rs.5900 as annual subscription fee from me, I did not even get a follow -up call from them for a good 6 months. I dont even have a Relationship Manager assigned to me (if I need one I should be calling their helpline number, they wouldnt bother or care). Owners are only interested in collecting money , but not interested in providing any service whatsoever. No refunds available and founders are very arrogant if you pick up any refund conversation.

Financial Counsultant are quite thorough in their work and guide you properly. I got the right guidance for my property allocation and Legal of Property with their help without getting into too many legal offices. It was a great experience!

Worst service company. Its totally fraud. They have taken money from me saying that they will help me with the education loan. They have taken all my documents and till date they have done nothing. I am behind them to get the refund and they deny that too. I have talked to the customer service guys and they dont give the exact answer. Please dont fall into their trap. They will finally say that they dont give a particular service and put the blame on their employee itself.

I used to be so confused about my financial plans bt with them i gt to understand everything properly and plan then.

A completely unethical and fraudulent company. Please do not fall in their trap. My wife had taken their service for Education Loan based on recommendation from a consultant. Initially there was exorbitant delay in response from them. To avoid missing my admission date, we personally visited banks and obtained the details we wanted from TrueFedu and requested them for refund since they were not able to provide any support to me. Initially they kept saying the refund request is under process. All these while we were contacting the agent directly on the phone. Finally. we decided to write to customer care to document the conversation. To our surprise, the cust-care exec responded saying TrueFedu doesnt provide any service for Education Loan and that we were tricked by the agent, but they cant help anything with it nor can they refund the money since TrueFedu dont have such policy. Here is the timeline of events:17-Sept-20 - Payment done, ETA for education loan details given as 2 weeks.Past one month no response from the team. Gives excuses of covid related delay from banks when followed up with the agent.In the mean time I personally visited couple of banks and got the details which TrueFedu was unable to provide.03-Nov-20 - requested for refund since no action from TrueFedu after umpteen follow ups.1st week-Dec-20 - the agent says he cant help in refund since company is not responding to his request internally. The escalation manager I used to contact had quit the company and says he was getting too many such complaints and couldnt stand with such unethical act.20-Dec-20 - customer care exec calls and says they dont provide education loan service. Says they dont refund the money taken as per their policy.We intent to approach consumer court if we dont get a satisfactory response from TrueFedu at once.
