He went above and beyond during our last visit and when we mentioned something was not up to the mark he surprised us by sending us the exact same dishes to our house the next day! Highly recommend…

Buffet was great and reasonable rate as compare to other taj restaurants. I would suggest to guest in hotels to go for buffet.

We went for dinner on Friday night vivanta Latitude restaurant. I checked set menu online however that wasn’t available. In buffet they served only Tomato shorba and no non veg soup or shorba. Gulab jamun was too sweet and rasgulla was stale. I wouldn’t recommend.Staff behaviour was good.Palak paneer and grill fish was perfect.

We went for the sunday brunch here and the food options were very limited. Its a complete waste of money if you are going for buffet here. They didnt have any south Indian breakfast option also there was nothing of Chinese cuisine.

Though service is excellent it charges high price for limited variety buffet!Taste wise also it wasnt extraordinary.There are plenty options for buffet in Whitefield, considering that restaurant should either improve taste/variety or reduce price!

The food as usual is good ... Ive given them a 4 because they are set up in a temporary open area and the bad part is mosquitos ... I hoping they move back into a renovated enclosed area soon ...

Went there for sunday brunch . Food was excellent so was spread. Starters , main course and desert all were delicious .They had mexican themed live counters which were also pretty good. Starters and deserts need special mention for the taste . Only let down is the ambience .Resturant is located in a corridor with both sides open and we had a very small table given to us . It was very windy that day and light glasses kept tumbling down in floor due to the wind . But no complaints with food spread or quality , they were simply superb , the taj standard.

Went to this place for team lunch. We got in touch with Bipin Gupta who helped us through the reservation and the services at the restaurant, and he took care of few last moment requests. Service was great and food quality was very good and hygienic. Thanks for the amazing experience.

One of the best Place to eat Indian food. I cannot praise the main chief Hariendar enough for the grace hospitality and for the delicious food he served each day during our stay. Thanks to Neeraj, Karthik, Anshu for great service, they really made sure that our food experience was outstanding. They can serve food to those with food restrictions e.g. jain, Swaminarayan, etc

Been here for team lunch. Starting from water, the taste of every item is not upto mark. May be this is five standard taste! I have been to places where the ambience is not that good, but taste is so amazing that you dont care about ambience. Also, for the amount spent on each person, in a normal restaurant we would have got unlimited ice cream. But here, the ice cream we got is of size of a rasagulla.(Yes, I love ice cream and in every other place I had buffet, it was unlimited).The complimentary drink which was said to us as orange juice is in fact rasna. The only good things are momos and red velvet cake!!

Food options are good but Indian cuisine isnt as good as Terracotta the other restaurant within same property.

Latitude is a fine restaurant, as I attended it over a Sunday brunch a month ago. Quite a nice spread overall. Starters are delicious & numerous for a vegetarian, from a few types of parathas to paneer tikkas etc. Then you have a chat counter which is so north-indian. Main course is also full of choices, along with live counters for Pizza/Pasta. The think we liked was a bunch of authentic Kerala cuisine (red rice etc.) which was really enjoyable. Decent crowd and fine ambience. Just that the music was a bit loud for a normal pair of ears to tolerate, plus you would often infer that the count of restaurant employees is more than the guests themselves, thereby creating a space crunch while moving around for food. Thats what eats up my one star. Otherwise, overall good food-n-fun at Latitude Vivanta. Kudos team!

It was bad experience for us.We went for a birthday lunch but they ruined the day.Felt like just for name sake they gave us food.We took buffet for 2 ppl which costed us 2900/-We went during 4th unlockdown.Why they opened the restaurant if they wanted to just give some random food .Even after taking buffet bec of precaution of covid they said they will serve. But never gave an option to repeat. Only thing they asked to repeat was roti.Only thing which tasted good was chicken starter , which they gave us just 2 pieces😂So . you pay 3000/- just to eat 4 pieces of good chicken starter.

Worst experience..We went recently after 4 th unlockdown.Took buffet option.They only served and never gave any option to repeat. Only thing they asked for repeat was chapati..buffet for 2 ppl was 2900/- and we ate not even worth 500/-Taste was bad.Just for name sake they gave food.Better dont open if you want customers to throw money just like that.

Polite staff and decent service.Ambiance is average for a Taj group hotel.Overall food tastes below-average.I had buffet dinner. It has very less vegetarian items. I personally feel buffet overpriced at INR 1400+tax. I would prefer Marriott-Whitefield over this.

Went there for dinner BuffetService was good but the food was very pathetic, stale and bad taste, expected better standards from Taj. A roadside dabha would have been betterTheir starters for the day had a very rubber falafel, the fish fingers was dry as with the other remaining starters. Most of the starters were cold tooJust next to the salad counter they had left an open organic waste can, this was extremely unhygienic and after someone saw me watching this a person came and closed the lid, but it remained where it wasButter chicken in the main course was stale like the other food. Just sampled some of the dishes and left extremely disappointed with the food tasting overall like some leftover stuff from afternoon or the previous day

Quite a bad experience for buffet lunch today.

We had been there for business lunch. The ambience was good though old.Hospitality was very nice. Mr. Bipin and his team took care of everything right from fixation of menu, arranging the seats to seeing us off. Appreciate the efforts taken by Bipin and his team.One thing missing was interaction with chef which usually takes place in star hotels.

Very careless in their billing. If you contact them later to get it fixed, they will not respond. Gives a feeling that they mess up the bills intentionally. Food quality is not too bad, but nothing exceptional.

Only the ambience is good!!! Food not that delicious!!! Staff not upto thr mark!!! Service is very slow!!!! U can go to much better restaurants than this!!!!

More than the place itself, my family loved all the members of the staff and the excellence that the whole Latitude Team, from the restaurant waitresses (our favourite Afreen)/waiters, in room-dining waiters (Sourav and Sam), to the chefs (Rubina the lovely lady Chef, Chefs Harry (who, especially, catered to every one of our whims), Ashwani and Soan...just to name a few!), strive to reach for the sole benefit of their lucky customers.Their ingrained customer-oriented services made all our month-long stay meals from breakfast to dinner, a daily culinary pleasure.Thank you, team Latitude for your extreme patience with the 0-spice-tolerant Salvado Family 😊.

We had been here for a lunch buffet. The food was quite good, with a lot of choices. The ambiance is good. Decent service.

Went for family dinner. Choose ala carte. The service was painfully slow. The food was alright not worth the buck by any means.

Good ambience...nice spread of food...meat eaters would love the spread...not much of options for vegans...if you are spice lover it would be a bit disappointment as the cuisines are bit on blant side...desserts are amazing...service is great...

Great food, fabulous quantity and absolute value for money!

A complete disgrace for Taj. We were there for a corporate event and the service was real pathetic. For the lunch buffet the food was not refilled at all. Even after a lots of follow up from our facility team there was well gestured fake effort displayed by the staff. They definitely refilled the food but once everyone got frustrated and bored and was already time for us to leave the venue. I would not suggest anyone to visit the place.

Chef made my dinner special such a wonderful chicken biryani special ..i really like it hats off fr the chef jayant .he have such a wonderful art in his hand ..i will come back later when i was free fr having same biryani again ...thanks chef jayant really appreciate fr that ..

Nice place and ok food

The food is not nice for such a pricy place. Its not warm neither the buffet has nice nirthindian and veg variety...
