Definitely not my favorite Starbucks out there, ambience and service wise.So, the service, making of the drinks took a while, they werent set up with like any food even at around 9:30am, opening time is 8am, so not sure why. Anyway! We opted for the caramel Frappuccino, the server suggested we try their seasons special coconut barfi drink, was a huge miss, we honestly struggled to finish that drink, quite awful. So hm, not a good experience today, at all!

Nice place with a calming ambiance. Soft music, not too crowded. Social distancing maintained well. We love coming here to just hangout over some coffee. Tried the Java Chocochip Frappucino. Absolutely loved it. Staff is friendly and courteous . Parking space available

Visited Starbuck to pick my reward for Birthday, Due covid situation they do ptemperature check and sanitization which is good. I got a warm welcome, the staff was very helpful. The menu has reach variety to choose from, other than hot and cold beverages, you get desserts, snacks. They have chocolates, coffee packs, branded mugs. I felt they were costly. The ambience is good, good service.

The size of this outlet is bigger compared to the others. However, not many big tables for a group or to work with a laptop and a tray of drink and food.Service was good and a courteous staff.I enjoyed my beverage and cake.

Starbucks is 😍Best place for all the coffee lovers in the town.They brew fresh coffee with rich flavours.Also, when you will enter this cafe you will be mesmerized by the fragrance of coffee.Staff is super friendly, and they will even suggest you the right one.Place is very beautiful, interior is super impressive that compliments the tastes of coffee.You can visit here with you family, date, friends or even for any corporate meeting.

Great location, but over priced. The server sounded very keen on trying to sell you more food but I shouldnt hold that against her.Someone came over and sampled a wedge of chicken croissant. I quickly made a mental note never to order that.I went there because I had 30 minutes to wait for my ride.The place was quiet except for a lady who must have had a hearing problem. The whole restaurant could hear her bellow. Wish someone could have asked her to tone it down.When I was leaving a parking attendant shows up and sticks us with a parking bill for Rs 50. Since I had spent Rs 500 on two coffees, and was parked right in front of Starbucks,maybe they should offer to pick up the parking cost?

Had a little time to kill before a meeting and went in for a quick snack. The ambience is relatively plain for a Starbucks. The staff were friendly. I ended up having a mushroom and chicken pie that was pretty good. So if youre bored of the hotel cafés at the Taj and Oberoi, this is a relatively cheaper option.

Very relaxed atmosphere. Well sanitized.The staff were really friendly and made great suggestions for my seating and choice of beverage for the friend accompanying me. For those not familiar with the Starbucks menu or are the type that get nervous when its their turn to order, this outlet should perhaps be your first Starbucks experience. Wouldve given a higher rating but unfortunately the food offered here is simple reheated upon placing the order and hence will not sit well with most folk expecting a certain level of freshness for the buck. In short, swing by with your laptop, grab a cup of coffee and youll have a good time here.

This outlet is located near trinity circle, ambience was good , this Starbucks is usually less crowded, service was prompt and courteous, hazelnut latte with meditaranian vegetable sandwich was a real delight, good for hangout , recommended 👍👍👍👍....

I have not tried much of their products. I tried their Java Choco chip which is excellent only when you take the first few sips, later, half of the drink is nothing but ice. Choco chip cookies is too sweet and hard.So its over-hyped. Ambience is good and staffs are very friendly. Quality of coffee and other products are very good but taste is not great.

No matter whichever Starbucks I go to, Im pleasantly surprised by the humility of the partners. And this one is not an exception either. Raju S, Sandeep, Sahil have a cheerful personality. I just met Deepika for the first time today and she was a delight to talk to as well! She noticed that I had a customised beverage and offered to change my order if I was unhappy with the taste.The ambience of the store is lively because of the team and the music that they play.

Star bucks needs to study about indian market and and the Indian Culture. Trying to be a American here doesnt work. Absolutely no knowledge of hospitality. For the amount charged, we felt the 5 stars opposite were much nicer to hang around and have coffee.

When you got to the MG Road store, say hello to their barista Mr. Santos. He spent 30mins explaining the history of coffee and how one should consume it with food pairings.

Visited the MG Road location. The place is neat and clean. The atmosphere is cozy with mostly sofa seating. I met up with a friend there mid afternoon, around 4 pm. The place was pretty quiet, we got our coffee and were just catching up. The staff was courteous and did not bother us. My friend got a black coffee and I got a cappuccino, both drinks were hot and tasted fine. When in India I prefer to go for the robust south Indian filter coffee, but Starbucks is a good place for casual meetings or work related stuff.

A place to chit chat for hours together. I only tasted their pastry. Its the normal pastry where we get it everywhere. Ambience is little low. Crowded. I didnt taste any of their coffee.

Standard Starbucks fare, the location is great and very accessible. The coffee was good. The service also what one can expect from a Starbucks.

Located close to Trinity Church and right next to the now closed Kemps. Visited over the weekend to meet a friend. The place tends to get noisy during weekends. So, would advise avoiding it if you are planning to get some work done. Nothing remarkable on the food and drink front. What is on offer is the standard overpriced Starbucks menu. Has ample parking. That is a definite plus.

Had one of their frappes with soy milk(I am a vegan) and it really rated better than the ones with cows milk.It was the first time in India that I came across a cafe serving a dairy alternative.Really enjoyed it.

You definitely need to look at the way the outlet is being run. Beverages do not taste the same and the proportion seem out. The Staff needs to be trained better.

Ideal place to catch up with friends and also to have professional one to one meetings. Reduction of seats is recommended. At times it becomes like a crowded market place.

Conveniently located near the Trinity station where there isnt too many places to grab a cup of coffee.However, not a great place to read or get work done, since theres very few electric sockets and usually a noisy crowd.

Everything is good. Removed a star, coz I felt the staff could have been a little more friendly and put up a smiling face. After all, You are from STARBUCKS and from TATA group also. Both the brands are biiiiig brands. So, thats how I see it.
