I have been looking for a preschool for my child. The Google reviews did help giving a fair idea about what to expect. I then decided to visit the schools I had shortlisted and Basil woods came out the winner. It started with the smile on my childs face after entering the premises. It is spacious, airy, well ventilated, calming environment and cleanliness was top notch. The Center head is humble and passionate towards teaching. She gave a complete walk through of the premises and explained the curriculum in detail. The various activities like teaching Japanese, showing puppet show and teaching dance got my attention. The helpers are gentle with kids. Love to see the joy on my childs face.

Basil Woods.... Dont have words to say... The best preschool have seen so far. The structure of their programs and academics for toddlers are very impressive. My daughter was not at all interactive with outside world... I have seen the best results of it with my daughter. Teachers are well trained to make the sessions for toddlers in an interactive way than driving it through a normal approach... I could really even felt those when my daughter moved out of Basil woods. Best place for the new joiners or first time schoolers.

It is lovely place to learn.... when my little one came around and said I did it myself, That has been the kind of learning they focus on. They have the right mixture of chalk, safest place to play and explore, to mold the younger minds. The staff who are more family than teachers who bond with the little ones at a personal Level !!Place to Play, Learn and Grow Together !!

There was Daffodil Preschool in the same bungalow till a couple of months ago. My daughter used to go there. The problem is that this place has very little natural light and very small rooms. Feels suffocating and dark. Also, roof is made of tiles and sometime leaks during rainy season. Very less space too. However, now my daughter goes to the new Daffodil, which is also close by with a much better infrastructure and area. It is now known as Yellow Brick Wall.

One of the best pre schools , totally unique curriculum and teaching methodology comprising best of Montessori and traditional approach. Over and above they get to know about the rich Indian culture and heritage which no other preschool provides.

Its an amazing Montessori school i have ever seen. I admited my niece there once we moved to Bangalore from Guwahati. One thing i liked about this school is its very hygenic. Being a Doctor this was my first concern.

The kids at Basil Woods are absolutely free of any academic pressure. More attention is paid to the overall development of the child including rich culture and heritage studies rather than just the academic development and social development. The teachers are well trained and responsive. Various after school activities like yoga, Japanese, hand writing, Phonics, Kathak, Bharatnatyam, shloka chanting, mantra meditation, etc help children in acquiring great skills and knowledge. Very safe and child friendly outdoor play area ensures wholesome physical development.
