Worst stay ever. Heard about the racist behaviour of the staff towards indian people, which is completely appalling

I would have given it a minus star if possible. The rooms are shabby. Cockroaches everywhere. Sheets unclean with stains and holes in them. First room i was given had cockroaches so i asked for another room. The second had only one night light working to which the receptionist suggested that everything was visible enough. Moonlight also makes everything visible, doesnt mean I will be okay with moonlight in my room. The third room again had cockroaches. I finally checked out of there. Oyo really needs to upgrade there service and stop associating with just any hotel available.

As a guest, if i say, this hotel gives the best comfort to you. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are cute and comfortable. The mrng breakfast, will make you full.. The location of the hotel is perfect. If you are a couple, this will be the best place for your privacy..

Power out for 2 hours in night (around 2 to 4 am). lights were out and phone was also not working. this is crazy and hotel does not have any backup power system (atleast for phone and lobby lights). people at hotel were good in behaviour but lack of availability of resources could have hampered the outcomes. hope it will corrected soon, looking forward to book oyo again! thanks!!

Decent hotel for short stay. Little stinky rooms and dark themed rooms. Service is nice. Resto Bar is available at rooftop. Situated in the main and easily assessable from all parts of Bangalore.

Very Very Poor Service. Worst Rooms. Never stay over here. Staffs will haress anytime with you. All products in the hotels are costly. Water bottles costs ₹50.Oyo satisfaction is zero. Very worst service

Hotel rooms are good. But restaurant hardly picks call for room service and very dull people there. Need to go top floor to have tea also. Food not tasty and unboiled rice served. I can See hardly people use restaurant because of this. Many order food online. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

There was no geaser as mentioned in the description. Room didnt seem like it was classic as we had booked. The walls havent been painted in probably 10 years. The pictures provided on the description are nowhere close to the actual room. We had an early check-in and early check-out. Even after 24 hours after check-out, we were shown to be checked in on the app in a different room. The stay otherwise was pleasant. Wouldnt recommend the food at all as even coffee sucks big time. It was sour milk with broken consistency and costed us a whopping 40bucks. Over all didnt feel like a 3-star hotel. Only advantage is that its super close to the bus stop

One of the best OYO hotels to enjoy. The most major advantage being the location. Just a 50 mtrs from the Shanti Nagar Bus Stand. The staff at the Welcome Desk are extremely warm. The rooms are extremely neat and there are various offerings, with even Bath Tubs.. Its an absolute delight and a great experience being here.

Worst rooms I have ever seen. Very Conjusted. Not clean, bad odour due to which we couldnt sleep, bathrooms are maintained and clean.. no clean towels.. AC is not working.I have paid 1000₹ for each room per day. We have booked 3 rooms for 3 days. We checked out 1 day early coz it was too difficult to stay there.Location is wrongly marked in gmaps as well.Never plan to stay here

Pretty good for the price. They heed to your requests. Right next to the main road but it isnt that noisy. Sports bar on the top floor. We had Sakae next door so no complaints ! 😁Definitely recommended for backpackers.

Very poor in service.. Took too much time for check in as well as check out.. There is no receptionist while we check out we waited more than half an hour.. Worst restaurant service.. We ordered lunch @ 2pm and we received @4pm.. There is no water supply.. Worst. Only advantage is its nereby BMTC

It is a budget hotel. The rooms are spacious. The bathroom looked outdated. The linens and room was clean. The room service is slow. The quality of the complimentary breakfast was bad. Considering the price, apart from food other things were okay.

Checked into room 302.The property is well kept and in an appropriate location where you can access to the main spots of Bangalore easily.The staff is really friendly, co operating and always there for answering our doubts .Especially the Property Manager David and Sujith Kumar on front desk was really down to earth and attentive.Really overwhelmed by their service.

Rooms are not pretty good, old property, made some minor renovations. Average accommodation and the food which they are providing is not so good.. its an average food. Luckily you can order your food from outside 😄😄😄. Staff is cool. I suggest the management to renovate the interior material and to change the breakfast menu. Whole hotel smells like hospital. Try to make changes so that I can visit again and try to suggest others. Now I dont suggest my friends to visit here. Im adding some the pics which had my breakfast in this hotel.

There was an issue with the AC of the room allotted to me. Soon after informing the staff about it, the issue was taken up immediately and resolved. Stayed for 3 days. But only for first day hot water came in tap. When asked for 2nd day, they said machine is under repair. I hope they will say same answer 365 days. Fed up calling room service. Cockroaches roaming in bed also last night. Made a mistake in rating 5.0 earlier. This Oyo hotel except for awesome location deserves only 2.5. If they improve the quality of rooms by watching any repair works like tap leakage all 24 hours, I can again rate 5.0. North Indian room service providers are a big disappointment.

I m the regular customer of this property. I really like this place as well as their service also very nice. The location is right opposite to KSRTC bus station. Which is easy to travel to my office. Thank you everyone for good service.

Hotel cleanliness was very poor. We had a discussion with room boy. Dirty bedsheet and blanket. Smelling bathroom. This is not the expected cleanliness from oyo.

The worst ever OYO experience ever. 1.After asking multiple times for the WiFi password,it was not provided.2. The Service was very pathetic, you need to order once but remind them in every 5 mins3. The food item which I ordered and which I received was completely different.4. The lightening was not good and very dirty room , especially the blanket and pillow.5. Last not the least,the receptionist forced me to rate him 5 out 5 & when I explained these concerns he started arguing with me and scolded me saying that do whatever you want to do.#ThepatheticOYOexperience

Housekeeping service is great! Others service totally. Dammm. At midnight one of the reception guys came bcoz my washroom full of water drainage block,he told me that alcohol was not allow. Why I was stay in many OYO rooms,but non of them. L just want you guys to let the customer know all this thing before checking In. Thanks

No proper lightning in room. Ac not working in room. Front desk provided a stinking room and had to change room 3 times Bell boy and room service was good and front desk helpful. Location of the hotel was excellent as per our demand

This hotel is just awesome. It has good food. All the facilities provided here are good.

Could do better in keeping rooms clean. Breakfast was fine. In room food service was way too expensive. The room overall was offered on a reasonable rate (on Oyo). Bathroom was pretty clean.

Spacious and clean room, very suitable for short business trips.The entrance has large drain openings, which creates a bad opinion of the place as mosquitoes and flies are in abundance. The hotel owners should have these drain openings properly closed.

Nice hotel. Rooms are spacious and few rooms are quiet small. Parking is ok. Buffet breakfast is good.

Rooms are average but 3 stars for the staff who were very welcoming and helpful. I forgot my drivers license and they made sure they kept it safe until I collected it from them.

Located in centre of city, quality of the rooms were not ok. Experienced a strange irritating pungent odour through the lobby . Parking available for 3 cars but u may find it difficult to park during peak hours as there is a bar nearby and several local vehicles are parked nearby. Complimentary breakfast available, quality is ok but doesnt taste great. 4 stars for courteous staff - helped me to move local vehicles for parking my car, provided facilities when I called them midnight asking for room on an unplanned to visit to city.

The people at the reception are very polite. The room, the bedsheets, towels and the bathrooms are kept very clean here. I have never faced any issues with AC and TV here. The food is also good here.

Hotel at prime location,just 100 meters from shanthinagar bus station,hotel is having restaurant,bar at roof top,rooms are very clean and hygiene,staff also very polite and respectful.Hotel is offering free WiFi, complimentary breakfast.Totally budget stay hotel,you can come along with family and kids.

TV is there, but no cable connection. Reception staff they will sort it out. Restaurant staff is not good. I ordered for food and confirmed the room number properly multiple times. but, they noted it wrong and never bothered to send it.

My experience was very bad went to visit my cousin first day thy allowed me 2nd day thy made us for pay extra... Even when our booking for 3days ...nd when my cousin stayed for 2 days....😌😌😌

In my room water bottle was unsealed and even room was also not good, however reception guy who took my check he was very good, you could make this experience better but.

Great stay there but when we were there hot water isnt available and room service number didnt connected. But its in prime region with reasonable price.

Terrible room. Room is full of cockroaches and smelling bad. Didnt even stays in the room changed the Hotel once I saw the room. Not even good for fresh up.

Cockroaches in room. First our room didnt have good lighting and also cockroaches, so we changed room but still cockroaches where there a few. Lighting white light is needed for proper eyes. They only have yellow light in rooms.

The room was spacious, and the bed was okayish. But overall the room and the bathroom was dirty. Maintenance is very poor. There was even some bad stench at times.

Hotel is ok for a short stay. I visited after a year in Feb. Rooms got a foul smell, towels and bedsheets look a hundred years old. Cockroaches roam around the room freely. Location of the hotel is great but cant understand the deteriorating services.

The room was pretty good.Reasonable price in Shnathinagar. One problem which I found was on AC it was not cooling. Service was good.
