Upgraded store. Genuinely hand crafted items. Excellent ambience. Not crowded. Taste of India! Furniture, toiletries and packets of soups and natural hair dyes etc also available. Worth spending an hour or two!!

Store layout and decor is very chic. Ideal for window shopping perhaps it’s hard to resist not to buy anything.The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful.The stock is updated and there is something for everyone in this store.

Though , the gents section didnt have much kurtas of much liking, but overall, I love this place.the earlier store also had the same feel good factor.this one ,I suppose,got inagurated just before the pandemic.the Ambience and staff courtesy is superb.ample parking space.but, as mentioned earlier, the kurta collection needs to be focussed upon.

Looked impressive when i was driving past, but just about ok.I was looking for window curtains. They had about 20 pieces total. Some designswere the same as curtains that I discarded 10 years ago, in the exact same colours. Some they didnt have 2 pieces for a set of 2.Im not going back in a hurry

This experience centre is true lily an experience centre. People who love fab India stuff you definitely need to visit this place. The place has everything for people of all age group.

Experience center with decent collection. Price on a higher side ( thats more on FabIndia than this particular shop). Parking might be a challenge incase 3 cars are already parked.

Ever worst experience. This fabindia doesnt know how to treat the customer. I am from Gurgaon and been a regular customer in sector 15 Fabindia. These ppl should learn from them. How to behave and increase the profit.!! From them.

Lovely store, has furniture, apparel, furnishing and home decor. The staff is energetic, friendly and super helpful.They have taken all measures to make the store complaint with Covid related precautions.Had a pleasant experience shopping.

Great store and nice collection as well - Probably one of the biggest fabindia stores I have been to. The ground floor has some beautiful home decor items and is well attended by staffs.I am rating 2 over here because the staff at 1st floor seemed totally disinterested in helping customers unlike other shops and even though I was looking forward to making a purchase I chose not to because of the attentiveness of the staff. I hope of having a better experience hereafter.

Everything is good. The only thing is the staff at the billing counter needs to be fast. They usually take time.

They even don’t have back up plan for the product if price tag is missed from there side,they made me to wait for a hour to get the product yet to find a solution.Manager Mr.Shahbuddin is very poor in establishing system for store not to be fit for the role.Mr.Karthik is pathetic in service zero knowledge of the product.plz don’t visit this store.collectively They degrading fab India brand to poor state.

This is by far one of the best fabindia outlets I’ve been to! The staff are very courteous and suggest u options based on your choices. Their collection of home linen is fabulous and the options they have make you want to get everything for your home. Happy shopping !

Good collection, though the quality of Fabindia is going down with time in my opinion. Fabrics are not of same standard as they use to be. The staff at the store is very friendly and helpful.

One of the best managed Fab store, the store manager goes extra mile to help with your Fab experience. The store ambience and staff are very supportive.

First of all garments are very highly priced . Visited the store recently, they do the temp check n provide sanitizer till then all ok but youre not allowed to touch anything n they are rude when they tell you that , no politeness . After some time they gave gloves n even then you cant touch the jewellery. The clothes were steam ironed n given but dont think their iron worked . Not a good experience . Why would one pay so much n then go through a rude experience .

Its an awesome place to buy ethnic wear. They have lot of variety available in ethnic wear i.e. Kurta pyjama, stares. Stuff is really good mostly cotton and silk make. Though its little on the expensive side but then you have a lot of variety to chose from, undoubtedly best quality, courteous staff and very well organized. Parking available and easy to locate on Whitefield Road.

It’s a complete store from clothes to home decor to furniture. I love the variety Nd quality. It’s a store where everyone can find something in their budget . I bought table runner at Rs 250/- ... if u want something antique authentic looking ... this place is for you.

Prices at Fab India are pricy and expensive. However quality is very good. Clothing is vegetable dyed, where in you have to be careful to wash in separately in cold water only. Furniture is mostly mango wood and also good quality and sturdy. However limited variety available only.

Staff at Fabindia store in Phoenix Market City Mall believes that they are no different than other brands when they supply flimsy material at a higher cost. The store manager and employees were rude and callous while I was trying to draw their attention to the poor quality of the cloth which they had sold in the name of silk. Guys good quality stuff last for years ..you should have sent it to your Quality control team rather than wasting my precious time with your petty arguments.I wasnt seeking a replacement or refund from you, was just trying to let you know that there was a case where your quality control had failed and you should take care that it does not repeat so that you dont lose your credibility.Wish you a happy Diwali, hope the festival brings some sense to you so that you work to maintain your credibility among folks who walk in your store.

Its a really good place to go to if your looking for ethnic wear and handicrafts. Considering the location inside a mall, the collection and variety is lesser than what you would see in an independent store like in Indiranagar or other areas.The downside is the price. All of the items are priced quite high as compared to similar products outside. The quality may be superior here to go with the higher prices.

I love visiting the store because not just it is a treat for the eyes to skim through their latest collections, but because it has some of the best ethnic wear options available for infants and toddlers, pricey but just worth the quality and grace.

Best place for Kurtas and traditional wear for all. Traditional wear for infants also available. Special thanks to Suguna who helped in showing us the right options.

Have always loved this store...a bit expensive but great clothes and can find all kinds of sizes...thank god for these places people like me can still get clothes to wear..if you are looking for good indian style dress go here for sure...I see they now sell make up stuff and furniture and all which I didnt buy ... A good store with the worst possible service. The so called service executive Niteesh laughed and scoffed on our face when we asked for more varieties and didnt help us even get to the upper shelves. When asked he said he wont help unless asked and he cant squeeze between us. When we informed the management they didnt even bother to apologise. worst fab India. Ruining the name of a good store
