I love crossword however this store was a letdown. The stock is seriously out of date. The staff enforces a no photo policy - no idea why! The billing counter is super slow. Most of the staff on floor have no clue about the books if youre looking for something particular. The store space and layout is beautiful - the only upside. They definitely need to up their game. Id rather travel all the way to Blossoms bookhouse than have this kind of an experience.

One of Best the shop in city. I use to see such shops in Indian classic cities in olden days like mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata ., Glad to see one in Bangalore with such structure. Great collections of books and kids needs. The coffe shop next to it is added advantage. Great please and idea to spend time here. I highly recommend this.

Although i love Crosswords, they are disapperaing of late. This one is in an open ground space, bit unkept as mostly all the booms had layers of dust on them. The stock too did not seem to be very updated. I didnt find what i was looking for.

At ground floor near to main entrance. New additions available. Variety of literature books available. Kids do have books and play items. Sarahama karva radio available. One gets few books with discounted price like 40% and buy one and get one free.

A bookstore located at the ground floor of forum neighborhood mall. There is a cafe coffee day beside the store. The open store has a very good collection of books, even the new arrivals. They have all the books of Dan Brown. The store contains toys, stationary and gifts. And a very good collection of personal diaries which aere ideal for gifting.

Travels and map section could be improved. Since its in the atrium the feel of the book store and the joy of indoor browsing of the collection is lost. Bit up priced the products.

Good collection books and toys. Not crowded

An open book store on the ground floor or forum neighbourhood mall is a nice concept. Feels spacious and not constricted.As usual the books & stationeries here is of good quality however for some stationery items the prices seem way too expensive. There are toys and kids item sold as well.The only thing that could be better is the cleanliness. Rather this place is quite dusty and one can see a fine layer of dust on some of the books and stationery items that seem to have been neglected while cleaning.

I visited this shop today at the ground floor of forum value mall and had a really bad experience. In fact, it was an embarrassing one because I had come to purchase a toy to gift my friends 9 month old kid. First of all, the staffs were too lazy to find a suitable toy. I kept circling around the racks thrice in order to find where the toddlers toys were placed. After I found the toy, I saw the toy was too dusty. My fingers were already stained black after touching other toys at the shop. I asked one of the staff to clean it but he reluctantly just rubbed the cloth held in his hand on the toy once. Secondly, I wanted to listen to the sounds and music that the toy made and asked the staffs at billing counter to put in batteries. Even after requesting to them multiple times, they did not do it and provided this silly reason that they dont keep spare batteries. I went to the supermarket ground floor and bought two batteries. When I took the toy home and gifted my friend, they saw rusted batteries in it. We were unable to pull those batteries out due to the rust. I couldve avoided the second visit to this shop to return this toy had they just operated and showed me how the toy works! I give this shop one rating for the staff, quality and cleanliness. This is not the first time Im experiencing this issue.. i was staying in this locale before and couple of times I faced simillar situations before. If you dont want to run the business.. better keep some staff who can really help customers. Im not a person who writes reviews based on my experiences, but this time I was totally embarrassed in front of my friend and her family

Nice collection and affordable prices. Lot of options for the kids. Spend good time reading and browsing the books and collections. Gift options also available here. Books for all the ages and all the varieties. CD and DVD collections also available.

They are clueless when it comes to billing , searching fro books.. One of em found that he has an inventory but stared at me blankly as he could not locate it. Replace these guys with some robot.. Cheaper and convenient..
